21/09/2024: After many years I returned to this site. It is a wonder to visit and absolutely. You need to pay a virtual €1 for the maintenance of the waterfalls.

21/11/2025: So I went there with my family during the summer holidays, and the service was really quick and good. However, a customer, probably a regular, was talking really loudly and was having a beer with the owner in peace and quiet, but we ignored it... My food arrived; I think I ordered a chicken salad, and THERE WAS AN INSECT! HELP!!!! Then I had two scoops of ice cream, and the price was a bit high for the quantity. Otherwise, the waitress was super pleasant and really kind.

07/10/2025: I really like this restaurant; its food is very good, with fresh, healthy, and very well-prepared ingredients. And its authentic French character makes it my favorite restaurant near the port of Antibes. I prefer to go there outside of busy days or hours, and I watch the veterans who meet there, chat amicably with the owner, and reminisce about their adventures at sea. It's not a Pagnol painting because we're in Antibes, but it's one of the rare living and authentic portraits of Antibes, daughter of the Mediterranean. And the food is good!

22/09/2024: Restaurant bien placé certes mais les prix sont abusés. 16euros un dessert waouh ….14 euros un cocktail encore waouh!!! Les plats sont bons. L’accueil est sympathique mais sans plus. Manque le sourire.

22/09/2024: Been coming to Cannes for 30 years and introduced dozens of clientele to this restaurant. Never been plain sailing on every occasion but nothing in life ever is. However, upon my arrival with my wife we decided to eat here. We ordered and our waiter was excellent but it was in between shifts and then we had another who was also very pleasant indeed. My partner’s food turned up and my very simple salad didn’t, fine! I asked and then 10 minutes later a meal turned up that I didn’t order. 15 minutes later after my partner had finished I said I didn’t want food as the moment had passed. I asked the manager to reflect this in the bill and he immediately threatened me with the police. Sorry is there a food police in France I don’t know about? This man was nothing short of demented, super aggressive and said he didn’t care for us or our custom. Lovely man. Like to meet him on a dark night down my road.

10/12/2024: Duck was terrible. It was like my shoe sole and I could not to to chew it…. Knives were blunt and stake was wery difficult to cut. Dot recommend to visit this restaurant

27/11/2024: A sure value! Third visit and still satisfied. Impeccable service, excellent oyster menu and great happy hour cocktails. The meats are a real highlight - the entrecôte and duck breast are delicious. We'll come back!

04/09/2025: Overcooked trout, insignificant sauce, canned green beans. Only the ratatouille was decent. Worthy of a company cafeteria.

09/07/2025: A customer of this Nice specialty restaurant for over 10 years, I was very disappointed on Friday, July 4, 2025 to be served 5 defrosted shrimps when I ordered a prawn skewer. So 2 small bites to peel and dry. Snail butter on my goat cheese.......very disappointed! And the staff was off the mark....it's no longer the address I knew

07/07/2025: Excellent service! The waiters, Thomas and Robert, were very nice and very accommodating! They had a fantastic sense of humor, and the happy hour was definitely worth it! The food was delicious and the value for money was definitely good! I highly recommend it!

09/11/2025: The owner's behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful. The onion soup had no broth at all. We ate on the veranda, we were all freezing, and we ate in our down jackets. When it came time to pay, the manager was rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place!

25/09/2024: Nous nous sommes rendus dans ce restaurant entre amis. Magnifique décor, service au top et rapide. Les desserts sont présentés sur un plateau, ils donnent tous envie. Plats très bons. Nous avons pris de la saule et des calamars frits. Les plats sont copieux. Très agréable de manger les pieds dans le sable avec une magnifique vue.

23/09/2024: I had salmon pasta for €28. They had no taste, it was just undercooked pasta and frozen salmon without sauce. I am very disappointed especially for the price

31/08/2024: Thank you for this pleasant professional evening The strong point of this establishment is the staff who were very pleasant, professional and attentive to all our requests. The places served during the aperitif were very good (truffle anrancini for example) but the dishes served at the table were much less good

07/12/2024: Magnificent route among maritime pines and suggestive views. The club house in the ancient building is fascinating. The restaurant is excellent.

22/11/2024: Magnificent golf course Quality fairway and green. Course surrounded by History with its incredible umbrella pines. Perfect welcome.

23/08/2024: We were greeted very coldly with: “we are no longer serving”. This at 1:30 p.m. and while a quarter of the terrace had not been served. Given the rude welcome and the look the manager gave me, I can't avoid wondering if it has to do with the color of my skin. EDIT: We, however, ate very well at the Brasserie Guillaumoise next door which does not appear on Google. And yes, the Bar des Alpes served the following people well. A shame

29/10/2024: Pizzas and dishes are prepared independently, which causes an imbalance in service; if there are several of us, and some take pizza and others take pasta, the pizza will arrive 20 minutes before the pasta Apart from that the food is very good

15/09/2024: We wanted to have a drink a little before 7 p.m. We did not have time to enter the establishment. The person at the counter made a big sign with his arms crossed to let us know not to enter. Lack of tact on his part. There was hardly anyone there. The person didn't even come to explain to us. We just wanted to have a drink to stay for ten minutes. Lack of professionalism and tact.. We are not animals, he could have just told us that.

14/09/2024: The pepper burger at this restaurant is absolutely perfect. The meat is of great quality, the bread is excellent, the sauce excellent, and the side dishes as well. Highly recommended!

19/12/2024: Excellent French onion soup with sweet onions. One of the best French onion soup that I’ve tried. The gnocchi was nice and soft. Beef cubes melted . Lovely place
