24/07/2026: It had been 23 years since I'd last set foot in Du Gésu, and I found it just as authentic as I remembered. Everyone I'd recommended it to had been delighted, and today I experienced a blend of indulgence and nostalgia. Another excellent experience, a warm and genuine welcome, authentic regional cuisine, real (!) gnocchi, broad smiles... everything we love!

06/07/2026: We listened to 2facto tonight, it was very fun, improvise and sincere. We were like listening to&singing with our friends. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. All the Trinquette personnel we met were very kind and warm people. I likened this place to Nardis Jazz Club in Istanbul, which has been successfully run by a musician couple for 25-30 years; its standards are truly high, just like theirs. My only criticism is that the photos here don't reflect the true ambiance of the place; it's much more than what's seen in the photos 😍 We had a wonderful evening, and the night already took its special place in our memories 🥰 Gülderen/Bora/Naz from İstanbul

11/08/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while looking for dinner. We were greeted very warmly and immediately told that only set menus were available. However, there were also separate dishes for our two children. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We really enjoyed our meal!

16/07/2026: The true heart of authentic Niçoise cuisine. Off the beaten tourist track, but very close to Nice Ville train station, this small family-run restaurant is certified "Cuisine Nissarde," a label reserved for connoisseurs of this traditional local cuisine. Prices are much lower than in Old Nice, but the food and service are just as good. Everything is homemade. This is the second (or third?) time I've eaten a real Niçoise salad here, the only truly authentic one, meaning without cooked vegetables. They also have daube niçoise, another quintessential dish. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. The chilled local rosé by the carafe won't break the bank. Reservations are recommended in the evening. It's always packed!

14/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience at La Palmea! The food was delicious, but what really made our meal special was the person who greeted and served us. A fantastic person, smiling, attentive, and passionate about their work, who made the experience even more enjoyable from beginning to end. You immediately sense someone who loves what they do and puts their heart into providing a great experience for their guests. Frankly, many professionals in the hospitality industry could learn a thing or two from them: this is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to return to an establishment. An excellent meal, exceptional service, and a truly wonderful memory. Thank you!

26/06/2026: Authentic (real) French BREAD bakery in Nice, amazing bread and brioche but just realize there are no croissants and no coffee. Just fresh baked bread, I got a baguette and it was still hot from the oven. I bought some jam and cheese from a shop down the street and it was an amazing experience. Best Baguette in Nice! Highly recommended if you want fresh baked bread in Nice.

27/07/2026: 23 years of bliss, and still the same magic! ✨ For 23 years, this has been our unmissable summer ritual, and every visit is a true delight. Philippe and his entire team welcome us with a level of professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness that is increasingly rare. From fried calamari with zucchini blossoms, grilled sea bass with two absolutely delicious sauces, homemade mashed potatoes, lobster linguine, tuna tartare, and even strawberry puff pastry… everything is always excellent. Flawless, year after year. A huge thank you also to Tania for her impeccable service and kindness. Restaurants like this are becoming rare. Thank you for all these wonderful moments, and above all… never change!

The service is top-notch, the menu is absolutely stunning, and the prices are more than reasonable considering the quality. They go to great lengths to satisfy their customers, and they succeed.
