03/12/2024: Very long service. Really unfriendly staff. The waitress, not smiling at all, places the plate of cake abruptly on the table. Visually beautiful but sickening pastries with no finesse. In short, total disappointment

01/12/2024: Nice place but it remains a large shop in which we have set tables. It's not cozy. The pastries are too sweet for our taste. Friendly service.

13/09/2024: Nous sommes revenus après quelques mois d’absence suite changement d’équipe. Nous venions tous les mois auparavant avec les enfants mais le service était catastrophique (serveuse qui souffle, cocktails servis après le plat ou le manager qui réprimande sa collaboratrice en public). Nous sommes agréablement surpris du service ce soir. Tout se passe bien. En revanche, après hésitation, nous avions choisi Buffalo pour fêter l’anniversaire de ma mère en voulant lui donner une autre chance et ça fera 3 fois qu’un anniversaire n’est pas fêté. Nous avons sollicité pourtant la responsable (femme habillée tout en noir avec un carré parfait) mais elle ne semble pas avoir souhaité nous permettre cette offre alors peut-être est-ce un acte manqué mais quand le même restaurant ignore cette demande faite sur place auprès d’un responsable et ce par 3 fois (dont un anniversaire d’un enfant), on opte plutôt pour la publicité mensongère avec toute la mesure de la frustration qui en découle. Pour ma part, c’est écœurée que je rentre et c’est avec toute la bienveillance que je prône au quotidien que je peux affirmer à présent que c’était bien la dernière fois que nous venons.

09/09/2024: À la base nous devions passez une bonne soirée en famille, la serveuse très gentille et agréable. Je trouve que les responsables prennent leurs employés un peu pour des moins que rien il suffisait d’entendre comment il leur parler pour comprendre , la nourriture laisse à désirer Les desserts seulement Étai parfait mais pour se retrouver avec une note exorbitante Cela nous aura gâché notre soirée et nous y retournerons jamais ! Désolé pour la serveuse gentil, c’est la seule chose bien du restaurant .

25/08/2024: Very warm welcome, and friendly staff, it's good but we are (not very pleasant) surprised to see too many supplements appearing here and there on the menu when the other brands display a direct formula. A little effort on consumption would also be welcome.

25/08/2024: Un endroit sympa ou nous avons bien mangé. Tout était très bon. À noter la remarquable amabilité des serveuses et serveurs. Je recommanderai cet établissement avec grand plaisir. Tous mes remerciements et bonne continuation.

01/09/2024: My route means that I have to go through the Tesla super charger right next to the MacDo in Breteville on Odon. We decide to have a coffee while loading. The espresso is displayed on the paper price right next to the cash register at €1.50. So two coffees are €3.20. ((Surprise, I found a wolf. Everyone seems surprised)) I must be counting wrong. The cashier goes to see his boss (1), who tells him to see a deputy who can't do anything. So she goes to see La Cheffe(1) who doesn’t really care. The answer provided is on the checkout. We are obliged to apply the cash register rate and nothing else. So you always have your two coffees. If you stay at €3.20 instead of the displayed price, not at all. You can keep them. Not to mention the fact that I had to wait in front of the cash register for 5 minutes before The Chef asked one of these guys to come and serve me. I haven't been to MCDo in ages. Well you disappointed me with your I don’t care attitude and your Bad Times. Be careful to check the price displayed on the signs at the checkout because the pain is aptly named. 01/09/2024: How can this still exist? A shame. All levels Not a restaurant, just a canteen with frozen food, horrible decor, terrible food. In short, move on. At this price even a kebab I would pay more for it

25/11/2024: Very disappointed with KFC. We tried the experience again on Sunday noon, November 24. Already the price has exploded, the quality has dropped and I was empty this morning, Monday. We won't set foot there again at all.

22/11/2024: Do something for your teams because it has become the worst fast food in Caen for the service, after several visits always a problem I take on the spot I am given several times to take away, never napkins (why at KFC downtown yes?), sometimes endless waiting in the evening with no customers, this afternoon the colonel WITH bacon you give me the without bacon. Are the commands illegible?

04/08/2024: It was an unpleasant stop, we stopped to have coffee, everything was fine, I went to the toilet, which were mixed and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but the worst thing was when my partner tried to use the toilet, the lady at the bar told him that he couldn't let it go. to the bathroom in the parking lot, he told him that he was a customer and he didn't trust him, he started asking the waiters, very unpleasant.

25/07/2024: The owner is very rude to foreign customers, perhaps she doesn't like hosting Italians, she spoke badly about us to other customers because two of us used the toilet after having eaten breakfast. Unfortunately she was unlucky to have met a French teacher who understood everything without answering so as not to lower herself to her level, which was embarrassing.

12/09/2024: Delivery by über eats the best of Big Mac menu was cold yet I don't even have you 2 km from McDonald's the order plus the delivery took less than 15 minutes the delivery man took 5 minutes to come and the menu is cold is the portion of potatoes were really small...

10/09/2024: Menus received hot and well prepared. The Manager Dylan is incredibly friendly and cheerful. We were offered a top bag to take the rest with us. Thanks to him!

22/09/2024: Pay 1€ more for fries and cheddar and have 3 of them fight a duel, which also tastes like cardboard.. A Fanta without bubbles.... Then yell at me to give me my bag.... A very enjoyable experience 😅

14/09/2024: Mcfirst fish of a good size, good in taste but too much salad. The small fries are also good in taste and quantity. The prices are still quite reasonable.

04/09/2024: What to say?? I really approve of the mussels. It was a treat. My stomach was literally exploding. The chef managed 100% for the taste. I had more room to get the sauce with the bread. Go there with your eyes closed. I will come back only for that
