20/08/2024: Quality service. Very good and well-filled Norman pancakes. We had steak fries for the children at the friendly suggestion of the waiter as it was not on the menu. Nice place close to the sea to recommend. Easy parking in front of the creperie

05/08/2024: There are times when the garnish isn't very generous but other times when the person in the kitchen is super generous. After taste, we're sure the pizza does the job well and there's nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness.
18/07/2024: Order of 2 cal'z the chicken cheddar one tastes like water while eating frankly I am disappointed with the quantities and the taste no flavor

26/11/2024: Euh... c'est une honte l'attente au drive ! Plus de 30 min pour 6 voitures 😂 Fast food mon œil pour ne pas dire autre chose ! Le " c'est pas de notre faute on est blindé " quand le restaurant est vide... ça passe pas les gars ! Il faut du personnel hein pour tenir un fast food ! A deux ils ne peuvent évidemment pas y arriver les petits jeunes ! Qui soit dit en passant sont charmants.

Bien souvent, la machine à glace ne fonctionne pas...
La qualité de ce genre d'établissement n'est pas au rendez vous.

27/09/2024: Despite explaining that we wanted 1 decaffeinated single shot expresso & 1 cappuccino, we got 1 ordinary espresso & my cappuccino was cold! Very poor service & delivery! Will not visit again!
24/08/2024: 1 star because you can’t put less: friendliness 0! 2€ more to eat there, unacceptable especially for eating a sandwich of this quality. We sit on a table while waiting for our order to be taken and we get kicked out because we are on a table of 4 instead of 2 (but no table of 2 was available...)
FLEE this kind of place, where kindness and respect do not exist!

23/08/2024: After 17 minutes of waiting with a gnawing cramp in my arm, I was surprised to see my shoes fossilized on the floor. So I decided to recommend to the person who WASN'T on the phone to go get a deep hole. I do not recommend except to foreign telephone scammers.

29/08/2024: A customer for 30 years, I have seen in recent years a chocolatier who certainly maintains very good product quality, but who now seems to be in the hands of unscrupulous financiers: in terms of price, it is really expensive and therefore pretentious, and in terms of service , it's nonsense: the shop is closed on a Saturday in August at 3:00 p.m. (without any explanatory paper) even though it's supposed to be open, or another time I waited alone in the shop for 5 minutes, before an employee appears from the back of the store. I should have helped myself and left!!!
29/08/2024: Passing through Dives sur Mer, purchasing a brioche/croissant (the seller does not specify the name) in the shape of a dome. Brioche with a nice buttery taste and a flaky crust. A delight! Too quickly eaten so no photo😉

19/09/2024: A fuir, j’avais commandé un steak tartare, la viande est arrivée rosée et très grasse, je l’ai tout de même goûté mais immangeable, je leurs ai demandé de me la changer, je l’ai remplacé par une aile de raie, sans goût et tièdes
Mon mari avait pris des moules frites, elles étaient froides avec plein de coquilles cassées, les frites étaient pas mauvaises mais pas très chaudes
Seul l’accueil était bien
18/09/2024: Je pense que c’est une note justifiée car nous avons bien diné ., Les moules étaient assez cuites mais un peu salées, il n’y avait plus de bars mais mais remplacé par la dorade qui était bien cuite, les frites étaient croustillantes et bien chaudes et le dessert bien copieux et bien arrosé aussi !! La serveuse amusante et sympathique , nous avions passé une bonne soirée.

17/08/2024: We now know where the controlled designation “Tourist trap” comes from. Amazing prices, smile and “hello” as a paid option, in short a deplorable welcome.
When we don't like tourists we do something else.
I wanted to give 0 stars but I only gave one for the service in order to put the review.
Our group of 12 people could have consumed in good spirits but in the end we simply got up and walked 5 meters to find ourselves at the friendly and shopping neighbor's house.
I highly recommend Lou Cabana and his amazing team. Plus their pancakes are excellent.

28/08/2024: Ho chiesto dopo pochi minuti dall’ordine di poterlo sostituire ma mi è stato detto dalla cameriera che era troppo tardi! Il piatto me l’hanno portato dopo 25 minuti dalla mia richiesta di cambio, c’era tutto il tempo per fare il cambio quindi non ha voluto farlo. Non ordinate calamari fritti! Anche gli altri piatti presi dagli altri componenti della famiglia non raggiungevano i minimi standard italiani

23/10/2024: Carte traditionnelle, les plats ne sont pas mauvais mais c’est tout. Au niveau du service il faut réclamer et nous avons déjeuné en attendant le pain que nous n’avons jamais eu.

Elle a de la chance d’être la seule à Houlgate à vendre des poulets cuits.
05/07/2024: No matter how much we order the chicken in advance, it is never ready at the appointed time (between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. each time). Last time, I was surprised to have 1/2 chicken for 5... even though I had ordered 1 whole one. And as a bonus I almost swallowed a piece of plastic while eating my fries, which by the way are not good and expensive. In short, I tried several times, always the same bad experience. Now I'm going to order it from the butcher a few meters away!
