23/08/2024: Extremely disappointed with this experience. When we arrived, no one to welcome us. Server alone, overwhelmed and stressed... The prices are much too high for the quality and taste of the products. It's a shame the setting is cute but we won't set foot there again, that's for sure.

19/09/2024: De retour à la bergerie comme chaque année...m Changement de propriétaire...légumes variés,frais pour l anchoiade m peu d anchois...bonne charcuterie...m déçu des plats ...veau...canard surcuit...sauce fade .....13h plus de gratins. Plus de profiteroles...café gourmand 2 petite mignardise...car plus assez de petits dessert nous dit la serveuse...la quantité et toujours la m pas la qualités dommage.

Unfortunately 3rd unpleasant experience in a row: waiter is completely rude and poor customer service. We won’t support this local company place anymore! A shame for Villefranche notoriety! 30/03/2024: Best hotel experience we've had to date, fantastic view, friendly and professional staff who do everything to ensure you have a simple and nice stay. Perhaps the flowers in the breakfast restaurant need to be changed a little more often, but this is in the petty department.

27/09/2024: a beautiful and cozy hotel, very good location, a comfortable room, an impeccable bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, extraordinary breakfast, all the staff very friendly, it was really a very pleasant stay, 100% recommended

09/09/2024: Hotel is located right by the harbour with beautiful views from the room balconies or from the breakfast room. The selection was quite rich for the breakfast, covering the preferences of many cultures. Rooms have a sea inspired Victorian feel which is chic. Overall great place to stay in Cannes

16/09/2024: We stayed two nights at this hotel in August. Upon arrival, we noticed our room’s air conditioner was not functional. We spoke to reception and they came to check and confirmed it was on. We left for a couple of hours, leaving the air conditioner on full fan, hoping to cool the room. On our return, the room was even warmer so we asked to be moved to another room. The room we were moved to was a staff space and had no light, an unclean bathroom, a mouldy smell and holes in the plaster on the walls. But it did have a working air conditioner and by this time of afternoon, we were not able to find an affordable alternative hotel so we agreed to stay. We were told by the reception staff that we would discuss a refund in the morning with the manager. The next day when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told she had left for the day. We asked the receptionist to please call her to confirm our refund. Over the phone, she confirmed that we would be reimbursed for our stay the following day. As we went to check out the following morning, we were told that the manager doesn’t work on Mondays and as we had a plane to catch, we had to take the receptionists word that it would be sorted on Tuesday. It has now been three weeks and we have sent a dozen emails which go unanswered. The few times we have been able to have a phone call answered, we face the same excuse of the manager not being there. I am imploring the manager to please get in contact with me about this issue. In the meantime, if you’re considering staying here - I’d choose somewhere else.

12/09/2024: The setting is the strong point, very flowery, a beautiful lawn, magnificent trees, on the heights of Cannes. Very pretty building, very nice location. Comfortable swimming pool area out of sight. Absolute calm. What a disappointment regarding the room (considering the asking price!). Although nicely decorated, the model is strewn with a multitude of stains of all kinds, including very questionable splashes on the drapes. The insulation of the rooms also needs to be reviewed. The staff are really lovely, especially the 2 young women at reception. The bathroom cleaning is impeccable.

27/08/2024: Very good hotel. Situated between the mountains, in a quiet and peaceful area. After a long journey on motorcycles we were warmly welcomed and although we arrived a few hours earlier we had no problem getting the keys to the room. The hotel provided us with a safe place for our bikes and we could rest after the journey. The room was large and had a balcony. Very clean inside, there were all the amenities. I recommend and will probably use this hotel again in the future

05/06/2024: Endroit moyen attente 1 heure avant d être servis les produits sont dans la boucherie mais en restaurant c est rupture du produit il vous vende un filet de bœuf c est du faux filet viande pas tendre décevant pour le prix

10/05/2024: Parfait pour passer des moment entre amis ou familles , la viande est de bonne qualité, la bière à prix raisonnable et des soirées apéro mix innovatrice ce qui rend le lieu d'autant plus unique !!

17/09/2024: Beautiful location facing the sea, fresh fish, hearty plate of charcuterie at the top, good value for money at the appointment. The only downside is the server, very unpleasant, too bad after the main dishes are good.

04/08/2024: the pizza is fine. the staff attitude leaves a lot to desire. for no reason. the restaurant was empty. they seem to think making it difficult to stinis the way to go.

30/07/2024: Très correct rapport qualité/prix Service de Julien à recommander : premier resto où le serveur va à la demande vous remplir une carafe d eau fraîche directement à la fontaine (eau de La Foux)

03/08/2024: Cuisine délicieuse et inventive. Cela fait plus de vingt ans que j’y viens à chaque séjour à Menton et plusieurs fois séjour. Tout est un régal ici. J’ai tellement hâte d’y retourner dès le jour de notre arrivée le 12 août prochain !!!
