02/09/2026: A disappointing experience at Shanti this evening. As a lover of Indian cuisine and a vegetarian, I was excited to discover the dishes offered by this restaurant. I ordered an Indian platter, an assortment of different items ranging from appetizer to dessert (original!). Most of the food was sorely lacking in flavor: bland rice, rather dry salad, and canned tabbouleh (we saw the can). I didn't find anywhere the wonderful blend of spices, aromas, and flavors that characterizes Indian cuisine. For that, the restaurant would have needed to use fresh ingredients... There was also some kind of purée (hummus?) on my plate; it had a strange taste, I think it had gone bad... The waiter didn't seem concerned after these remarks. For a so-called "Indian" platter costing nearly €20, it's very disappointing, both in terms of taste and cultural significance... The mango lassi I ordered to accompany the platter was equally bland. The quality of the food offered seems inconsistent, however, as my partner ordered a potiwrap and samosas that were very good! On the plus side, the service was very fast and the welcome was pleasant. In short, a restaurant that offers many vegetarian dishes but is only Indian in name and decor. It would be more accurate to call it vegetarian fast food with a mystical atmosphere! --- I had a stomachache the night after eating there... Definitely avoid the Indian platter.

I let my 13-year-old come here with his friends: in the evening he vomited his tacos: because you agree to serve adult portions to little kids: I WARN PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS GO THERE ALONE, THEY WILL FORCE-FED THEM FOR THEIR PROFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF THE KIDS' HEALTH.

14/05/2026: I paid for a set menu order and when I got home the drinks weren't there. They forgot to take the payment and instead of putting the drinks in, they didn't include them.

28/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel while attending a wedding. Surprisingly, the room was spacious, pleasant, and nicely refreshed for a 2-star hotel. Having booked for the wedding, we were expecting a slightly less luxurious room, but it was actually comfortable and pleasant. Furthermore, we had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's meal, so carefully prepared with exquisite local ingredients. We truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place, even if you're only staying for a day. Don't forget to try the restaurant. A big thank you to all the staff; we will never forget our stay in Burgundy.

12/05/2026: A very good restaurant. The menu isn't huge (a sign of quality and freshness), there's a good selection of wines at reasonable prices, the setting is lovely, and the service is attentive. This was our second visit, and we will definitely return.

10/08/2026: I was initially going for the daily special, but being the calzone enthusiast that I am, I decided to try it, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The welcome was friendly, from the owner to the staff, no complaints whatsoever.

06/08/2026: We go there for the pizzas! Never disappointed! Nice terrace, easy parking.

02/07/2026: If you want to eat a good couscous, this is the place; air-conditioned dining room and good value for money.

25/04/2026: A truly excellent restaurant. Exceptional couscous and exquisite tagines. All this in a Mediterranean travel atmosphere. Bravo for this authentic and delicious cuisine!

31/07/2026: We didn't stay long in Dijon. Yet, within two days, I knew I could make this my home base. Just steps from the market, we watched Dijon come alive. Every local was a participant, chatting away. Impeccable service and interesting conversations with the owner. Next time, this is where I'll eat. I recommend checking out the establishment's fabulous collection of Carthusian monks' wines.

11/07/2026: Benaton lost its star, but chef Keishi Sugimura is determined to win it back with Kirameki, and he has every chance of succeeding. The menu features primarily local ingredients, enhanced by Japanese techniques, which can be admired if you dine at the counter. The highlight of the evening: Arctic char is already a rare treat outside of lake regions, but lightly smoked like this, it's truly unique, perfectly complemented by the freshness of a cucumber gazpacho. The Wagyu ribeye with wine and blackcurrant sauce was also remarkable. And be sure to choose the option with sushi.

02/06/2026: The perfect spot for an aperitif and more... snacks available, fair prices, and a fantastic panoramic view from the chairs along the wall of Les Halles. Friendly and welcoming service. We've been there several times... and highly recommend it!

20/07/2026: A small village restaurant, always a good place to grab a bite. I go there quite often, especially since they have a charging station. However, I find the menus are getting worse every time. I hope they'll start making simple, tasty dishes again.

31/03/2026: There is only one main dish at lunchtime (€20). Today’s was tartiflette : potatoes baked with onions, cheese, and bacon (lardons), with salad. A bit heavy but very good. For dessert we decides on cheese, there were 3 different kinds on the plate.

13/09/2026: We arrived at 7 pm and weren't served until 8:30 pm, after seeing all the other tables that arrived after us being served before us. There were mistakes with the orders, and items on the children's menu weren't mentioned when we ordered… in short, avoid this place; it was a disaster.

03/09/2026: Disappointed this time… €22 for a tomato and mozzarella salad with salmon, and €19 for a tart, I think that's really overpriced for what was offered. It's a shame, because I knew your establishment for your brunches, which I really enjoyed and found very pleasant. But this time, the value for money was really lacking, especially considering the portion sizes and what was on the plates.
