A restaurateur who deserves to be highlighted for the quality and consistency of their work. I highly recommend it. And what can I say about the service provided by the hostess: a smile and kindness.

21/05/2026: This bistro in the heart of Nice is run by a couple – he's in the kitchen and she's in charge of service. It's a real meeting place, frequented by smiling regulars who appreciate the homemade cuisine made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu, written on a chalkboard, seems to change regularly. Many know the place well and make sure to greet the chef at the stove while chatting with the owner. We opted for the full experience – starter, main course, and dessert. We truly tasted the love in every dish; each one was bursting with flavor while maintaining a traditional Niçoise character. The service was friendly and efficient. We wish we had discovered this bistro sooner – a must-try!

14/06/2026: A fantastic find! The welcome was simply superb, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and attentive throughout the meal. Special mention goes to the octopus with chorizo, which was a real treat, perfectly cooked, as well as the excellent non-alcoholic cocktails! You can tell everything is done to ensure you have a great time. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

07/06/2026: At Mama Baker, you leave feeling addicted! The best rye baguette in the world! And the cookie is clearly the best in Nice! And the smell from the bakery is insane! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The service is fantastic and energetic! The only downside is the small size of the shop. Don't change a thing.
