11/12/2025: Hello, We regularly eat at Flunch. Yesterday, around 3 p.m., during our visit, we didn't receive the slip to scan for a free hot drink. When we pointed this out, the cashier asked me to check my pockets "in case it was with my bank card." Even though she didn't ask me to search my pockets, this remark greatly upset me. I felt like she doubted my word, as if I were lying or trying to get a free coffee. For loyal customers, this situation was truly unpleasant. 10/12/2025: Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs. I ordered a chicken burger, received it 30 minutes later, and the chicken was cold and half-raw. Furthermore, the dishes weren't clean and there were broken glasses on the floor at the entrance. I paid €42 for just two people.

18/10/2025: Pretty atmosphere if you get riverside seat. Food is pretty bad… lasagna was acceptable but the chicken brochette was clearly pieces of chicken that may have been grilled once in lives but then reheated numerous times. Do not order!

13/10/2025: Hello. Nothing to say about the food. Nothing to say about the service. Nothing to say about the atmosphere. The only downside, the big black mark. The restrooms. The door doesn't close, you have to fiddle with the lock. The dryer doesn't always work. And at 3:30 p.m., there was no more toilet paper. When I mentioned it to the owner, he didn't appreciate the remark and made me understand that it was up to me to check and ask for more paper. That he didn't have time to check because he was too busy. That's a shame. So, for you, Mr. Owner, make a little effort and your restaurant will be top-notch.

02/10/2024: Very pleasant We came this afternoon having ordered a chicken curry sandwich. I don't know if there was a misunderstanding but when we received the sandwich it was a classic chicken sandwich with just a drizzle of curry sauce, so not at all. what had been requested the gentleman then hastened to make me one again this time more than suitable hot crispy bread and the chicken made perfectly even by rearranging it another time for a ketchup sauce this one remained smiling and very helpful despite the crowds they mix We will definitely come back we also recommend thank you

29/08/2024: Long… long… and very very long!! For a dish for a table of four people, around 50 minutes of waiting. A salad, a dish of the day and 2 pizzas… Pizza oven that was not working well that day. Something that can happen... but no communication with the customer who waits, waits, and waits again... Tapas offered after an hour, but we would have preferred to be served normally, or to change our dishes if necessary! Result, pizza with soggy dough because it was not cooked, very stuffy. A four cheese with 3 unfortunate pieces of goat cheese and gruyere to knock the socks off. Really very disappointing, yet in a friendly setting in Avignon, and our server who did what he could... No action on the bill because they “can’t”! A real joke!! I absolutely do not recommend it for lunch except for a drink, because the doses are correct.

12/11/2024: Esta fue la peor comida que tuvimos en más de 3 semanas en Francia. Pedí un filete medio - bueno - hecho y vino casi raro y muy masticable. Se acompañaba de patatas fritas tibias y empapadas, y una excusa para una ensalada que comprendía solo algunas hojas de lechuga doradas y viejas y una pequeña cantidad de zanahoria rallada. El café está situado entre una variedad de restaurantes en la plaza central y no era más barato que los demás. Hicimos una muy mala elección de un lugar para comer y sugerimos que otros eviten este lugar.

07/12/2025: The campsite was awful. The pool was practically useless. It was always closed, I don't recommend it.

13/11/2025: The mobile home was filthy, with a toilet that was backing up sewage. The smell was nauseating! I notified management 24 hours before my stay to resolve the problem, but they never came to fix it! Grease, hair, a disgusting fridge and bedroom. And what's more, they were unwilling to admit it. Mold everywhere. The overall condition of the furniture and cleanliness was only passable! Even the kitchen utensils were either faded and hadn't been replaced, or were rusty. Avoid at all costs!!! It's a shame because the location is good. But otherwise, I was extremely disappointed with my stay...

29/09/2024: Only one problem, but a major one despite this beautiful place where we can only congratulate the kitchen for quality dishes: the waiter... who seems to be the boss... we had the impression that we had to be at the service of this gentleman! We feel that customer requests bore him and that we just have to wait. He works so we wait for his good will. Too bad and if you have the choice try to find the charming waitress who is totally friendly, caring and smiling. Thanks to her.

10/12/2024: 🚨🚨 Cockroaches🚨🚨 Yesterday, I went to your bakery because the pizzas there are excellent.. there I am waiting for my turn and I see something that catches my eye in terms of the pizza and also the edges of the refrigerated bank... Cockroaches.... I wait a bit, I look... And there I see one of the critters leaving under the slice of pizza (which was impatiently waiting for me)..and the other continuing its journey between the two counters... An employee was nearby cleaning the hot spot... I discreetly informed her... And there, instead of quickly discreetly taking out the pizza tray and solving the problem, she told me ok I would talk to my managers about it... Um... Well we have to actually act!!! They are disgusting and dirty pests...I warn you...make sure to remove this from customers' sight.. I therefore left without buying anything...disgusted to see this creature lodged on and under the slice of pizza.... It's been years since I came here because of hygiene...notably that of one of the bakers who had, in full view of everyone, sneezed multiple times while shaping the baguettes ready to put in the oven without even trying to turn around or protect the front of your mouth and wipe your nose with the back of your hand before handling food. Of course we don't know what's happening elsewhere...but there...it was before my eyes!!!! In short, good products, prices too...but the basis of hygiene and solving the problem of pests would really be a plus. Thank you in advance.

24/09/2024: We ordered a starter of mortadella .. but it came thick cut and it was rancid! Luckily, the nice staff took it off the final bill. The main interest was the table with a large group of noisy, rowdy, merry locals. Hilarious!

22/09/2024: We have been visiting Vaison-la-Romaine at least once a year since 2007. We eat at l'Oustal for just as long. We only have fond memories of what it used to be like. Unfortunately, that is a thing of the past. Carelessly served food and third-rate wine can now be found instead. The price-performance ratio has dropped very significantly. Very unfortunate. We have decided not to come back.

10/09/2024: We'll start with the positive. The waitress was super pleasant and the bartender too. Clean toilet, that's nothing to say. On the other hand the negative point, we suppose that it must have been the manager, lack of hygiene on his part in setting the tables, licking his fingers to put the placemats in place, not smiling for a penny, lack of professionalism, unpleasant to wish with customers. Tight like a thong. We think that in business the essential point is a smile and friendliness, this does not fall into these skills, he should think about changing jobs.....
