22/10/2026: Shameful service and quality! I'm forced to give it one star, but it doesn't even deserve that. A 25-minute wait when there weren't many people there. The staff is unpleasant and seems to make no effort whatsoever. The salad in the burgers was wilted, the bun on the Giant was stale, and to top it all off—for a takeaway order, the ice cream and burgers were put in the same bag, so 15 minutes later you get ice cream soup and burger ice cream. Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen anything like it!

22/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Lion d’Or in Messigny with our family! The quality of the food was incredible; everything was delicious. The service was simply exceptional, with a warm welcome and attentiveness that made our visit even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a marvelous time together. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire team! 😊

06/08/2026: We are regular customers. We have noticed a decline in quality over the past few months, particularly with the Marie baguettes. They are getting smaller and smaller. The last one we received was 33 cm long and weighed 240g. Knowing that it should normally weigh around 250g and, more importantly, measure between 55 and 65 cm. Is this normal?

20/08/2026: A Wednesday evening with friends after the solar eclipse of August 12, 2026. We were warmly welcomed and seated quickly without a reservation. Our order was taken promptly, but there was a long wait for our food. The grill was done right in front of us. The meat was of good quality and the portions were generous. The free-range chicken was excellent, and the homemade sauces were delicious. It's a shame the fries weren't homemade. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with a rustic decor. The staff were pleasant and smiling. I recommend it.

21/07/2026: Passing through at an Airbnb on our way to our vacation destination, we needed to eat. We searched on Google and ended up here for takeout. When I arrived, I saw the star rating and panicked a little... but not at all! We were 100% delighted with the quality and freshness of the food. Very happy and rather surprised, I imagine this place must have fallen victim to a dishonest competitor because it was absolutely delicious.

25/07/2026: Family-run, flavor-packed, and seriously generous portions. The tacos are the highlight, soft tortillas with tender meat, fresh toppings, and a creamy secret sauce that ties it all together. Kebab sandwiches are just as good, stuffed, juicy, and made fresh to order. You can tell this family takes pride in what they serve, they're warm, quick, and even remember regulars. Sefaa the one working there is an absolute gem, so welcoming & passionate about his food. Prices are fair, portions are huge, and the homemade white sauce is a must-try. My only downside? I won't be back in the region until next year, and I'm already counting the days. Best kebabs in town, highly recommend!

12/07/2026: A lovely pub with a large outdoor area and plenty of seating. Great service – quick and friendly. We sat there during a World Cup match and had a fantastic time. A great atmosphere! Definitely recommended, and we'll gladly come back. Thanks!

11/07/2026: We stayed here End of May couple nights. Property really nice, pool clean, breakfast good, restaurant also very good. So generally it was a nice hotel. HOWEVER, we had bugs/insects in our room, on walls and ceiling etc (not one but well over 10 at least). I suspect they were termites. We told the reception about it and they were just like "thank you, we will look into it and that it happens now and then". No apologies and no room changes or anything. I think they handled it very poorly, just like they didnt care about it and it was normal. For us it was quite bad experience as had to double check at home that none had travelled back home inside luggage either.
