11/07/2024: Really sorry but this is not acceptable, the bread, whether visually or taste-wise, was atrocious, as was the chicken. And the staff really don’t want to be there and let it be known.

14/06/2024: More and more horrible staff! The team a year ago was friendly, but it changes all the time given the atmosphere, it doesn't surprise me. And the food, I'm not even talking about it, the room is almost never clean either. I won't go back there again. Go your way.

15/08/2024: How nice it is to wait 30 minutes not to be served simple drinks in the middle of a room half full of customers who were also ordering drinks and the nauseating smell of cigarette smoke. There were only three of us, but I guess that was already too much for the service.

27/12/2023: 1. À l'arrivée, 2ème lit non fait, pas de draps/d'oreillers. 2. Nous commandons une navette le soir de notre arrivée pour le lendemain à 6h. La dame de la reception nous confirme la réservation et nous fait payer. Le lendemain à 6h: "j'ai aucune réservation à votre nom" "impossible de contacter la compagnie de navette" "tout ce que je peux faire c'est vous rembourser". Donc en somme, rater votre avion, ce n'est pas notre problème ! Aucune aide alors que l'erreur venait de l'hôtel. Nous avons donc pris un uber (heureusement il y en avait un tout près). Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Les F1 font mieux pour beaucoup moins chers.

05/12/2024: Seeing the good reviews I said to myself cool, I'm going to eat well, I had a salmon tartare, an hour after severe stomach and gastro cramps, I had to go to the emergency room in the evening because I felt super weak. I informed the restaurant by telephone to prevent a tragedy from happening to another person, and they only told me that I had a fragile stomach, NEVER AGAIN!!!

15/12/2024: ✨Birthday special If you are looking for an idea of ​​an inexpensive place to celebrate your child's birthday, the Mc Do de Puiseux will be a very good choice. A reserved table, rather nice decor and above all entertainment! 1 happy meal and 1 gift bag per child + 1 special gift for the child celebrating their birthday and it's not a trinket. The children had fun from start to finish and EVERYTHING was managed by the staff. The cake is not the horrible frozen stuff you can find everywhere. A simple and effective vanilla cake. And some of the staff came to sing happy birthday with a musical speaker! That was great!

25/06/2025: It was already complicated, but it's getting worse and worse. I still go there because it's within walking distance. No sandwiches at lunchtime (on several occasions), no change in the register for €8??, you have to pay by credit card. The staff lacks training, and the store lacks organization.

17/11/2024: As it's my birthday and I wanted crepes, I ordered from them today. I chose them because it's a real creperie (even if it's not in my town and the crepe was therefore lukewarm when it arrived) even though I have all kinds of restaurants in my town that sell crepes but which are not creperies. In short, very very disappointed: on my salmon pancake: potatoes one on top of the other barely or not at all seasoned very very bland. Then the salted butter crepe. I don't know what it was but it absolutely didn't taste like salted butter, and even less "homemade". It wasn't a fresh crepe either. In short, I stupidly lost money, but here they won't take it back from me.

16/12/2024: Very slow service and a very bad atmosphere among the workers. They talk to each other without any kind of respect. We ordered 3 happy meals, a menu and 2 loose toys. When we received the order, a drink, a happy meal and the two loose toys were missing. We complain and they return the order after reviewing it. I ask the waitress if all the toys are there and she answers yes. When we check a second time, the loose toys are still gone! We complain again so in the end they end up giving us the entire order. Overall, the slow and terrible service along with the dirty and totally neglected bathrooms make this McDonald's one of the worst I have ever visited in my life.

14/09/2024: Very disappointing. I understand the negative reviews. No choice. For the price of €34.90 this is not normal. And if you arrive too late you will have what is left available (No more duck breast at 8 p.m., everyone had flank steak and... no more flank steak 10 minutes later... there was veal escalope left for the next people). I give 3 stars for the person who takes care of clearing the tables who is friendly and raises the level of service. In terms of atmosphere, we ate in the dark in front of people waiting in line. The Center Parc Les Hauts de Bruyère market is much more appetizing and the staff is much friendlier!
