27/08/2024: “It’s like home.” This is what your host will tell you when you arrive. This is not true at all. I don't cook as well as him and I'm not as attentive as him either🤣. Following the recommendation of a friend, we came to discover this place, certainly small, but which has a particular charm, which is calm and enchanted us. A welcome and listening from this gentleman who delighted us... And I didn't talk about his cooking. A treat, simple, no frills, nothing but happiness on the plate. A wine merchant and a restaurant unlike any other in Caen. Thanks to him, it was great!

16/05/2024: Déjeuner dans l'arrière cours très calme et ensoleillée. Prise des commandes et services rapides. La gérante est très pro et accueillante.

17/08/2024: Vendredi soir réservation faite pour 4 personnes. Accueil souriant et dynamique. Produits de qualité. Bonne présentation des plats. Un petit bémol les 4 desserts pas apporté en même temps. Non avons mangé en décalé les deux derniers ,les 2 premiers finis que les autres arrivait. Geste commercial les cafés offerts pour ce désagrément. Stationnement à proximité gratuit à partir de 19h. A faire

03/07/2024: Jolie salle de restaurant refaite, serveuses au top , souriantes ,réactives et de bons conseils. Les plats etaient parfaitement cuisinés , merci au cuistot pour le spezatino et l onglet de boeuf.

24/08/2024: It doesn't look like much, you arrive and ask for a croque with fries and you get what you asked for, the gas and all on your own and you manage like a boss. You get what you pay for and it's not like a restaurateur who knows nothing about it. So I highly recommend it.

11/08/2024: I came last year the staff was friendly. There we had inappropriate comments. They do not respect the wishes of customers with children. It's really a shame!

22/12/2023: It looks more like a factory canteen than a workers' restaurant, your plate is not yet finished and we already want to get rid of it as quickly as possible, sirloin steak full of nerves not to mention the tasteless pepper sauce , I had already stopped once, I tried again so as not to end up with a failure but in vain Good luck anyway

08/07/2024: Nous sommes allé à ce jour manger à Courtepaille Mondeville avant une séance de ciné, ça faisait bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas mangé chez eux et quel déception ce fut au niveau qualité service et prix !! une sauce roquefort qui baignait dans son huile ,une pièce du bouché à point trop cuite et pour finir un café liégeois avec deux boules glace caramel !!!!! tout ça pour un prix exorbitant, franchement grosse déception et à fuir!

30/06/2024: Cette fois ci pas du tout déçus par le travers de porc. Personnel aimable et accueillant. Un petit plus par rapport à l'année dernière.

10/09/2024: We hired Calvados Caterer for our wedding on August 31, from the reception through the meal to brunch the next day. Nothing to say, everything was perfect! The teams are really great, everything was delicious. We have had nothing but compliments from our guests regarding their work. Many thanks! ☺️
