14/09/2026: The waiter was unfriendly, I waited 20 minutes for a Coke in vain, so I left. The price-performance ratio was definitely abysmal. At the kiosk on the promenade, I got a Coke immediately for €2.50.

12/07/2026: Visiting Villefranche with my family We discovered this little restaurant while strolling through the streets. Located at the foot of the church, the place has a friendly atmosphere. We ordered the daily specials, which were excellent, and a very good children's pizza as well. Everything is homemade with good ingredients, and you can taste the difference when you eat. Impeccable service with a smile. The owner is lovely and offered us a limoncello at the end of our meal. A must-try in Villefranche!

08/09/2026: First experience at this establishment. Located near Bercy Village within the Pullman Hotel. A convenient location for a stroll along the Seine or in the 12th arrondissement after your meal. Interesting decor. The welcome and service were excellent, especially from the waitress who managed our table (thank you!). They offer a basket of wholemeal bread with unsalted and semi-salted butter for each customer, a nice touch. For starters, we tried: - Eggplant: presented caviar-style. Decent; it would have been more flavorful if presented in chunks or slices. For our main course: - We opted for the prawns with risotto; satisfying as they were flavorful and well-seasoned. - A grapefruit juice and a coffee to finish. We were expecting a more extensive menu, especially for vegans or vegetarians. With the Yums program, which offers a €50 discount on the bill, it was still a reasonable price.

02/01/2026: There's nothing to say: we ate well and relaxed, which was exactly what we wanted after a stroll along the seafront. The service was excellent; the waitress who served us was truly friendly and welcoming. The food was good and perfect for a snack. We'll definitely be back if the opportunity arises.

25/06/2026: I left with my ravioli for four people, which I knew to be good from previous purchases, paying around €30. At the time, I thought it was expensive, but in a hurry, I left. And then I thought about it. How could I have paid €30 for ravioli? There was over a kilo! The price reflects the quantity, but certainly not enough for four people. I feel like I was treated like a casual customer, a tourist to be ripped off... how disappointing. I'm going to have a hard time going back to your store. Maybe if the saleswoman becomes more friendly!

28/02/2026: Well located in the old town. The website advertises half-board, but this option is not available. Breakfast is not served as the hotel is closed on Sunday mornings. The hotel room is simple and comfortable, with a double bed (140 cm). The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing.

10/09/2026: Had such a lovely experience at Restaurant Elaïo. A special thank you to Kevin, who was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive throughout. His service was exceptional and he really made our experience memorable. I will definitely be coming back to both the hotel and the restaurant because of the amazing service he provided. 09/09/2026: Exorbitant prices justified solely by the view. We barely had time to order 50% of what we wanted before the waitress left to take our order. She didn't write anything down, so we didn't receive our entire order. The rest of the staff seemed bored and it showed in their service. We also received the bill 5 minutes after our drinks, in a "come on, pay up now so we don't dawdle" kind of way. I would have liked to try the food, but we only received drinks since the waitress had forgotten the tapas we ordered. The real highlight, without a doubt, is the view, which is truly superb, even if the quality and finish of the furniture and decor need improvement. They need to be addressed quickly to truly justify these prices, which are €3 to €4 higher than at Rez-de-Chaussée in Nice.

03/09/2026: Excellent ice cream and a perfect stop while exploring Tourrettes-sur-Loup. We tried the violet flavor, which was unique, delicate and really enjoyable — a great way to taste something connected to the village itself. Creamy texture, great quality and friendly service. Definitely worth a stop.

23/08/2026: Excellent artisanal flavours of ice cream and sorbet. We went for Maracuja + Rose, Snickers + Lemon Meringue Pie and Dubai White Chocolate and Pistachio + Snickers. All 10/10 and served by a friendly woman. The perfect way to end a lovely trip to Tourettes Sur Loup, a beautiful little hilltop village of artisan workshops and boutiques.

31/07/2026: Finally came today with my daughters. Beautiful place and friendly, cheerful people :) The drinks and pastries are fantastic. We'll be back as soon as we're in Nice 👍🏻

07/08/2026: A truly embarrassing place. The wine was served warm, the service was practically nonexistent, and as for hygiene, just look at the stairs leading to the terrace to get an idea. The food was a total disappointment: they even managed to ruin the magret de canard, serving it on a sea of ​​frozen vegetables, tastelessly and without any sense of purpose. A terrible experience in every way. My advice? Stay away.

You immediately feel at home in a warm, family-friendly, and charming atmosphere. The cuisine is simply incredible—flavorful, generous, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. Every dish is a true delight. The view is breathtaking: you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the yachts and the sea, which makes the experience even more magical. The location is perfect, easily accessible, and you quickly understand why the locals love this place. It's a true hidden treasure, frequented mainly by regulars. I absolutely recommend this restaurant 100%. An authentic, delicious, and unforgettable experience 🤍
