06/11/2025: This is now the third time we've been to this restaurant, and the last… We ordered, First, they forgot our drinks after we were served. Then, we started eating, and there was a fly in our burger plate—specifically, in the salad! The servers didn't seem all that shocked. Furthermore, every time we've eaten, the plates have been chipped… another negative point regarding hygiene. Despite all that, the dishes are simple but satisfying. Finally, they gave us a small gesture of goodwill: an Orangina.

16/11/2025: When you call, you get an answering machine that tells you the restaurant is PERMANENTLY closed (November 16, 2025). What a shame!

07/07/2025: We were heading to Sylvanès Abbey and arrived mid-afternoon, five of us. We were starving and desperate, thinking we wouldn't find anything. No, we arrived at this bar. We were extremely well received and informed that we could enjoy charcuterie platters, salads, and desserts. We chose from a diverse menu and enjoyed excellent, generous salads made with fresh, high-quality regional produce. As for the desserts, they were a spectacular display worthy of a grand establishment. We would love to return to this area, but we're not planning on doing so. So don't hesitate to make the detour.

05/10/2025: I made a reservation on Wednesday for Sunday lunch for 5 people. Reservation accepted. We arrived Sunday at 12:00, but the door was closed. We called... No answer... Avoid this restaurant. Reservations

05/10/2025: Avoid, we had made a reservation on Wednesday for a Sunday lunch. He even gave us the menu. We arrived on Sunday lunchtime, the restaurant was closed, and they didn't answer the phone. Not even a note on the door.

29/05/2026: No dogs allowed and a tiny, poorly maintained area for walking them. Tall grass and lots of foxtails. I just read the owner's response saying that dogs on leashes are allowed in the area. However, I seem to recall seeing a sign prohibiting dogs in the area where you can have coffee or eat! In fact, people like me were waiting outside with their dogs while other passengers brought them coffee or snacks!

27/05/2026: The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. My son had left his backpack near the cafeteria (a big thank you to the person who returned it to reception 🙏). It was put in the safe, and I was able to retrieve it quickly. Many thanks to all the staff.

17/05/2026: We walked the Camino de Santiago and booked two single rooms at this hotel. We received a very warm welcome; the manager is lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating. Dinner was delicious, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the rooms were very nice. We recommend this hotel without hesitation. Many thanks again!

03/05/2026: The best chai in Occitanie, perfectly spiced, a wonderful surprise!!! Don't hesitate to add a shot of espresso to your chai, it's delicious 🤤

31/03/2026: A lovely afternoon tea. Pleasant and nicely decorated space. Choice of green or black tea. Accompanied by homemade desserts: two slices of chocolate fondant and a small bowl of whipped cream, a strawberry tiramisu, and a crème brûlée. Small but charming place. Terrace.

01/05/2026: A pleasant experience. A minor complaint: the mussels weren't hot enough, but they were tasty, so we sent them back to be reheated. There weren't enough staff, and they were running around trying to serve, manage the bar, and handle payments. When we went to pay with holiday vouchers, the waiter told us he could only accept two, but there was no mention of this anywhere (no logo at the entrance). We found out about this payment method on TripAdvisor (no limit on the number of holiday vouchers accepted), supposedly because the owners pay a tax on them. A little freshening up of the dining room would be welcome. Kudos to the waiters!
