29/03/2026: Extremely overpriced. Very limited selection and poor organization. The waiter was grumpy, and we wonder why. The aligot with sausage was awful at €16 for a small portion. If it had been good, I wouldn't say anything, but it was too much. The sausage was dry and seemed past its expiration date. The aligot was bland; it tasted like mashed potatoes. I do not recommend this restaurant. Very disappointed 😡 Poor service. Avoid at all costs.

02/10/2025: This restaurant in the lobby is perfect. Good, fresh ingredients, excellent service, and great value for money. I had the grilled sea bream, which was superb. I highly recommend it. Remember to book ahead. We got the last table.

08/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant in the heart of the pretty village of Castelnau-Pégayrols for the first time and we weren't disappointed. Special mention goes to the excellent farçous (a type of savory pancake) and the sweetbreads. But from the appetizer to the dessert, we had absolutely no complaints. There were six of us at the table and we all agreed. Very good value for money, and a warm welcome too. We'll definitely be back!

22/03/2026: Fantastic find! My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance, and we weren't disappointed! The atmosphere was great, the servers were fantastic, and the food was delicious and plentiful! One small issue: I ordered my meat medium-rare, and it was more rare than cooked. But that was a minor detail, because it's a really stylish place, pub-like, with a super attentive server and generous portions! I'll definitely be back! And I highly recommend it!

15/09/2025: The location is quiet, easy to park, and there weren't many people there when we were there (early September). The service was fast, the dishes were carefully presented, but given the quality of what we were served, it was a disaster. The aligot sausage was uninteresting; the sausage was really terrible, and the aligot was thin, too runny, even though it's the region. The worst thing was the chocolate mousse, although well presented... but from the first spoonful, it was disgusting. I don't know if the mousse was poorly stored, but it was close to spoiled. It was disrespectful to dare serve that to customers. So we paid, we didn't make a fuss, but we won't be going back.
