19/09/2024: Coming to the restaurant on Sunday September 15 with family (we have already been several times) I was very disappointed. - the quantities are insufficient. - tasteless starter (squid) - pay attention to the freshness of food (mafé-style chicken leg). - service much too slow: not enough employees in the room today. Positive points: attentive, smiling, pleasant waiter. Pleasant and bright room, very clean establishment.

06/08/2024: We were in Bêze to visit the cave… We had lunch with our daughters… Menu with very little choice, but so good, it’s a guarantee of quality and homemade!!! Excellent welcome, delicious meal. To recommend instead of the restaurants in Bêze which refused us at 1 p.m.

19/09/2024: Very good restaurant with a nice selection of wines. I just regret that we were seated in front of the bar rather than in the room. It was much less pleasant, there was a lot of traffic, it was less peaceful and overall the atmosphere was less interesting. The dishes, however, were very, very good. I recommend.

16/09/2024: The food was bland. The service was abysmal. We sat and waited 15 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us after the host sat us at our table. The dishes we ordered were incredibly heavy and not good. After eating in France for many days, I can say this was the most bland dinner and expensive for what it was.

18/06/2024: Several very nice, pretty rooms for all events, each able to accommodate the desired number of participants. Very kind and accommodating boss, excellent toilets (this is important!), all for a more than reasonable price. I'll update after my own event!

04/09/2024: We were staying in a hotel nearby. Found this Pizzeria via Google. We arrived Friday evening around 7:00 PM. The very friendly owner indicated that he was very busy and that it could certainly take a while. It is also takeout only and not a restaurant. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Pizzas looked and smelled delicious. Made in a wood oven

31/08/2024: Very nice discovery in St Jean de Losne! Double terrace, near the Saône for more privacy and under covered patio otherwise. Matured meats and angus cuts are delicious for meat lovers. Very good choice of wine at very reasonable prices, and from very good estates. The service is fast and very friendly. Special mention for dessert, melting chocolate and a ball of speculoos.

08/09/2024: Quite disappointed. I knew it when it was at the Golden Fleece and it was twice as good. It is not indicated that there is veggie, you have to get your sauces, the fries were overcooked, the burger was not transcendent, the salted butter caramel was in fact vanilla with caramel coulis on top.... Friendly servers. Expensive for the service.

03/09/2024: We came Friday evening 08/30/2024. We were served by an unpleasant person, a little bearded man weighing 40kg all wet, who clearly did not appreciate that my wife asked him for details on certain ingredients of the dishes ordered, questions which are nevertheless essential with food intolerances. Blasé attitude, annoyed tone, unavailable smile, rolling of the eyes, we're not asking for the moon but if customer contact is not for you, you should think about changing jobs. About the restaurant itself, we may have come at a bad time but we had an indoor table with 4 flies, to say the least 'motivated', who were enjoying our dishes, we asked to change tables (much to the chagrin of our server). The dishes were OK (quality/quantity), nothing more. Very mixed experience in the end, we left angry even though we had come to have a pleasant time. Special mention to the cashier waitress who tried to backpedal with a smile to leave us with a good impression, thanks to her.

14/08/2024: Passing through for a one-night stopover on the way to our vacation, we enjoyed our evening stopover in this charming hotel. The setting is pretty, wooded and relaxing, the room clean, comfortable and quiet, full breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, the swimming pool was the little extra for us after a 5-hour drive with our children. Good value for money for the hotel part. Restaurant side, good quality cuisine, pleasant staff who try as best they can to compensate for the lack of staff leading to short service times but quite acceptable especially when you are on vacation. Small downside on the menus, lack of choice on the €28 menu and on the children's menu.

31/07/2024: The attentive staff. We were with a two-week-old breastfed baby and they bent over backwards to offer us some peace and quiet in the restaurant and to be served just by the waitress out of respect. The restaurant is super good! Great chef. The rooms are great too and with a baby bed! There is no air conditioning but the building is made of stone and is naturally cool (approx 21/22 in the room just perfect while outside 36c). The only regret was not being able to try the swimming pool. Stopover night but we will return. Another big thank you to all the staff.
