28/05/2026: We stayed at the hotel, and on our last night we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, the service was terrible. We wanted to order dinner, and all they told us was that we had to sit inside to eat. We replied that we would order drinks first (outside), and they took away our menus and left us talking to ourselves. The service was awful; I don't recommend this place. The hotel is excellent, the restaurant is terrible.

12/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We arrived with a confirmed reservation but could not access the accommodation. Reception was unattended, and the emergency contact number was unreachable despite several attempts. As a result, we were left standing in front of the hotel without accommodation and without any assistance. The lack of communication and support was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property and would advise others to avoid it.

09/06/2026: A very friendly man at reception upon arrival. And a young woman at check-out who didn't even say hello and didn't even look at you. The location is quiet and the apartment is spacious and clean. €59 for the room was inexpensive. However, a little friendliness would have made it even better.

12/04/2026: The waiter was extremely unpleasant and didn't know the basics of politeness.

03/04/2026: The atmosphere is nice, you can eat on the terrace with a view. The staff is friendly enough. The food leaves much to be desired... the quiche was burnt, and the lasagna tasted like a frozen one.

27/05/2026: I enjoyed it here, I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Yes it’s expensive, but Nice is an expensive city, and this is in nice area of an expensive city, hence it won’t be cheap. If you are looking for a budget meal, just don’t visit here. For my family, both the food and service were good, happy to recommend and come back.

26/05/2026: Very disappointing!! The restaurant seems to be living off its reputation. From appetizer to dessert, not a single dish impressed us; it lacked flavor, the presentation was uninspired, and the quality fell far short of expectations. An experience we will not be repeating.

12/06/2026: Chicken de polluet was served very quickly which already surprised me. After first bite i noticed, that meat was inside raw. The waitress took the plate and came later with the same meat lightly burned, but at least done. The mashed potatos and vegetable were already cold. They did not replace it. As compensation they also did not offer drink or coffee. The staff is generally not polite to tourists. I do not recommend to visit this place.

09/04/2026: Passing through Turini, we made a quick stop at the Hôtel Restaurant des 3 Vallées for a drink and to enjoy the rally museum. The drink quickly turned into a meal, as the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful time in this legendary place. Thank you to them!

30/10/2025: Stopped in while waiting for bus to Eze - was the closest cafe to Vauban Station. Kind lady served us 2 cappuccino. Didn't eat, but menu looked good 😋.

16/05/2026: This is really a response to the owner who seems to lack basic understanding of ingredients. If a customer tells you they want their salad without balsamic vinegar (because its sugar content is high) - your answer should not be that it has no sugar. While we asked for the salad to simply be without it, it came with it. Here is the sugar content of balsamic vinegar for your edification: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (DOP): Authentic, artisanal vinegar aged for 12 to 25 years in wooden barrels. It relies solely on concentrated, naturally caramelized grape must. Because it is highly concentrated, it can be slightly sweeter, containing up to 20% to 30% sugar (5 to 6 grams of sugar per tablespoon). Lastly, listen to your customers. A man in the table next to us told you three times that he does not drink alcohol. You kept pushing it. Have you considered he may be allergic? Am recovering alcoholic? Or just not in the mood? For a city like Cannes that hosts many international customers - it would be great to a menu in English. Your chef is great. You lack basic customer service.

15/05/2026: We booked a table for four at 10:00 PM. Once we arrived, the owner told us we could only sit outside and not inside, even though it was very cold because the inside service was closed. Outside, there were the usual menus with the specials of the day, written on the walls, but they told us we couldn't order them; they were just "for show." The menu had few items available. I asked if there was a meat tartare, and she replied, "Go to the beach and eat that." Tartare isn't a restaurant dish for us. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad (which arrived with fried chicken on top, a detail that wasn't listed on the menu, and Caesar chicken is usually grilled). We also ordered a fillet that arrived overcooked, very tough, and dry. A duck was inedible. A salad that was described on the menu as having warm cheese arrived completely different from the description. We then asked the waitress to remake my Caesar salad and the fillet, and she started insulting us, saying we should go to school to learn to read, that we should still pay for the dishes we ordered, and she continued to insult us. At that point, we said we'd pay and leave, and the chef came out with a threatening look and started yelling at us to leave, swearing at us. NOT RECOMMENDED, IN FACT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAND OF MADMEN

18/05/2026: We're really a long way from the two palm trees... still not listed as "Café Musain"... they've taken away all the charm of this restaurant... before, there was a banquette, small armchairs, a banquette with cushions... now it's sterile and atmosphereless... tables and chairs... no atmosphere at all... yet it's on the most "chic" street in Nice, Avenue Victor Hugo... a limited and uninteresting menu... #coquillet au jambon!! daily specials #club sandwich 18 euros... #bakery!!!...linguini with tuna and lemon "no way"... fisherman's stew and fish soup... keep walking... bland... tasteless... water mixed with fish pulp for 30 euros... we're supposed to be in the Mediterranean!!! Mille-feuille straight from the bakery... placed on the plate... #chantilly #decoration... at least. Frog leg!! Bland! #France... For Corsicans who own several establishments...!! It's 2026, and without even the slightest expectation... truly disappointed... staff not very attentive... paper napkins thinner than at McDonald's... what can I say... it's a profession. 18/05/2026: This establishment is sadly not what it used to be...frankly...the menu is uninteresting. Dishes average €25, a bottle of wine €50...without service or any attempt at presentation! At those prices, go eat at a beach restaurant...low quality for the price...it's like a canteen! The new wooden facade is really not up to par!
