21/08/2026: Cyclists, beware!
This has nothing to do with the food: it's the "Le P'tit Bouchon Dijonnais" food truck that's causing the problem.
Its driver squeals his tires at roundabouts to clearly demonstrate that he's bigger than a bicycle, right-of-way or not. He nearly knocked me over.
If the driving is anything like the food, I'll pass.

30/07/2026: A delightful experience! Stylish and welcoming staff, a beautiful, spacious, and bright dining room serving creative and exquisite cuisine that happily highlights fresh ingredients. I had a wonderful time in this pleasant restaurant at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back!

03/09/2026: Cleanliness left much to be desired (cobwebs, dirty seats, unironed tablecloths, stained cutlery). The service was very slow, and when we pointed it out, we were told we shouldn't be wearing watches. Hard rock music was blaring. The Caesar salad was meager for the price. Very disappointed.
01/09/2026: There were 24 of us on Sunday evening. The waiter was fantastic, we had a great laugh. It's crazy to see people like that. The meal was superb, nothing to complain about. This restaurant is great, we'll be back. Don't change a thing, you're perfect! Waiter (Max) and his colleague

12/06/2026: The drinks menu is particularly extensive, with a selection rarely found elsewhere. The food is equally excellent: when you go, you'll eat very well! The atmosphere is also great, and you're always warmly welcomed! I highly recommend it!

I recommend L'Embuscade if you like cider and sweet drinks.

10/08/2026: What's missing is a smile and friendliness from the person who I think is in charge or managing the place. Otherwise, the servers are pleasant and the young man at reception is perfect. I certainly won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it. A foreign couple came in and this same person turned them away in such a... You should change careers, madam; you can't run an establishment like this and be so unpleasant.
04/08/2026: A truly wonderful place! We had a fantastic meal, and the value for money was excellent. We were delighted to discover this restaurant. The cuisine is original and refined, and the wine list is exceptional! We were just passing through the area, but we will definitely be back!

13/08/2026: A very enjoyable dinner after a long day of driving. Staff were super friendly and happy for our kids to share a main course, we had mussels, fish and steak and which were all delicious. Much enjoyed.
13/08/2026: Unfortunately, I only have a photo of the dessert, but the soup and meat were delicious and beautifully presented! A truly great little place with plenty of tables outside! Reservations are much better!

02/06/2026: I placed an order on Uber Eats, the order was rejected, then I called and got someone who wasn't even at the restaurant. The meat was good, however, I couldn't taste the sauce because there wasn't any. I'm still looking for the vegetables, and the gazelle horn pastry was easily over a week old.
In conclusion, I don't recommend it and I won't be going back.

Consistent prices and located opposite a lovely, landscaped walking area, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors overlooking the Norges River in town. A good, easily accessible spot with parking just 30 meters away. A decent village kebab. Recommended for a quick and worry-free meal.

17/08/2026: I stumbled upon this place and it's a great find. Today's set menu for €16 included a poached egg with Époisses cheese – absolutely delicious! And the chicken supreme with crushed potatoes was superb.
