15/05/2026: A great place that's worth discovering. It's a good option for lunch when visiting the Museoparc Alésia. We had a reservation. We ate well; the tiramisu could have used more coffee or amaretto, or both, but that's just our personal preference ;) The place is small and therefore gets noisy quickly, but the friendly smiles and warm welcome more than make up for it. We'll definitely go back, being from the area.

10/11/2025: For my 70th birthday, I used the inn's catering service. All my guests were delighted by the excellence of the dishes: foie gras as good as anything from the Southwest (bravo!), poached eggs with Cîteaux and Epoisses cream (a delight!), and beef cheek in red wine with its garnish (a hearty and flavorful meal!). Many thanks to the chef for preparing such a wonderful celebratory meal, and also to his wife for her warm welcome. Bernard Livet

18/05/2026: We chose this restaurant for its food. The welcome was deplorable, with a staff member who was condescending and made pronouncements without checking. The food was good, but not exceptional. The side dishes could have been cooked to perfection, in my opinion. The trout en papillote (butterfly-style) is a welcome change, especially since the plastic label was burnt, which was a significant improvement, particularly for a pregnant woman (we mentioned it, but received no real acknowledgment). The staff didn't interact, and there was a general feeling of coldness. The corporate atmosphere was borderline. I agree with a previous review that noted regulars are well received, while newcomers are treated like outsiders. Thus, an evening that seemed pleasant turned into an ordeal. It didn't make us want to order drinks or dessert. Expect to wait an hour for the main course. We finally gave up our table for dessert. It was a disappointment.

19/07/2026: The dishes were beautifully presented, the quality of the ingredients was excellent, the portions were generous, and the bread pairings were delightful. The service was efficient and friendly. The value for money was very good. In short: a very enjoyable culinary journey.

02/07/2026: Arrived at 8 pm, the terrace was practically empty, and I simply asked for herbal tea to enjoy the fountain in the evening. I was refused service with a condescending look. Avoid at all costs.

01/07/2026: Very well maintained. Classic and quite spacious for lunch or dinner. Consistent prices and located opposite a lovely, landscaped walking area, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors overlooking the Norges River in town. A good, easily accessible spot with parking just 30 meters away. A decent village kebab. Recommended for a quick and worry-free meal.

17/04/2026: Wow. Just wow. For someone like me who's used to seafood, it was an explosion of flavors. I was expecting just an ordinary fish restaurant, but I traveled across the seven seas. 15/05/2026: Fantastic cafe, great staff, great service, great food, and wine!! Managed to accommodate our family of 8! This was our 2nd visit here as booked in for an overnight stop on the way to the Alps. Christine and her team looked after us very well and we look forward to seeing them all again in 2027!!
