26/02/2026: Absolutely delicious.
The tempo is very relaxed we had a 19:30 booking and were done at midnight.
But everything was delicious.
We would go back.
13/02/2026: Two Star? Not for me. In same trip we also ate at Le Jules Verne and Le Tour d'Argent (both two stars) and unfortunately, Flaveur is not on the same level for food or service.
It does take five hours to go through the experience as they time everything out for the entire restaurant. The problem is at that speed, everything is so slow it kills the mood. Others may like that pace, but it is not for us.

03/03/2026: Arrived without reservation but as it’s not peak tourist season yet it was not a problem to get a table. Very friendly service and the food was served timely, though the taste was a bit too mild. Saw other guests (locals) having pizzas and they seemed happy with them. I will maybe try the pizza next time.
27/02/2026: Restaurant recommended by a restaurant owner a little further up the road, "Le Pim's".
Friendly welcome, despite the fact that we hadn't made a reservation. Very friendly staff, the owner was welcoming, good atmosphere.
The meal was served quickly and everything was good. No complaints. (The toilets were not easy to find... If the owner reads this review, he'll understand the allusion.)

19/02/2026: I'm a loyal customer, but tonight I was really disappointed and felt my trust had been betrayed: €15 for a cookie and €8 for a Coke. That's outrageous... I'm willing to pay €20 for the Margherita pizza (the cheapest one), but €15 for a cookie?! I find that excessive... I hope the prices will be brought back down to a normal level so my trust can be restored...
10/02/2026: ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We had dinner here tonight. The starter was fried calamari, old and greasy, the spaghetti with clams was tasteless, and to top it all off, two grappas for two people at the exorbitant price of €72! If that's not a rip-off, tell me!

La Barbacane, on the Place du Bourg, has a concise menu, simple yet well-prepared cuisine, quality ingredients, reasonable prices, and a perfect setting. We tried it today, and it was perfect. 02/10/2024: Katarina was the waitress helping me out. Got to say that she is very patient and the food in the restaurant was delicious.
Service was slightly slow but only because they did not have enough staffing. The staff were doing their best.
Had the tuna salad and calamari with artichokes.
Toilets were clean
01/10/2024: Love this place for the past 35 years ... where you can still enjoy topical Nicoise food.
Try the fleurs de cougette, bagna cauda, petits farcis, artichauts salad... and for desert try profiteroles au chocolat😃

I found this bakery that also makes pizza sandwiches, desserts, and coffee.
Warm welcome with a smile.
20/01/2026: Nothing more... however, access to the room is impossible 45 minutes before the displayed closing time... a recurring practice among many businesses in France... the displayed time is often the staff's time, not the customer's... just so you know 🤦
