28/12/2023: Vraiment un bon hôtel, une bonne situation par apport au villes aux alentours. Piscine, Hammam, sauna, restauration tout est comprit pour passer une bonne journée.
23/12/2023: Nous avons passé la nuit dans ce charmant hôtel. Le Mr de la réception à été adorable, au petit soin avec nous. La chambre était correcte et propre. C'est vrai que l'état général aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Mais c'est un hôtel 3 étoiles il ne faut pas l'oublié. Le petit déjeuner était très complet je recommande ! Nous avons également apprécié le coin cheminée et le spa.
Nous reviendrons au beau jour pour profiter de la piscine extérieure 🙂

27/09/2024: Excellent welcome by the young waiter and the chef, typical and very good cuisine, and perfect service, attentive, cordial and very well paced, without rush or waiting. Even for a very big end, the dishes are very generous.
In short, a very nice table where I will return with pleasure
22/09/2024: Of all there times,we were extremely ignored. Poor service and less attention to guests' requests.
Being Moroccan, in the Normandy this is the right place to eat coucous though.
Sorry for the service, you can find youth who can best serve people with a simple smile.

30/08/2024: Unfortunately we had to talk with our hands and feet because people here almost only speak French. Since England is quite close, I expected something different in the region... Anyway... The staff had a lot of patience with us. MUST eat the Churros (or here they are called Chichis) here. After a portion you are full and the children are happy 👍

22/09/2024: I ate there at the end of my training in Ifs, we thought we would do like in Dragon Ball, stack the bowls and plates so much we would have eaten, it was very good, many different dishes apart from the desserts, but we were quickly satisfied, we got our money's worth, I ate around ten dishes, a good memory unlike the training.
10/09/2024: Two years ago I gave it a rating of 5/5 which today has risen to 2/5.
The quality of the dishes is no longer there. The only good dishes are the steamed appetizers.
The service is pleasant and the restaurant is clean.

17/09/2024: We had a very enjoyable evening and the food was lovely! It was very busy and all the staff were working hard but the food still took rather s long time to come to the table. My fish soup was piping hot and obvioulsy freshly made.
All the staff were pleasant, and spoke good English.
Would definitely go again.

26/07/2024: I absolutely do not recommend, we ordered two glasses of chardonnay with my friend, without tasting, because we were in a bar.
Barely did we taste a sip two large maximum. Our palace refused. No sooner said than done. I return to the bar with the two glasses filled, the young waitress as well as her sidekick, With a sideways look. I explain the situation to them:
I'm sorry your glasses of chardonnay don't suit us. Is it possible to do something please? Without kindness, Madam and Sir, tasting, it's pasta snob!!!
I'll pass on the rest to you, I'll kindly ask for a change of glass after one sip, I'll be asked to pay for a second drink without any commercial gesture!!!
At Paulette's no thank you, know that the counter right next door belongs to the same owner but the waitress who received us just after this disagreement was more than pleasant. Review your Standards, and I advise you all to turn to the waiters at the bar counter. Melissa
