15/04/2026: It's magnificent, right in the middle of the slopes!
We slept incredibly well at 1650 meters altitude. The room was very comfortable, the price very reasonable, and the breakfast was enormous.

Between runs, or in the evening, a warm atmosphere, a top-notch welcome, and above all, cuisine that's well worth the trip.
Special mention for the wood-fired meat dishes: perfectly cooked, incredible flavors—we simply loved them. They're generous, authentic, and exactly what you crave after a great morning of skiing.
An address to remember for combining the pleasure of the slopes with the pleasure of fine dining. We'll definitely be back!

11/08/2026: We went to the restaurant by chance before leaving and I have to admit, their pizza was different from classic pizza, thin dough, great taste and a very good white Chardonnay, light, fresh, fruity, but definitely not bitter.
29/07/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The place is lovely, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the food; the dishes were truly homemade, delicious, beautifully presented, and refined. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time at La Mandragore. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The shaded terrace is lovely. The staff were welcoming and smiling throughout the meal. I highly recommend this place! 😍 Remember to book ahead.

09/10/2026: A goat cheese and honey crepe swimming in liquid, made with a classic batter instead of buckwheat. The presentation is frankly unappetizing. Even if it's not on the menu, a minimum of care should be taken. Disappointing!

26/05/2026: It was packed by the locals, so this place caught my curiosity. The service is rather slow because they were really busy, so I recommend going there before its peak lunch time. Around 1:30PM, it was starting to slow down. I had shrimp avocado salad with fries, and they were good. Not pretentious and affordable- I recommend it!

The value for money is excellent. We truly paid a fair price for the service provided.

Croissants a class above.
A must visit!
