02/08/2026: Le Clousis is a great little restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere. The chef cooks beautifully and the presentation is lovely. The servers are friendly, pleasant, attentive, and respectful. And the owner is incredibly welcoming. Basically, the whole team is wonderful. We go there from June until they go on holiday. 26/08/2026: A truly wonderful place in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire that we wholeheartedly recommend! 😊 Martine and Benoît are absolutely lovely, and you always feel very welcome at L’Escapade. The food is a real treat: the daily specials are always varied, with a choice of fish or meat, and above all, the cuisine is generous, flavorful, and made with passion. And the desserts… they are simply divine! 😍 A special mention also goes to Lulu, always bubbly and full of good cheer, and Louise, more discreet but just as lovely: two fantastic waitresses, always smiling and genuinely friendly. A charming team, excellent food, and a warm atmosphere… we always come back with great pleasure! 😉 ❤️

05/09/2026: We went for lunch at this restaurant where we received a warm welcome. The menus we chose were very good and well-prepared. Furthermore, the waitress who served our table was pleasant and very professional. Add to that a very pleasant setting, a friendly atmosphere, and very kind owners, and we had a wonderful time and will definitely return and recommend this establishment.

05/09/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I wasn't disappointed. The appetizer buffet was well-stocked. I ordered a hamburger with homemade fries and a salad. The meat was cooked perfectly, the hamburger was excellent, and the fries were also very good. For dessert, I chose the French toast with warm caramel and whipped cream: simply excellent! The welcome and the staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of its food and its warm atmosphere.

15/07/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at La Coussotte and had a wonderful time. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious! The presentation was truly exquisite; you could see that each plate was prepared with great care. The flavors were spot on, and the ingredients seemed to be of very high quality. The dessert was equally delicious and perfectly presented. A true feast for the eyes and the palate! Thank you for this excellent meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

P.S.: We had waited 40 minutes at another establishment just before, only to be told they were out of mussels...
