26/07/2026: Very disappointed with the service and hygiene during the festival… it was like a canteen! The place wasn't clean, nor were the cutlery or dishes. There was food on the floor, kitchen utensils scattered all over the counter mixed with the food served to customers—in short, the management was completely disorganized and unprofessional. An unpleasant smell, and the waiter was barefoot… In short, the drinks weren't good either: a bland iced coffee and iced tea… €9. We rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case… avoid this place. Avignon has much better to offer.

24/07/2026: A delightful discovery at the festival! The food was fresh and delicious, the portions generous, and the atmosphere friendly. The staff were always smiling and attentive despite the crowds. We had a wonderful time and left feeling very satisfied!

13/07/2026: I ordered 4 McDonald's meals, and the drive-thru was empty. I waited 30 minutes and still hadn't received my order. Unhappy customers made it impossible to manage the drive-thru, and the interior was unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!

13/07/2026: McDonald's is extremely dirty, avoid at all costs. The toilets are disgusting, there's no water to wash your hands, and the smell is awful. It's really unacceptable for a food establishment.

04/09/2026: We had a lovely lunch at the riverside café. Pleasant setting, not too crowded, perfectly cooked flank steak, and a friendly waiter (Thierry). Excellent!

04/09/2026: Superb place, charming setting, calm and relaxing. Excellent service, a friendly owner who shares his knowledge of the region. Simple but very good dishes. What more could you ask for? Don't hesitate to go.

11/07/2026: Nice lunchtime deal, I had the fougassette ravioli with the assortment of cheeses, there were 3 and they were very small pieces, which was a shame, but it was good!

12/06/2026: Hello, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience from the afternoon of June 11th. I was greeted by a saleswoman wearing glasses and a ponytail. When I simply wanted to be served, she refused, saying she had to finish washing up. I explained that my break was ending in less than 5 minutes and that I was therefore in a hurry, but unfortunately, this wasn't taken into account. I completely understand that a single person on duty might have many tasks to manage, but in my opinion, the priority should remain welcoming and serving customers, especially when the request only takes a few moments. Better organization could prevent this kind of situation from happening again. It was a disappointing experience that doesn't reflect the level of service one expects from a bakery.

27/08/2026: Only downside was that i couldnt finish the huge slice of pizza only 3.50€ each!!!

15/08/2026: A large boulangerie in the village of Avignon, this spacious establishment offers a huge counter offering bread, sandwiches, salads, and pastries. It also has indoor and outdoor tables, with reasonably large and well-maintained restrooms. Outside, tables are shaded by a large tree. The service at the counter is friendly and helpful, although sometimes hectic due to busy times. Very good value for money. The cleanliness and tidying of the tables inside and out could perhaps be improved.

06/09/2026: Way too expensive for bad ice cream. I can't recommend it. The server behind the counter was also unfriendly. These comments have been the same for years, and apparently nothing is being done about it. So, off to the competitor. Goodbye.

24/09/2026: Thieving employees. You intentionally double-charged me by making a mistake at the first drive-thru kiosk and not giving me the credit card receipt I requested. All this while refusing to give me my order at the last register unless I swiped my card a second time. And now you're not responding when I ask you to refund my money, with proof of the double charge debited from my bank account in your company's name. I'm forced to send a formal demand letter by registered mail with return receipt requested, for almost the same amount as the meal I ordered two months later. Give me my money back.

19/09/2026: Malicious, rude, and vulgar staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Another thing: you order two coffees, and the second one is just the first one doubled with hot water added!!!

19/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this bakery. I bought a "tuna mayo" pan bagnat for €7. It was practically empty for that price. But the worst part was that it contained anchovies, even though this wasn't indicated anywhere. I'm allergic to anchovies. This could have had serious consequences. I went back to the two saleswomen, very calmly, to explain the situation and ask if they could do anything about it. Their response? That it was up to me to ask about the ingredients and that pan bagnats contain anchovies. Another customer even intervened to tell them that this was false, that a pan bagnat doesn't contain them to begin with. No apology, no gesture of goodwill. Instead, snickers and a contemptuous attitude while I was left without a meal. Frankly, these two saleswomen have no business being in retail. Be very careful about what you buy here, especially if you have allergies. The ingredients must be clearly listed. Personally, I'll never set foot in there again.

18/07/2026: A very warm welcome. A delicious homemade coppa and goat cheese sandwich. Good value for money. I recommend it.

23/07/2026: The Place des Corps Saints is a pleasant place to sit. However, the bar Les Célestins is a real tourist trap. For example, two bottles of white wine listed at €22 on the menu were charged to us at €50. Also, pay close attention to the menu; the "charcuterie/cheese" platter is listed at €13.90, but this presentation is misleading. The "/" actually means "or," not "and." If you don't specify this when ordering, you'll be served both, and the bill jumps to €23. As for the platters themselves, the portions are very small, and the quality is quite average. Considering the prices, the value for money is far from satisfactory. A very disappointing experience that I do not recommend.

23/07/2026: The evening and daytime staff are exceptional; the daytime staff are full of smiles, good humor, and energy! Unfortunately, the food and management are disastrous! There are arguments between the owners in front of customers and employees, shouting can be heard from the terrace, and the food is slow and quite expensive for what it is. (Three stars are reserved for the servers.)
