14/01/2026: A cold steak, cooked completely uncontrolled, fries that looked like they'd been cooked at least two days ago. Frozen lasagna with absolutely no flavor. Avoid at all costs!

27/09/2025: Very good experience this time! The service was much improved and the wait for the burger was much shorter. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the meal very enjoyable. Kudos for the improvements

17/11/2024: I first smelled a horrible smell when receiving my California order with tuna and breaded scallops. I thought it was coming from the lobby of my building but after opening the package and tasting a California I almost threw it up. It was so bad and the scallops were not cooked at all...I had to throw everything away and the price of 24 euros in the trash straight away after I informed the restaurant and I would never order from them again.. .

30/12/2025: Avoid at all costs if you're looking for a 4-star hotel. Not at all relaxing. Out of four nights, we were moved to different rooms two nights. The first night we spent without heating (and feeling a draft around the windows) and with a clogged sink. The second night had a water leak (a constant drip). The problems with both rooms were known before our arrival. There was no luggage storage in the room and no restaurant as advertised. There was also no room service (no one cleared a tray we were asked to take to our room because the breakfast room was about to close). When we called reception, they hung up on us. No housekeeping was done during our stay. There was dampness in the bathroom... The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

17/01/2026: Poor quality pizzas. The delivery driver arrived without a card reader and asked us to pay at the counter (making a delivery request only to pick it up later...).

22/08/2025: Avoid Épicerie des Lys for parcel collection! A bitter and very unpleasant gentleman. After more than 5 years of using the relay point delivery service, this is the first time I've been refused information over the phone about the arrival of my parcel. I had to go there for nothing today. Last time I'll entrust a parcel to this store!

01/02/2026: The place is clearly poorly maintained, at least the pool tables. We ended up playing pool since there were no lanes available for bowling. The smell there was compounded by the deplorable state of the place in general. We barely dared put our things down. The place had just opened and it was obvious that no cleaning had been done, as there was even trash and used glass. So much for hygiene!

31/01/2026: It's a shame we arrived at 7:15 PM and waited an hour, so we had to pay the higher price. Furthermore, I ordered a Fanta (listed as 33cl for €4 on the menu), but when I asked at the bar, they told me it was 25cl. When I received the bill, it was also €4... supposedly a menu error, even though all the menus were the same. Mistakes happen, of course, but in this case, don't charge €4! Very disappointed, we certainly won't be back.

07/07/2025: The restaurant is in a deplorable state! The hygiene needs to be improved, it's deplorable. I can't imagine the state of the kitchen. It's scandalous to welcome customers in this state. The trash cans are overflowing, the floors are dirty, and the tables aren't cleaned.
