21/01/2026: A very cute restaurant. The food is very good, the staff attentive, and the service quick. The vegetarian/vegan menu is well-stocked and varied. Big thumbs up for the mango sticky rice!

06/02/2026: It's a restaurant in name only. The service is appalling, completely unacceptable for the clientele who spend a fortune on tasteless, and I'd even say, substandard food. We left the restaurant, and a neighbor saw us, clearly annoyed, and whispered that it's a tourist trap. Apparently, locals never go there. Absolutely terrible!

06/01/2026: I ordered from them twice. The first time, a not-so-great pizza. The second time, a taco—spoiler alert: not great. The fries weren't salted. Two stars: one for speed and the other for the friendliness of the delivery drivers.

25/12/2025: Let's keep it simple and to the point: - I ordered a Black Forest cake for 6 people for 50 euros, which wasn't actually a Black Forest cake at all. It wasn't good, and the ingredients were clearly low-quality. - The reception from the pastry shop lady was appalling. Disappointed at having been ripped off like this, I called a friend from Marseille who knows the city like the back of her hand, and she confirmed Marrou Catering's terrible reputation: "Marrou isn't good, everyone knows that." You should always do your research before ordering. Customer disregard will backfire on you sooner or later! Goodbye, Marrou!

05/12/2025: Honestly, I'm very disappointed! The flan was of very poor quality for a Marrou product! The bottom was completely burnt, inedible! The puff pastry wasn't fresh. A pastry unworthy of the brand.

07/01/2026: Fantastic Marseille brasserie! I've been eating there almost every day for years. The staff is excellent, and the food is delicious. It's a lovely spot for breakfast in the sun or an afternoon drink (and you can eat there any time of day!). I highly recommend it!

30/06/2025: An old-fashioned bakery: the bread is delicious, the welcome is fantastic, and the prices are really low. Bravo to the whole team, and they're open 7 days a week.

02/09/2024: Tucked away off the beaten path, this is a gem of a place. We got the fish of the day which was cooked incredibly well and flavorful with perfectly cooked vegetables, as well as the mixed salad. Trivially but of note: This is the only restaurant we’ve been to so far that has given us pitchers of ice cold water with continuous refills which offered us much appreciated respite in the hot weather. Wonderful vibes and service. Would definitely recommend!

11/02/2026: I bought a raspberry Tropezienne tart for just over €30... the cream was perfect, but the brioche was incredibly dry, as if it hadn't been baked that day. I think that at that price, you'd expect better!
