02/03/2026: Always good products. A little more expensive than before, but the quality of service and friendliness are still there.

20/02/2026: I've occasionally been disappointed by some of the desserts, but most of the food is very good, especially for a franchise. I particularly want to highlight the kindness and good humor of the lunchtime team. It's always incredibly busy, yet you never feel stressed or disorganized. Kudos to them; it's a little something that makes our break more enjoyable.

31/12/2025: I thought about it for a long time because I was waiting to calm down about my experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant. In short, it absolutely does not deserve this star! It was shameful to arrive at our table and see a tablecloth stained in several places. The aperitifs were served in unappealing glasses. After the first bread, we were served frozen bread... We were served pigeon that was cooked beyond disastrous. Flowers were used to garnish a dish that was an acrid and lingering taste. And to top it all off, we asked to see the chef, who appeared before us wearing a crumpled jacket—a total lack of respect. The only positive point was the sommelier, who was pleasant and a good professional.

14/12/2025: Our experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant left us perplexed. The service could be more attentive, the ambiance more refined, and above all, the cuisine more flavorful and distinctive. The sommelier saved our evening, and we thank him for that. We were hoping for a memorable gastronomic experience, which, unfortunately, was not to be.

28/08/2024: Our suite, the restaurants at the hotel, the staff, the location were all fantastic! We loved our stay and were able to walk around town without needing transportation. Everyone was so helpful and excited we were there. Just can't say enough nice things about this place and we are super picky.

04/08/2024: !! a horrible experience, to escape!! 400€ per night in a hotel for not sleeping and being extremely poorly received. The hotel puts us in a room not in the hotel but next door, in an ugly room with windows that are not windows. Sleepless night guaranteed! The light only works half way, the sockets too. When I arrived, a super nice exchange between the receptionists: Can you install them? No, I can't, I have a thousand things to do, can you go? Nah, I have to prepare room service. It sets the tone! The next morning I explain that I didn't sleep all night, they don't answer me, they don't apologize, the receptionist looks at me badly, the other person rushes to charge me €25 for a baby bed which I had to help install because they don't know how it works and €25 for parking. Everything was lunar, it was frankly a shame, bordering on theft. Only the breakfast team was up to par during this stay.

02/03/2026: I chose this restaurant by chance... which isn't always easy in Dijon. It was really great there, very nice people who took wonderful care of me, very attentive. The food was also delicious; I had the beef bourguignon. I felt very comfortable.

23/02/2026: We enjoyed a stay in an idyllic setting, steeped in history and with undeniable potential. The property is old and very beautiful, but would benefit from better maintenance: some elements unfortunately give an impression of being outdated, particularly the grounds which seem neglected during the winter months. The room, although clean and equipped with quality bedding, is rather small for an establishment of this standard. We were also surprised by the lack of a minibar and by the in-room amenities, which were not up to 4-star standards, especially considering the price of €315 per night including breakfast, which we found high (plastic water bottle, no welcome biscuits, bleach-stained carpet). The welcome was mixed: while Patricia at reception was particularly friendly and professional, we were disappointed by the lack of staff for about 15 minutes upon our arrival, even though our booking was known (spa reservation at 3 pm). Conversely, the owner was particularly unwelcoming, even unpleasant. The spa, however, deserves special mention: Karen literally saved the experience. The treatment was a magical moment, delivered with great professionalism, at a very reasonable price. She is a real asset to the establishment and fully deserves to be recognized. The lovely bathroom and the breakfast, featuring homemade products, are also strong points. We didn't try the restaurant, but the dining room is exceptional and definitely makes you want to return to experience its cuisine. In short, a place with undeniable charm and a strong character, boasting wonderful human qualities, which would nevertheless benefit from improving certain service and maintenance standards to fully live up to its ambitions and its rating.

19/02/2026: We had a suite in an annex. The whole place was quite outdated and the cleaning wasn't done properly. The restaurant experience wasn't pleasant. We had a small table in the passageway by the entrance and the staff were rather inattentive. We were freezing during our massage. The parking lot behind the hotel, near the fields, is poorly designed and offers no security. You then have to cross a garden to get back to the rooms. The parking lot in front is reserved for the restaurant, so most guests park on the street. We found a hamburger patty in the refrigerator in our room... The receptionist came to remove it, but it was a potential source of contamination, and the appliance should have been checked during housekeeping. In short, the hotel is expensive for what it offers.

14/02/2026: Excellent Japanese restaurant. I regularly order through Deliveroo and also eat in; I'm never disappointed. A special mention goes to our waiter, Jeffrey, who served us that day—very friendly and smiling.

14/02/2026: We wanted a boat, but it was a shipwreck! Booked for Valentine's Day this evening, arrived at 7:45 PM, and by 8:30 PM there still wasn't a single waiter to take our order… not even a bottle of water! We left very disappointed!

17/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant for the second time and the experience was excellent once again. Refined cuisine, flavorful dishes, delicious desserts, and very pleasant and attentive staff. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return.

28/12/2025: Very disappointed, very expensive for the service and quality. We came with our three children. No change of cutlery. The buffet menu wasn't explained, and the choice was limited for the price.
