27/07/2024: Pleasant pizzeria on the edge of town, the pizzas are excellent and the mix of 50% pizza and 50% salad is not only original but allows you to have the best of both.

Anyway, after being debited by booking (booked in April) and when we did not have the tourist tax left to pay, the receptionist made us pay for the room. After several emails, calls (all during our vacation) and 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't say thank you. Our vacation budget was depleted and we had to postpone certain activities

04/08/2024: Our stay this year is totally different from the previous one. We were not informed of the newly obligatory reservation at the restaurant for dinner which led to us being unwelcome at the restaurant, an option was offered to us to "snack" at the garden bar, not to mention that there too we We were very poorly received. Many services have been changed downwards but not the price of the room (incidentally smaller and more modest than N-1, without air conditioning, without minibar) A magnificent castle where we had excellent memories…

18/09/2024: Charming hotel where we appreciated the calm, the view of the viaduct, the comfort and the availability of the staff.

18/08/2024: Beautiful place but a shame that the exterior facades were coated with cement so as not to leave the stone visible like on the tower. Garden maintenance is also a priority because of some weeds. Decoration not to our taste. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean.

13/08/2024: En cheminant les rues nous nous arrêtons devant ce restaurant où la terrasse était complète pour le déjeuner. Nous sommes donc accueillis à l'intérieur, dans un environnement cosy qui n'a rien a envier à la terrasse ! Tout est parfait, le service plutôt rapide malgré l'affluence, une équipe dynamique et chaleureuse. Mais surtout de très bon plats. Le menu du jour à 18 € est simplement parfait.

05/11/2024: I come regularly to Subway in Rodez, and I am always satisfied! The team is smiling, welcoming and very professional. The meals are always fresh and delicious, with a good choice of ingredients to make your ideal sandwich. The value for money is excellent. A big thank you to the entire team for this quality service! I recommend without hesitation.

22/09/2024: Nous n y étions revenus depuis le changement de propriétaires...Excellent repas, accueil chaleureux, deux points à améliorer, la tenue vestimentaire du serveur et du maître d hotel en totale inadéquation avec le repas et efforts à faire en déco particulièrement au niveau des tables. 29/08/2024: A setting inviting relaxation and disconnection. Everything is done so that we don't have to worry about anything. The staff is very attentive to our comfort and well-being. Very good time, a magnificent panorama, a wonderful meal and breakfast, what more could you ask for?

29/07/2024: Magnificent location - friendly and professional welcome. Magnificent swimming pool in the middle of the vineyards. Spacious, pleasant and atypical room. A charging station for Tesla and other electric cars is available to customers. On the other hand, we do not recommend the restaurant. The service is extremely long (1.5 hours to finally only have one dish). The cuisine lacks a bit of refinement for a gastro and there are no children's portions.

14/08/2024: I had already been there 5 years ago the portions have decreased and the service is too long, and the meal a little too salty too bad!!!
