14/01/2025: We had lunch with a generous portion of Provencal mussels, which are very good. To conclude, a gourmand café with a splendid tiramisu. The staff is pleasant and kind. We returned a year later and again ate very well! I chose the dish of the day choucroute royale, sauerkraut frankfurters, bacon etc.

14/09/2024: Äusserst freundliche 5-sprachige Bedienung. Vielleicht hatten wir Glück mit unserer aber zwischendurch kam auch sein Kollege und auch er war sehr nett. Eigentlich wollten wir nur einen Apero nehmen aber dann haben wir uns entschieden etwas zu essen. Gefüllte Muschel und Moules et frites - sehr gut. Hervorheben möchte ich die grossen Frites. Die waren nicht versalzen und genau richtig - so gut, dass wir nachher noch eine Portion nachbestellten.

23/09/2024: Amazing pastries! Tastes were really unexpected and delicious. All the pastries looked really pretty and sufisticated. It is a nice cafeteria to chill and spend some time. Staff is kind, smiley and friendly.

08/09/2024: Nous sommes venus dans cet endroit soit disant "très bien" un samedi après-midi, les présentations de gâteaux et autres étaient vides et nous avons vraiment sentis que nous dérangions la serveuse qui était plus motivé à faire son ménage que à servir les clients ! Nous avons commandé nos boissons mais la première boisson ne nous a pas été servie ( oubli ou pas envie de servir???) Pour la boisson suivante la serveuse ne m'a pas demandé le type de lait que je souhaitais... ( Dans d'autre café on prpose toujours à chaque client les différents types de lait selon les goûts de chacun) Mais là non on m'a imposé un lait d'amande que je déteste ! Donc je je nai pas pû boire mon thé macha. Les boissons sont servies dans des petits pots de confiture pas vraiment Cet endroit est très cher.

21/01/2025: Very bad experience, there were 2 of us and we were both very sick. We ate mussels, these were barely cooked but had a very good taste.

29/12/2024: Disappointed with the dishes! The dish of sautéed lamb with herbs was a soup in which 3 or 4 small pieces of fat (no meat) were mixed with some sliced ​​carrots and some mushrooms. Lots of oil!!!! Home fries taste sour!!! All soft... another rump dish was pieces of meat (chicken nuget size) sooooo cooked hard to chew... 3rd dish these mussels (no taste, lots of fat..) Absolutely avoid.

11/07/2025: Quality welcome, attentive service and delicious dishes. A special mention for the manager Mickaël who is certainly no stranger to such quality of service.

10/07/2025: Terminal 1, upstairs. Le bar, restaurant closed?? Pre made and heated onsite. Horrible for 28eur/dish.

10/06/2025: Everything was very good, especially the socca ratatouille. The service was a bit slow, but not a problem on vacation.

30/05/2025: We waited for the food for more than an hour, and it was the worst food I have ever tasted in my life, and I’m 50 years old. I told the waitress that it all was bad and he just ignored me. He also tried to cheat me on the bill calculation. 3 of the 4 dishes were uneatab and the forth was just not tasty. There was no reason for the long waiting because nothing was fresh. Evening tasted as was cooked two weeks before.

11/07/2025: Food is not tasty at all. Great atmosphere and singer is good. But I’m here for the food and it’s not good.

07/07/2025: Tourist trap, disappointing meal, and on top of that, they force you to pay for a set menu even though you didn't want dessert, and they charge you for two extra sodas. Find your own way!

19/09/2024: Bad reception, shame for this good establishment. In fact, for more than 15 years, we have been customers of Barrière in Paris, La Baule, Deauville, Enghien and Cannes le Majestic, but it was the first time at Gray d'Albion and it is the first time , that we are disappointed. This is the lack of knowing how to appreciate and manage situations at reception. Our train was more than an hour late, after having spent more than 6 hours on the train, arriving in front of the hotel, the doorman deliberately turned his head and looked elsewhere while I went up the steps with the suitcases, immediately after he turns around, comes towards us and finally takes the luggage. (He saw us hesitating to go up the stairs). An event, certainly unpleasant, but insignificant, which could have quickly been forgotten, if it had not continued at the reception. Before our arrival, the hotel repeatedly asked me the time of our arrival and even when we arrived more than an hour late, we were told that our room was not ready (it was around 3 p.m.) and we still have to wait another hour. This too is not so serious, sometimes we can wait, but it depends on the situation, here we were really tired, after having indicated the time of our arrival, I was convinced that we would have the room ready for our arrival. That said, another customer arrived at the same time as us and got her room straight away. I tried to explain the situation to the person checking us in, but he was unable to come up with a solution, the other employee next to him even looked mocking at our displeasure. I had to ask for the manager. And here again total lack of empathy. She obviously, as if by chance, was able to find a ready room, but while trying to put the blame on us: we didn't see the email, that check-in is at 4 p.m., that it was impossible that the porter had not taken our luggage. So we finally got the room, which we were supposed to have, but the atmosphere was no longer there. Also no explanation on the hotel's services, but it's true that it was no longer necessary.

05/11/2024: Noi qui solo per una colazione prima di andare camminando per conoscere la zona. Nulla da eccepire. Sinceramente il costo si equipara agli locali , euro più euro meno. Qui è tutto caro...

03/11/2024: Camarero, con tatuaje en el cuello, fue increíblemente grosero conmigo. Hablaba muy poco inglés. Hablaba muy poco francés. Básicamente me ignoró. Pedí el cheque, me hizo esperar más de 10 minutos. Cuando le dije que quería el cheque ahora. Se volvió exteriormente grosero y me dijo que tenía que esperar. Le pedí más a un gerente y me ignoró. Cuando mi amigo se me unió nunca me preguntó si ella quería algo. Cuando ella le preguntó acerca de solo conseguir un tipo de queso, él dijo que no y se fue. Quizá fue porque éramos dos mujeres negras de América. Definitivamente no lo recomendaría.
