Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. It's a shame; we weren't the only disappointed customers waiting outside. Please check if the restaurant is open before making the trip.

06/01/2026: We went to this restaurant as a family with our daughters, aged 2.5 and 4.5, as well as our parents and friends. The welcome was exceptional; the staff were incredibly kind, especially to our daughters, who were treated like princesses. The setting is magnificent, and we have rarely eaten so well. Everything was excellent.

03/06/2026: Very disappointing for a four star hotel, do not recommend. Room is fine, but assigned to a room with no shower, just a tub! Furthermore, there is a ring of mold around the tub. No flexibility to change rooms. A/C barely working and Wifi is in and out. Pretty disappointing.

12/04/2026: We have been buying excellent pizzas from Tropicana le Pontet for over 15 years.

30/01/2026: A warm welcome, delicious pizzas... Don't hesitate, you can go there with your eyes closed.

06/01/2026: Large, pleasant snack bar and tea room, child-friendly with a kitchenette and crayons available. The pastries (cheesecake) are very good. They also have other English pastries (carrot cake, shortbread, etc.). However, they only accept credit cards for purchases over €10.

11/11/2025: Delicious! Friendly and kid-friendly atmosphere. Smiling and responsive staff. The portions were HUGE and DELICIOUS, with a lot of thought put into balancing the tastes and flavors. Starters, main courses, desserts—all top-notch! Even the KIDS Fish & Chips was very good, with REAL HOMEMADE fries!!!

29/10/2025: The starter was excellent, the main course very good, but I was disappointed by the dessert... in a €40 menu, it's a shame because the service was good and friendly, but the presentation of the dessert was lacking; a pile placed in the middle of the plate. It tasted good, but there was no presentation or decoration; we're still looking for the caramel! It's still a good restaurant nonetheless.

06/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The waiter who greeted us and looked after our table throughout our lunch was very pleasant and smiling. We ordered two set lunch menus. One included a starter and main course: the frog leg was rather bland, but the portion was reasonable for a starter. The daily special, a fillet of pollock, was good, accompanied by a trio of rice that was tasty but cold, and the vegetables were very good. The second option included a main course and dessert: I was disappointed by the beef, which was tough and rather fatty, but the accompanying fries and vegetables were very good. The homemade cheesecake with mango coulis was a very generous and tasty slice. The portions were more than adequate. The wait before the main course was served was quite long.

17/04/2026: Very pleasant restaurant. We came as a family with a small dog. A sign indicates that a water bowl is available. Clean restaurant and lovely children's play area. A place to remember.

11/04/2026: Disappointed on my first visit... I ordered a gourmet iced coffee and received a small, hot latte with a little whipped cream... a mistake in the order, so I took it back... and to my surprise, the young woman took my glass, added four ice cubes (yes, four ice cubes!), and handed it back to me just like that, without any fuss... I left...

27/05/2026: Delicious meal. Fresh and creative salad, and what can I say about the dessert: beautiful to look at and absolutely delicious. The chestnut flour cake with whipped cream was superb! We were so lucky to be seated on the terrace with a gentle breeze. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you.

18/05/2026: We ordered the set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The waiter (owner) was very friendly.

15/10/2025: Six of us had dinner here last night and it was excellent. The soup, fish tartare, foie gras were lovely starters. The plats included salmon, lamb and chicken, all delicious. Dessert was a delicious chocolate construction and lavender crème brûlée. The waiter was very helpful with English descriptions of the dishes, chose some dishes for several of our party and had excellent wine recommendations. Service was quick and not cloying. And we relaxed after dessert finishing our wine without being bothered. One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Malaucene and we’ve been to most of them. Would put this as one of the top three.

17/05/2026: The setting and rooms are still excellent, but the restaurant service has lost variety and quality. Just two years ago, you could enjoy a delicious Pad Thai at the bar, or other dishes at a great price. This dining option seems to have been discontinued, and in the evening, the only remaining option is the very expensive Les Vignes restaurant. This forced us to look for other dining options outside the hotel. It's a shame, as this was a real plus before.

21/04/2026: A superb place where you feel instantly at ease the moment you step inside, enveloped in a cocoon. The entire property exudes a sense of tranquility and well-being... Everything is simply perfect... From the décor and the room to the bedding, the breakfast, and the magnificent spa... A place to discover and rediscover at length.
