17/11/2024: Ok it's the sale of wines, Ok it's crowded... But if we don't know how to manage a queue we close that day! Twenty minutes of waiting and being passed three times when all we wanted was a coffee and two bottles of water... In short, I'm from Beaune, I know where I won't go again!

18/09/2024: Well located bistro but the welcome needs to be reviewed. Unfriendly waiters who sigh at each request. 25 min wait to get the card. Other restaurants are much more worth it in Beaune.

06/12/2025: We usually eat at this place, but lately we've noticed a significant decline in service. On a Saturday lunchtime, during the lunch rush, I don't think it's right that there are only four people preparing and serving. We paid for our order at 12:05 PM, received it between 12:45 PM and 1:00 PM, and found a McFlurry transformed into a smoothie and a cheeseburger turned into a simple "cheese." I was familiar with the concept of fast food until now, and I'm grateful to have discovered slow food. I don't mind wanting to make a profit, but it shouldn't be at the expense of the customers. Start by properly filling the burgers and hiring more staff. PS: In addition to checking the contents of the order, I also have to inspect the inside.

19/06/2025: Avoid! We went to this all-you-can-eat buffet and when we arrived... we were the only ones there. Furthermore, there was almost no food left in the containers; the supply is a disaster. Furthermore, I would like to point out the lack of hygiene: the waiter putting the sausages back in place with his hands, pieces of already eaten kiwi put back in the containers and the toilets, not to mention it. And to end on this beautiful note; the next day I spent a good hour on the toilet emptying my meal from the day before. What a great experience!

13/09/2024: Between the worn and cracked armchairs, the chipped plates and the bad and very expensive salads...this restaurant is to be avoided...really a shame! There are customers, because the golden fleece is full at noon, but is that a reason to serve such cuisine? And the toilets...what can I say...dirty of course...very very dirty...hygiene here is the least of our worries...

04/11/2024: Our entrées were delicious. The crepe de riz vapeur and the salade de boeuf grillé were fantastic, we were thrilled. Riz cantonais was good. My wife's shrimp a l'ail cuit vapeur was good. I ordered the poulet au caramel thinking it would be the safest thing on the menu. It was completely inedible. Tasted of burnt charcoal, not a hint of sweetness to the runny sauce, and the meat tasted slightly spoiled. The waitress was polite and friendly, but cleared away my untouched plate without a question. This is disqualifying. Even if you are adverse to conflict, that has to be addressed. Not recommended.

Professionalism, respect for the customer, and quality are back. 🤗👏 A long time ago, I completely stopped going to this McDonald's due to problematic management and a blatant lack of consideration for customers (disrespectful tone, slander, etc.). Before, there were also constantly missing items in our orders, forcing us to drive miles back without any apology or compensation. I recently returned out of curiosity, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the radical change! The current team has raised the bar impressively. 😍🥰👏👏👏 • The staff is now friendly, polite, and very dedicated. • Customer consideration is once again a top priority. • The food quality has improved: No more having to "reassemble" your sandwich. The products are incredibly well-made, they stay neatly wrapped, and the packaging is clean, without any excess grease! It's like night and day. An example of this professionalism: Recently, I noticed an error in my Drive order before leaving. I pointed it out, and the team corrected it immediately, with sincere apologies, and even let me have the incorrect sandwich! It's superb service and a level of dedication that the previous staff absolutely lacked. I am incredibly touched by their professionalism. I especially want to highlight Ellias's kindness and dedication to customers, the likes of which I haven't seen in a very long time. His colleagues are also very polite and committed. A huge thank you to the entire team for transforming this experience! They have all raised the bar for the establishment and for respecting their customers.

09/12/2025: On Wednesday evening, December 2nd, I came in with a young person. She fainted, and absolutely no one from the staff came to see what was happening. I experienced a completely unbelievable situation. Four customers came to help me (only four!!), thankfully. We waited for the fire department for over an hour. The firefighters were very surprised that no one from the staff came to meet them or ask what was going on. Returning with three firefighters and a stretcher, we were more than visible. At McDonald's, it seems you come as you are and leave as you are: unseen. What a disgrace! That's it.

04/08/2024: Hello, I usually eat at this McDonald's restaurant regularly, but recently I have encountered a problem with accumulating my points when I make a purchase at the terminal. So I turned to an employee who was very correct towards me then the manager took care of me and was obnoxious to me, clearly explaining to me that there was no after-sales service in this McDonald's despite the fact that I explain to him the problems that I may have encountered. I am therefore very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's and I do not recommend it given the non-existent customer service.

10/11/2024: A SHAME!! There were 3 of us. We were forbidden to enter for no reason! Oh yes, sorry, we weren't kissing the bouncers. We were in the queue. Evening called by reservation without listing 🤔🤔. Arriving in front of the bouncers, we were put to the side and 30 people passed in front of us for no reason. Discrimination and incomprehensible selection. Ashamed !! Thank you to Bal'tazar for this beautiful end of the evening where the welcome was very different and fortunately very nice.
