14/06/2026: On the way back from vacation, on a Sunday at 1:20 pm, finding somewhere to eat was tough. But this little family-run restaurant did the trick! A very generous burger menu, with cheese from the Pierre-qui-Vire Abbey and hearty crêpes... For €22! Unbeatable! All this on the shaded terrace. Yes, the service was a bit slow, but it's vacation... Well, almost! 😔 We were very happy with this stop, a typical French experience, surely much appreciated by our German and Dutch friends who were there at lunchtime. Thank you!

06/07/2026: Friendly welcome, respect for the staff. It was very busy and they were working their feet off. Escargots were tasty, the bavette was unfortunately not good and it was a shame there were no fresh fries. The fish was good. We sat at a table in the middle and it was very noisy. If the tables were not in the middle, this would improve the service. Perhaps we arrived at the wrong time.

06/07/2026: Nice restaurant, fast service and very pleasant staff! I recommend the sea bass fillet and the virgin sauce.

25/04/2026: Walked in last minute without reservation. The staff welcomed me without hesitation. Food and service was precise, intentional, and focused without pretension. Wine list was priced with precision. My new favorite meal in Beaune.

23/04/2026: A very pleasant evening; not a huge selection on the menu (not considered a negative), but the dishes on the plate were delicious! Combined with a nice wine list, and being able to chat about the wines in Dutch with sommelier Jarne as a Belgian is obviously an extra plus!

20/06/2026: Worst experience anywhere in France, in the dozen visits to the country. And Beane has much better places. The host is very racist, speaks rudely to anyone who’s not white. Refused to give us a table, despite there being empty tables. And the Wine list is better at other places. What an irony, a super racist pace that serves Asian food but doesn’t welcome

14/05/2026: A truly colorful character, the owner gave us a warm welcome, which is so rare these days! The Alhambra's daily menu is not only excellent, but it's bursting with flavor! That's also rare these days… So we came twice during our short stay in Dijon. Perhaps we'll see you again sometime, kisses from the Auvergne region.

24/06/2026: The setting is pleasant, but today I encountered a saleswoman who gave me a very poor reception, was rude, and showed no respect or professionalism whatsoever. She messed up my iced coffee twice, so I asked for an exchange for an espresso, still water, or something else… but nothing. They just took my drink back without offering any solution. Even after insisting with the HR manager, who referred me to the next room without a greeting or anything, just said, "To each their own."

18/06/2026: Excellent, never disappointed with Columbus. Special mention to the staff who make the place extremely warm and friendly (especially the young man who's there every time I come and is always in a good mood and super smiley).

17/05/2026: A Saturday night meal in a small restaurant where the dishes are a delight for both the eyes and the palate. A perfectly curated menu featuring fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. For an amuse-bouche, a creamy smoked asparagus soup. For my husband's starter, poached eggs in red wine sauce with foie gras and two generous slices of foie gras, and for me, a beautiful plate of local asparagus with gravlax salmon. For both of us, fresh scallops on zucchini tagliatelle with morel sauce. Delicious! The set menu includes a cheese plate or fromage blanc. For dessert, I had crème brûlée, and I also had a floating island with pink pralines, which I regret not ordering. All this for a very reasonable price of €39.50. Special mention goes to the waiter, who took excellent care of each table. The chef came by to chat at the end of service; it's always a pleasure to talk with someone who is truly passionate about his work. I sincerely recommend this restaurant to both locals and those just passing through.

04/03/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but I was very disappointed with this restaurant. When I booked a table by phone, I asked if they served fresh pasta. They confirmed they did, and I asked because I'd been burned before, so I made the reservation. That same evening, we were told they didn't have any pasta... this is the second time this has happened, and we came specifically for pasta. If pasta is no longer on the menu, they should clearly state this and not lie to customers.

03/07/2026: Huge disappointment… dinner for our wedding anniversary, having informed us in advance about a food intolerance… and what do they bring me as soon as I start? This food I can't tolerate! A complete lack of consideration and willingness to adapt. No apology, not even an alternative suggestion… not what you'd expect from a gourmet restaurant!

30/06/2026: A €68 menu that seems frozen in time. From the amuse-bouche, we could see the problem: a tasteless gazpacho, a soggy tomato chip, and carrots boiled in unsalted water. The coconut blancmange was simply presented. Their website promises a "timeless experience," and it certainly is, but not in the way we expected. Textures were muted, seasonings timid, and there was no signature touch. At this price, one expects refined and flavorful cuisine. Unfortunately, I think that when a chef forgets why they cook, the dish tells the story better than they ever could. As for the service, it lacked the finesse one would expect at this price point. I'm writing this review because the waiter never once asked us if we had enjoyed our evening… What a shame.
