23/07/2026: The telephone service was extremely disappointing. I called to check on the status of my order, more than an hour after placing it, even though the advertised delivery time was 30 minutes. No greeting, just a "it's coming," before they hung up on me. In the end, the delivery arrived after a 1.5-hour wait. Fortunately, the delivery driver was pleasant and courteous. However, the value for money is truly lacking: the California rolls are mostly rice (far too cooked), with very little filling. A very disappointing experience. This will be my first and last order from them. In response to the owner: Thank you for your reply. However, I stand by my comments regarding the telephone service. To say it was courteous is an understatement. Courtesy means, at the very least, saying "good evening" and "goodbye," letting the other person finish their sentence, and not hanging up on them. The call lasted 21 seconds and went like this: Me: "Good evening, I'm calling because I placed an order a while ago..." Restaurant (interrupting me): "Where are you located?" Me: "I live in X." Restaurant: "He's on his way, X is quite a distance." Then the call was disconnected on your end. Everyone is free to draw their own conclusions, but I don't consider this exchange to be courteous. Especially since I was only calling to make sure everything was alright. Regarding the delivery, I completely understand that distance can lengthen the delay (even though I'm only a 15-minute drive away). It wasn't the fact that I waited over an hour that bothered me, but the discrepancy with the promised delivery time and, above all, the way my inquiry was handled. Finally, regarding the California rolls, it's not simply a matter of taste. The rice was far overcooked, as you can see in the photo, and the California rolls contained a much larger proportion of rice than filling (especially at this price). The photo shown was just one example of the products we ordered. I regret this experience, especially since it was our first order with you.

30/03/2026: I was thrown out of this café with physical threats from the manager, who tried to throw a boiling liquid in my face. A complaint has been filed. This is a hostile and dangerous establishment; avoid it at all costs.

30/07/2026: I'm heavily pregnant and I wanted to thank the drive-thru staff who took my order (the M&M's McFlurry with lots of caramel). I appreciated the smiles, the service, and the young woman's understanding of my situation (my pregnancy caramel addiction). Just so you know, I paid extra for the caramel; I wouldn't want the staff to get in trouble if the owner happened to see this (I didn't receive any special treatment).

30/07/2026: I'm giving it 5/5 mainly for the drive-thru girl (Clara) because she's clearly the one who elevates McDonald's! In fact, I only use the drive-thru now. She's always smiling, friendly, and knows how to resolve minor issues (nothing serious, but when they're out of sauce, thank goodness she's there! And always with a smile!). Thank you to her for her professionalism!

09/07/2026: This is no longer a Domino's Pizza at all. The pizza boxes don't even have the chain's name on them. The ingredients aren't the same as in the original recipes. The HACCP standards are disastrous, and there's absolutely no hygiene. The price is outrageous and completely unjustified. The quality of the pizzas is far inferior to what it was over a year ago. The delivery drivers don't have company vehicles and have to use their own. Everything suggests that this place has changed ownership and that no rules have been followed for almost a year. Domino's, please take action!

22/07/2026: I was a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 15 years. Over the years, I unfortunately noticed numerous order errors: tuna was replaced with salmon without even asking my permission, items were simply forgotten, and there was no flexibility with small requests like adding a sauce, despite my loyalty. The breaking point came with one order where they made a mistake. When I called them, they categorically refused to acknowledge their error, and I lost my temper... The customer service has never lived up to the loyalty I've shown them over all these years. Another thing that has always puzzled me: with every order of halal ravioli, the owner systematically goes down to the basement and comes back up with the ravioli already cooked. It might be perfectly normal, but it has always struck me as odd. In any case, this whole experience led me to discover another Japanese restaurant in Bezons, which I find much better, both in terms of quality and service. I will no longer waste my money at an establishment where mistakes had become far too frequent for my liking.

16/06/2026: I've placed several delivery orders. Super fast delivery. Arrived piping hot. The portions are generous for a delivery service, which is rare. And what can I say about the quality of the food? It's excellent. And every time I order, they add little snacks. I recommend this restaurant 1000%!

03/08/2026: I'll let you see the vegetarian pizza I received, which is supposed to have peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc. Frankly, it's a shame because the quality is getting worse and worse, and every time, the ingredients advertised on the poster are never actually on the pizza.

22/06/2026: A very good crêperie (a very wide selection of savory and sweet crêpes) but also excellent meat dishes. A large selection of ice cream for dessert. The owner and his waiter are professional and welcoming. Furthermore, they give you time to choose, and the service is quick and efficient. A pleasant lunch for Father's Day, with the added bonus of having my car parked in the lot next to the establishment.
