27/08/2024: It's been a long time since we ate this badly. 2 hamburgers at €21 each, requested 1 "rare" and the other "medium". Inverted plates when serving the dish and the "rare" more than cooked practically inedible (but I was hungry), both without sauce, very very dry and very thick bread even at McDonald's they are better, that's saying !!! We had eaten at this same restaurant with friends some time before and we were very satisfied. Normal ice creams, nothing more... Honestly, I don't think we'll go back there even though we're from Millau.
23/08/2024: Very nice restaurant in Millau. I had the veal tartare to discover, it was very good. The team is dynamic and pleasant. I recommend.

27/08/2024: Nous sommes venu déjeuner en famille après une balade en canoë. Nous y étions déjà venu l'année dernière et c'était déjà excellent. L'endroit est reposant, convivial. Les enfants comme les adultes ont adorés la cuisine. Une mention spéciale pour les parfaits servis au dessert qui sont une tuerie. L'équipe est très sympathique et dynamique.

01/11/2024: An address to remember. A very friendly welcome, large rooms with a beautiful terrace and very clean. We had half-board, our taste buds were enchanted by the excellent home-cooked meals!

06/10/2024: The location is superb, the welcome is friendly. The decor and the laminated cards, however, set the tone, foreshadowing more the beachside tourist trap than the bistronomic cuisine of the regional capital.
The tasting confirms the fears: between the molasson lamb sweetbreads drowned in fat and the industrial fries served with the elegant little pot filled with sachets of equally industrial and uninteresting mayonnaise, we cannot say that the plate is to the party.
The comparison with the brasserie of a well-known Michelin star in Aubrac is very painful, even though the price is roughly similar.
Friends in the kitchen, wake up, we're going to have to give it a try!

28/08/2024: Bonjour, sous un beau soir de juillet avec la famille nous avons pris une planche de charcuterie et une planche de fromage plus un bol de frites, nous nous sommes régalés, les planches étaient bien fournies et très bon rapport qualité prix!

26/08/2024: Surtout éviter ce restaurant même si il est très bien placé au centre ville.
On s'est vite rendu compte pourquoi le menu du jour était à 15 euros.
Entrées inmangeables, entre le mauvais paté de campagne imprégne de morceaux de gras, et le mauvais hareng à l'huile sorti de sa boite et ses pommes de terres en lamelles non cuites, aucun aiissonnement, à part de l'huile, seul l'oignon était bon.
Un steak brulé et cuit à l'intérieur alors que nous l'avons demandé bleu.On a demandé une sauce au poivre, supplémént 3 euros, quand même et là la cata ! de l'eau et non de la crème et sans poivre.Bref, même les sauces en sachet du supermarché sont meilleures !
Les desserts quelconques et non faits maison.
Bref ! serveurs perdus et manque de propreté.

28/09/2024: Hotel to avoid staff, not friendly. The really small room is not air conditioned on the ground floor so it is not possible to leave the window open. Television, trifling. I strongly advise against it.
22/09/2024: I wouldn't rate the rooms as just eating at the restaurant but
lousy service. 1h30 to take orders, after 2h30 the dish arrived and my fish was not even cooked. 3 hours to eat. When paying, we were told that there was a shortage of staff. Very disappointed I would not come back.

Improved meals on weekends, Friday and Saturday evenings. Closed on Monday.
