The pizzas weren't cooked properly, the dough was nothing like real pizza dough, the texture was unpleasant, and the taste was truly awful. Honestly, one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. 16/03/2026: The staff is friendly. The service is quick... but the food is cold (normal for a salad, less so for a burger and fries). The drinks menu, and especially the whiskies, looked promising. Being a big fan, I ordered one with a reputation for being very, very peaty. But disappointment: the glass served was nothing like what I know from the brand: this "Big Peat" had aromas of "Jack Daniels." Was there some kind of trickery involved? Despite the waiter's assurance, bottle in hand, doubt remains: my nose and palate aren't convinced of the staff's good faith. As for the atmosphere, music is blasting, screens are showing a basketball game, so fans are in their element, it's a deliberate choice. And despite the sunshine, it's March and still quite chilly: the French doors are wide open. Never mind the planet if we have to turn on the heating afterwards.

They told us that since it was a set menu, we couldn't take the leftovers home!! What does that have to do with anything?????

29/04/2026: I went through the drive-thru today, July 29, 2026, and I was very surprised to find a very kind woman, Stéphanie, who took great care of my children's meals. The Coke was flat, and she kindly offered to remake it, all with a big smile 😀 It's so refreshing; employees like her are so rare these days!!!! Keep her on your team! 🔥

29/11/2025: Opening hours stated here on Google Maps are completely wrong. It's actually closed this time of the year, same as every other place in this village. Truly misleading and disappointing. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR OPENING HOURS, folks!

05/10/2025: A sandwich shop we'd like to see more of! Carefully selected local products, excellent bread, generous and flavorful toppings. All served with kindness and a smile. You can feel the passion and respect for the product. A real favorite!

10/01/2026: The product was potentially splashed with window cleaner. I, too, could hardly believe my eyes when I saw someone cleaning the inside of the windows just centimeters from the roll of cleaning product! (See photo: in red: foam cleaning squeegee, in blue: the roll of cleaning product) Shouldn't cleaning with these products be done with the store closed and, above all, without any merchandise? I find this very serious and a real shame because your products are good and the staff are friendly.

22/11/2025: A delivery went wrong, but… 15 days later, this restaurant spontaneously and thoughtfully delivered the missing dish. Without me even asking! Well done! 👍 A few days later, I had the chance to have lunch there: a very warm welcome, parking right across the street, and delicious spring rolls made fresh on the spot. I look forward to returning.

A very warm welcome 😊 The pizzas are delicious, the salads too (I've tried them all), and don't even get me started on the quiches, which I adore, and finally, their tiramisu—light and delicious. In short, we've moved to Osny, but we still come to La Provençale for our pizzas 👌 because, in terms of quality and price, I haven't found better. Well done to François and his daughter!
