08/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant in the heart of the pretty village of Castelnau-Pégayrols for the first time and we weren't disappointed. Special mention goes to the excellent farçous (a type of savory pancake) and the sweetbreads. But from the appetizer to the dessert, we had absolutely no complaints. There were six of us at the table and we all agreed. Very good value for money, and a warm welcome too. We'll definitely be back!

09/05/2026: Very warm welcome, a little disappointed with the bedding, which was average. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet and offers good value for money, but the cleaning leaves much to be desired! The windows seriously need replacing.

09/05/2026: Friendly welcome, well-located hotel with free parking. Clean and functional room. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. Bathroom equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

29/04/2026: The tacos were really bad... I ordered a two-meat taco with extras that were forgotten... I know the chain well and it's generally good, but this one is definitely not recommended. The tacos were tasteless and very bland; it's a shame because the waiter was very friendly. And the kids' menus had lollipops instead of the surprise...

11/05/2026: Cute Mario toys in the window to entice children while they waited in line, and then in the Happy Meal, an old book covered in grease stains! No mayonnaise for the fries, no fruit for dessert, they even forgot the rösti in the burger! One of the worst McDonald's we've ever been to!

10/05/2026: We arrived around 5:30 PM, the restaurant was practically empty, and despite that, the service was disastrous. We waited 30 minutes to be served even though there was hardly anyone there. The worst part was the attitude of a staff member who, while handing our tray to my partner and me, asked, "How did you get ALL OF THIS?". Since when do you judge customers based on what they order? It's extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We were shocked by such behavior. Regarding the order: * One drink was missing, * The sauces were forgotten, * We ordered four McDeals (three chicken, one beef), and one of the chicken burgers was missing a piece of chicken instead of the usual two. It really felt like they were only serving customers half-heartedly to avoid having to cook it again. And finally: We ordered three chocolate hazelnut McPops, but received one vanilla and two speculoos McPops without any prior notice, apology, or offer of an alternative or refund. To make so many mistakes in an empty restaurant, coupled with inappropriate remarks to customers, is unacceptable. A very bad experience from beginning to end.

02/01/2026: I found myself scrambling at the last minute, on December 31st, to find VUSE top-ups for my brother. I was feeling a bit discouraged and ready to take any top-up, even if it wasn't the right one. Luckily, the tobacconist was kind and helpful, informing me that his were indeed unsuitable. Eventually, I managed to find the correct top-ups at another tobacconist. Thank you! ☺️

27/04/2026: Arriving late this Sunday, we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh monkfish. A very pleasant person welcomed us with a smile. We finished with a delicious dessert. Highly recommended! We'll be back!

22/04/2026: We were disappointed. Cobwebs, dusty, bordering on dirty, creepy, insects on the tables, flies buzzing around you, no menu, the owner asks you what you want to eat while picking his nostrils... yes, really! After that, you lose your appetite. ...the meat looked good, but it was hard to swallow, and the hygiene was questionable. So we ate super fast, like a speech from Gonzales, we couldn't wait to get out of there... brrr... honestly, we were really disappointed. However, the owner is nice, and the price: €50 for 5 people, hard to find cheaper. But clearly, we'd rather pay double and go somewhere cleaner. I still get goosebumps thinking about it!
