11/08/2024: Avant, c'était très bien, mais maintenant cest devenu très cher. 30 euros le menu pour un petit restaurant de campagne. La cuisine reste très bonne mais nous n y retournerons plus malheureusement.

02/01/2025: Family experience on a Thursday evening at the start of the year! Very good meat: entrecote ++ duck breast ++ salmon tartare with mango and avocados a delight. Only fresh produce!!! The only problem is the smell of cooking when you come home, but otherwise everything else is very good.

07/09/2024: A Parisian brasserie in Nice, that’s what we needed. We went there for lunch, stayed there for coffee and came back for an aperitif. A warm welcome, a wonderful setting. Thanks to Alain the new owner who welcomed us as if we were family. We will come back for sure!

04/10/2024: Hemos sido visitantes regulares durante muchos años y solíamos amar la plat du jour a un precio razonable a la hora del almuerzo, bañada por una jarra de vinos locales. vin ordinaire. En los últimos dos años se ha introducido un sistema de dos niveles con una carta de vinos cara para los turistas (a pesar de vivir en Niza somos ingleses tan agrupados en este grupo) y el estándar de la comida se ha deteriorado. La última vez que almorzamos comimos un filete de salmón con dos patatas hervidas sin adornos y sin salsa ni condimento. Muy triste que esta institución local y muy querida ya no sea acogedora ni merezca una visita

25/03/2024: The place is very welcoming and the staff very professional. Access is easy and the location met my expectations. The breakfast buffet is ok. The only downside I have is the size of the room (small) and the quality of cleaning in the bathroom (hairs everywhere in the shower and on the toilet).

28/09/2024: Petit havre de paix et de tranquillité Nous sommes venus déguster de délicieux gâteaux en terrasse, quel lieu plein de grâce, de charme, et de raffinement, à l’image des gourmandises présentées et des divers produits proposés. Tarte aux fraises pour mon mari excellente, et pour moi sur la recommandation de la conseillère très connaisseuse et vraiment si agréable comme sa collègue d’ailleurs, tarte au confit de figues. Je note le sublime, la délicatesse et surtout le vrai goût des produits sans oublier la texture soyeuse et douce, sucrée en parfait équilibre. Quel plaisir en bouche!! En tous cas, tout est cohérent et vraiment très sympa. Accueil très chaleureux, on s y sent merveilleusement bien, un vrai Chef digne de ce nom et une équipe extra! Plein de cœurs pour cette adresse!! Et évidemment que nous reviendrons :-)

But that was at the time today September 14, 2024 same restaurant when we returned I was surprised I didn't recognize the owner a young man took us upstairs and then brought us a simple card he announced the à la carte dish to us I was really very surprised in fact there wasn't much on it anymore nothing to do with the menus other times I asked him if it had changed boss not very in the know my wife took cod fillet for 23€ to lighten the bill a little I took veal with fries and tomatoes for 21€ when I saw the dishes arrived I was really very disappointed with my married the fish correct portion against the garnish very very little, mine I had the impression that the meat came our defrosted and cooked immediately no sauce a little water in the plate no flavor the garnish there was a simple little half of tomatoes and a few fries I sometimes had difficulty being able to swallow the pieces of meat. little anecdote the meal was accompanied by a small bottle of very good 50 cl rosé wine at 15€. In a hurry to leave we did not have dessert which was like 8 € we went down to pay the bill which was I will round up to 60 € I had previously asked the waiter to keep the bottle which was half opened once the bill had to be paid I took the bottle the boss looked at me with a look of surprise we weren't even allowed a small bag to put it in and we walked around with the bottle to the hand people have not seen it pass by they must have wondered what was happening I look at the comments which are not very good at all and I do not understand how this restaurant can still be managed by such a boss and that he There are still people who still come to eat in this establishment, sorry to say, but we will never set foot again, not in Gourdon but in his restaurant

14/09/2024: There was no room on the terrace, so we sat inside on the first floor by the window. What a beautiful view to the sea. The restaurant has a very limited menu. The tasting plate with local specialties is highly recommended. Very friendly service. Price/quality ratio was excellent.

06/09/2024: It is with great pleasure that we found La Cantine de la Bourse Ex Bar de la Bourse, its reputation is well established. Only Martine is missing from the decor. The emblematic cook as well as the waitresses are top notch. Simple and friendly place where you can enjoy Niçoise and homemade specialties. Thank you and see you soon.
