24/08/2026: Avoid this tea room at all costs! The pastries are tasteless, the lemon tart has an awful crust—it's clearly mass-produced; you can find the same thing at Lidl. The chocolate pistachio cake is so bad you wonder what you're eating—the cheapest chocolate imaginable, and as for the pistachio flavor, I couldn't find it. €6 a slice is highway robbery; you'd pay the same price at a decent pastry shop. The only positive thing is that you can sit down to eat, hence the name "tea room."

10/08/2026: Staff are very pleasant and nice to deal with, coffee is typically French and quite good, pastries are ok.

06/09/2026: A pleasant beach, but they refused to provide a carafe of water even though I was drinking on the beach… in total violation of French law… so I had to pay 8 euros for an already opened bottle of Evian!!! Once will be enough.

05/09/2026: If I could more than five stars for this place, I would. We were looking for a beach we could relax in Antibes on a hot summer day. We called Epi Beach and they were incredibly accommodating over the phone. We called around 10.30 and got a beach reservation for 2 people for 11.30 same day. When we went, we were greeted with smiles and amazing hospitality. They offer beach towels but you can also bring your own. Regardless, the staff prepare your sunbeds for you and lay your towels on the beds followed by an immediate still or sparkling cold water service. They can assist you with the beach umbrellas anytime you want. You are given a QR code to order food, they serve it to you on your sunbeds and you pay for your orders when you are leaving. Alternatively, you can leave your stuff on the sunbeds and have lunch at their restaurant next to the beach area. The beach club is super safe, we never had an issue with leaving our stuff. Their food is amazing! Every ingredient is so fresh and masterfully curated. The staff is the most amazing people I have seen at a beach club in such a long time. They are very attentive, checking in on you and your order regularly with great hospitality. Their biggest goal is to make sure you are genuinely having a good time and we appreciated it so much. The ambiance is very peaceful, we stayed there the whole day sunbathing and swimming. The water is like heaven, not too cold and not too hot, crystal clear. The location is very central, right in the heart of Juan Les Pins. I want to thank the amazing staff for their great service and professionalism. This was a much needed day of relaxation for us and we felt the comfort of everything being taken care of by them so seamlessly. Shout out to the chef for the amazing lunch we had. We are coming back very soon!

03/09/2026: This is the time, but it's not so good! Absolutely excellent cuisine, excellent service and personal touches. The price per person is €39 and there's a 10% tip. It's so cheap for space!!! I haven't been served for so long! Absolutely superb cuisine, impeccable service, and attentive staff. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the price was €39 per person plus a 10% tip. Definitely worth eating there!

01/07/2026: i stayed here back in 2022 as a 21 year old and loved it! it’s been 4 years and i plan to stay back here next time i’m in town. For someone looking for a nice, decent size room and great location this place is super affordable and has a lot of charm. I believe the rooms have been updated since however even 4 years ago i found the space so clean and had everything i needed. This hotel is on the top floor, however there is a small lift which is super helpful with luggage.

03/06/2026: Relatively small rooms but clean and functional. The location is sublime - walk out the door and straight into a French ménage of restaurants. The lift is an experience with a max of 2 people or 1 with luggage 😊

16/08/2026: This is the best place IMO to have a drink and people watch. Great vibe, and selection of cocktails and drinks. Their Caipirinha is reputed to be the best in the city and it did not disappoint!! Delicious!

19/09/2026: What can I say about the reception from the usher, a very arrogant, unsmiling girl who seated us wherever she decided. It was 5 pm and we were there for dinner, so it wasn't full. There were three of us for a table barely 50 cm in diameter! The food is generally good, but the seating is terrible!! We were just passing through, but we went back a second time to try again, and it was a disaster. Again, we were seated at a tiny table for the three of us. We didn't stay this time.

05/09/2026: The salmon pasta was recommended by the manager after much praise for his restaurant and the quality of its products, only to be served overcooked pasta with a bland, tasteless dish that was ultimately left untouched. The manager made no attempt to understand the situation. The pizza was quite good, though the truffle pizza had slightly too much greenery.

17/08/2026: Good was subpart. I had the salade niçoise, which was overall badly seasoned, impossible to toss in its small bowl, and tasted mostly bitter. I also had the deep fried Squid, which was not crispy yet somehow hard. The dish was mostly slices of soggy fried slices of vegetables and very few pieces of the hard squid. Friends had pizzas which were okay but quite bland. My sister really likes her octopus salad though. Spaghetti vongole tasted nice, but you could count on two hands how many clams there were. That was unfortunately our only meal in Nice, and it was more than disappointed, especially when considering the price point.

30/08/2026: My risotto was absolutely delicious and the welcome was very warm. I was even able to have lunch at 3 pm. Beautiful view from the terrace.

20/08/2026: Lemon Flounder On August 18th, wanting a flank steak (which the butcher didn't have), I asked for lemon flounder (same answer) and was asked to name a third cut. I chose whiting, and I was condescendingly told that "lemon flounder is for the fishmonger!" (Seriously!) However, this cut of meat does exist and is among the most flavorful. Having been a regular customer of this butcher shop for years, I let them sell me a cut meant for fondue (€45/kg) which was nothing like what I had asked for, namely long, juicy fibers. The standard has dropped considerably considering the prices charged and the quality offered.
