07/03/2026: I can only comment on the cake, which was absolutely fantastic. Both the lemon tart and the chocolate cake were a delight. The prices are a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended, also great for takeaway and then enjoying it against the stunning backdrop of the village center.

10/11/2025: The pastries are superb! There's nothing better within a 100km radius. It's worth the trip just to taste them. You can see the perfect mastery of Provençal traditions. And what's more, the hilltop village of Saignon offers a splendid view.

The menu is extensive and inventive, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients—perfectly cooked fish, flavorful seafood, and generous portions that delight the taste buds. The atmosphere is both welcoming and relaxing, ideal for a family lunch or dinner. The restaurant is particularly well-designed for children. A real bonus: the establishment is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. The spaces are well laid out, the walkways are wide, and everything is designed to ensure everyone feels comfortable and at ease. A huge thank you to the entire team for their excellent service, attention to detail, and passion for seafood. 30/11/2025: We booked for a birthday celebration, and it took an hour and a half to get a salad. There was absolutely no service: no knife, no bread, no salt, and no pepper. The atmosphere was terrible: we couldn't play music because the speaker didn't work. A truly disastrous experience for me.

02/02/2026: We love this hotel; we've been staying here regularly for the past six years and never tire of it. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and we feel right at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bedding is excellent. We enjoy having breakfast in the restaurant during the winter and on the shaded terrace as soon as the weather is nice. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. We highly recommend it.
