20/09/2024: Forget it, don't bother. We already left after half a minute. The waiter felt it necessary to make fun of us in front of his teenage friends. Very unprofessional, although there are staff in the area who are well trained.

26/09/2024: 1 star, I would have liked to put 0, a figure equivalent to the number of drinks we were able to order. The waiter decided to ignore us (for a good fifteen minutes) except to tell us to move our chairs. So we left with a lot of regret, like the group of people at the table next to us because of the wait and the friendliness of the waiter. Even the bar dog preferred to go and complain to a bar located higher up in the village (much too cute dog ^^)

24/09/2024: We were received in a very unpleasant manner, yet we were the only customers at the opening and we came for a coffee. No polite words and bordering on aggressive. The waiter refused us access to the upstairs terrace, claiming that it was reserved for lunch, it was 10:15 in the morning.

01/09/2024: Je suis récemment allé dîner dans ce restaurant, attiré par son cadre extérieur charmant et la réputation de son service. Je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné par la gentillesse et le sourire des jeunes filles qui se sont occupées de nous. Elles étaient aux petits soins, rendant l'expérience plus agréable par leur attitude chaleureuse et attentionnée. Malheureusement, cette première impression positive a été ternie par l'attitude du responsable, qui s'est montré froid, stressé et même un peu arrogant. Il ne nous a même pas demandé si nous étions satisfaits de notre repas, ce qui est vraiment dommage et contraste fortement avec le comportement exemplaire du reste du personnel. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, j'ai été déçu. Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation le plus cher à 78 €, espérant une expérience culinaire à la hauteur du prix. Malheureusement, les plats manquaient cruellement de diversité. Nous avons été surpris de retrouver des pois chiches dans presque tous les plats, y compris l'amuse-bouche, l'entrée et le plat principal. À tel point que la répétition devenait lassante. Les artichauts trop cuit à l’eau, manifestement préparés à l'avance, avaient une odeur de frigo désagréable. Les quelques légumes présents étaient trop cuits, et la qualité générale des plats laissait à désirer. De plus, bien que l'une des serveuses nous ait dit qu'il n'y aurait aucun problème à changer l'entrée pour une option du menu moins cher, le responsable a insisté sur le fait que cela entraînerait un supplément, ce qui a encore plus assombri notre expérience. En somme, malgré un cadre agréable et un service de qualité assuré par les jeunes serveuses, la cuisine décevante et l'attitude du responsable ne m'incitent pas à revenir dîner dans cet établissement. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant si vous cherchez une expérience culinaire de qualité.

01/09/2024: **Opinion: A disappointment despite a pleasant setting and attentive service** I recently dined at this restaurant, attracted by its charming outdoor setting and reputation for service. I must say that I was impressed by the kindness and smiles of the young girls who took care of us. They took great care, making the experience more pleasant with their warm and attentive attitude. Unfortunately, this first positive impression was tarnished by the attitude of the manager, who appeared cold, stressed and even arrogant. He didn't even ask us if we were satisfied with our meal, the worst part, the next day, he completely ignored us and didn't say hello! We were guests of the hotel which is a real shame and contrasts sharply with the exemplary behavior of the rest of the staff. As for the food, I was disappointed. We opted for the more expensive tasting menu at €78, hoping for a culinary experience worthy of the price. Unfortunately, the dishes were sorely lacking in diversity. We were surprised to find chickpeas in almost every dish, including the appetizer, starter and main course. So much so that the repetition became boring. The overcooked artichokes, obviously prepared in advance, had an unpleasant refrigerator smell. The few vegetables present were overcooked, and the general quality of the dishes left something to be desired. Additionally, although one of the waitresses told us that there would be no problem changing the starter to a cheaper menu option, the manager insisted that this would incur an additional charge, which further clouded our experience. In short, despite a pleasant setting and quality service provided by the young waitresses, the disappointing cuisine and the attitude of the manager do not encourage me to return to dine in this establishment. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quality dining experience.

29/01/2024: Order at the drive at 2 p.m. today no customers at that time, yet 20 minutes of waiting! Loyalty card passed at the terminal but not recorded on my loyalty card. I ordered 2 maxi Best of menus including a CBO avocado with fried chedar bacon accompaniment which was refused to me fans of the menu so I was forced to take them separately! Not only is the portion ridiculous in the box, but also the Bacon we are looking for three pieces chasing each other, the price is exorbitant €4.60 but in addition if you place the same order via the applications the Bacon chedar fries can enter the menu for 1€ extra! Strange that this is not the case on site! And the avocado sandwich what can I say except that there was no avocado in it! In total I paid the price of a maxi best of avocado menu without avocado and a Bacon chedar fries extra, which is €4.10 more than expected! This is far from the first time at this McDonald's. In the future I would pack more pounds to go to another establishment that is much better managed, much faster and much more conscientious in their work, or even to another brand like Steak'n Shake, much better in quality and quantity. In view of the comments you have on Google you should perhaps question yourself.

29/12/2023: Bonjour de la Provence un amie m'a convié j' ai été très agréablement surpris très goûteux le Big mac les patatos excellente, et le coca cola très très bonne température très goûteux seul bémol il y avait a notre venue deux table qui n on pas été essuyer ( voir une personne a cette effet ) Cordialement Magnifique centre a saint Romain en Viennois très belle campagne plus la cerise sur le Gâteau la vue sur les alentours ( la Provence ) les commerçants mitoyen au Mac Do super très bon produit parking super jeux pour les enfants. Régalez vous bien et soyez les Bienvenus !!!

20/10/2024: Commande au drive 10min d'attente sachant que pas de monde retour chez moi menu smart erreur dans la sauce des fish ketchup pour les 2 sachant que je suis allergique. J'appelle on me dis de venir pour le changement je vais pas refaire 10min de voiture pour leurs incompétences. Honteux

09/10/2024: 🚨 ATTENTION ARNAQUE 🚨 Je vous partage mon expérience au MC DO ORANGE CENTRE afin de vous éviter les mêmes désagréments car les équipes mc do ne feront rien pour vous ! Voici la situation: Après avoir passé commande via l'application mc Donald's officielle dédiée nous avons été débités mais JAMAIS livré à notre domicile malgré la procédure mc Donald's affiché sur leur site. Sachez que la dite procédure vous renera également vers les équipes du mc do concerné qui vous diront qu'elle ne peuvent rien faire pour vous et VOUS TRAITERONT COMME DE LA ME**E, comme des piques assiettes alors que l'erreur vient d'eux. On refusera de faire un remboursement et même un petit geste commercial de manière condescendate et aggressive. Ne pensez même pas non plus à les contacter car mc do France est INJOIGNABLE par téléphone et aucune procédure en ligne n'existe. Il faudra alors se lancer dans une longue procédure fastidieuse par courrier pour obtenir réparation. Ou saisir les autorités responsables des résolutions de conflits pour les consommateurs. Autant dire qu'une soirée mc do ne devrait pas amener autant de tracas: FUYEZ !! (PS: si vous souhaitez un mc do tournez vous plutôt vers celui d'orange sud. Les équipes qui n'étaient en rien responsables ont bien voulu faire un geste pour nous).

Lukewarm, not hot, in the middle, almost cold on the outside. 🤮 I would give zero if it were possible. No, I correct you, pizza is really bought in a supermarket freezer. Never enter this junkyard.

23/09/2024: Terrible service, terrible pizza. I haven't eaten worse. The cheese is bitter, the sauce tastes like ketchup, and the ham is stale.
