13/11/2024: Good value for money setting with nice view with the sun, contrary to what is said it is open!

21/08/2024: I gave three stars out of respect for the work because I know the difficulties of this profession well. On the other hand, a restaurateur who complains to his customers about being tired is not professional. Damage. It was long before. We used to stop at this simple but very well located snack bar, on the heights which refreshed us during the hot summer months. We went there especially for the beautiful and good ice creams in the afternoon, which we did this Sunday. But change of direction, change of atmosphere. We didn't know that it was now closed in the afternoon and we arrived at 3 p.m. The boss (?) certainly wanted to be accommodating, I grant, but his way of welcoming us and responding to us was not accepted and we turned around. It’s not the customer’s problem if the restaurateur works 7/7. We knew this profession well and gave a lot too. When we can't hold on any longer, we change jobs but we don't verbally attack customers because we're tired. Especially since in this area the season does not last 12 months because in low season it is very cold. Not inviting to eat on the terrace and the interior is very small. In short. You can try to go there, you might be better received, but for our part it's over and we regret it.

14/01/2025: We had lunch with a generous portion of Provencal mussels, which are very good. To conclude, a gourmand café with a splendid tiramisu. The staff is pleasant and kind. We returned a year later and again ate very well! I chose the dish of the day choucroute royale, sauerkraut frankfurters, bacon etc.

30/12/2024: Restaurant with a very good choice of dishes and a welcoming team. I recommend!

27/08/2024: Bad experience The way the woman spoke to us is just unacceptable, paying for a cocktail, okay, but not for an invented cocktail. Save your money...

09/08/2024: The first time we went nothing to say. The 2 time was 15 days apart it was not going to be a good day unfortunately I asked for blue meat it was rare fried with vegetables it was a broccoli flan I guess I won't go a 3rd time

19/09/2024: If we could put 0 I would have put it, waiter completely dropped or very tired, arriving at 8:45 p.m. starter 6 oysters, 9:45 p.m. still no follow-up after asking the waiter, I had to get up to ask where my follow-up was? ?apparently not forgetting straight away?? Service, cuisine, followed by pitiful staff!!! I have never eaten the rest and the only word from the owner is sorry it's already the second table this evening the cook is probably tired🤣🤣🤣 been smoking outside for 1/2 hour, in short establishment to be banned 0 points for All .

18/09/2024: Eh experience. Was lovely to sit by the water, however, there was over a 30min gap between appetizer and entree. Once the food came out, the fries nor pizza was hot. The stuffed mussels were very good though. There seems to be better places in the area worth trying.

14/09/2024: The best is the free shuttle between terminals. T2 is very spacious and comfortable whereas T1 is very small and a bit awkward. There are still nice places to eat and stores like Lobsta and Ladurée.

21/09/2024: Very friendly and efficient waitress, I enjoyed my Milanese very well served, very good value for money. In addition, there is a pedestrian lane which avoids noise and exhaust gases.

14/09/2024: The location is nice! The food came in at different times. One of the dishes was forgotten for 10 minutes and came in when some of the party had finished eating. The half chicken was dry and poorly seasoned. We ordered crepes for dessert, which were also quite boring.

27/08/2024: Great selection of bread, pastries and warm lunch food. Patisserie is delicious and the breads (olive, figs) and brioche / croissants are amazing. Parking options available and reasonable prices.

17/09/2024: After going there 4 times in a week my opinion is well formed. Nice terrace (a little narrow) Pretty good food. Average price (it makes up for it on drinks) The welcome nothing to say (special mention to Heykel and Denise 10/10) without them we would surely not have come as much.

03/08/2024: We had dinner on a Thursday evening in August, the terrace was lively, a funny and cheerful waitress who made you want to sit at her table. We ate very well with our two toddlers, very well received although our children had difficulty sitting still. The boss is very helpful. The meal was perfect, especially the tartare on the menu. Simple and efficient. Stay as you are !

27/09/2024: We stayed a few nights at Mas Candille and to get used to the beautiful 5-star establishments, here is our experience: - The hotel is located in a peaceful environment, in the heart of Mougins. The view is splendid! - Our arrival at the hotel was absolutely not warm. The gentleman at reception neither welcomed us, nor offered refreshments, nor a tour of the premises... He simply asked us our name and gave us the room card. - The room is new, in a cozy style. The bedding is excellent! - The restaurant for dining overlooks a pretty swimming pool. We waited 15 minutes before a server took our order. - The restaurant's kitchen is open to the tables. Which is generally appreciable provided that the kitchen is not a place of chatter and a noise nuisance for the terrace! The chef and his brigade were particularly noisy and constantly on their cell phones and laptops. Damage. - The dishes were very good and the servers were pleasant. - Back in the room, a very loud noise from the outside air conditioning prevented us from getting to sleep. We asked to change rooms the next day. - Breakfast is very good. The room is not spacious but the staff are pleasant. - The establishment has a second very large and heated swimming pool. The problem: no service around the swimming pool. No one to welcome or available. In a 4 star, this would be normal. Finally, the overall experience is a little disappointing, especially since we regularly go to Mas de Pierre, which is a real guarantee of 5-star quality. We are well aware that Mas Candille opened its doors a few months ago and that the team may struggle to get up to speed.

30/08/2024: Very disappointing in terms of reception. A former customer of Mas de Candille before the change, it was made clear to me that it was impossible to take advantage of the swimming pool even if we had lunch at lunchtime at the POOL, a massage at the spa and another dinner in the evening! Night time is essential! No problem we will go elsewhere...

04/10/2024: Returned after a first mixed experience to give this restaurant another chance. Even more disappointed. Poor, even vulgar service. Formula of the day, with desserts from the day before. Too bad because the location is nice.

21/09/2024: The best meal in Nice! The tables are wide, the waiters are friendly, the food is delicious, and the drinks are great

08/09/2024: The slowest most ridiculous expensive service. Paid €21.20 for 2 takeaway average coffees (no barista / specialty) and an orange juice. The pace of people is so slow, took them literally 15 mins to prepare that and they got it wrong! Crazy. Not the slightest effort to provide a decent service.

07/09/2024: Not great, for the first time!!! Room the room😨, not smiling, the unpleasant beep beep, the Batistas too much on their cell phones!! and too expensive for a poorly rendered service!! Damage

14/11/2024: Étant convoyeur Volkswagen je suis souvent amené à venir livrer dans la région de Nice. Impossible de rater cette étape. Bons plats ( dont foie gras fait maison ) prix raisonnables decos sympa ( la pompe à bière faite à partir d un moteur de moto est top ). Accueil vraiment sympa . Et petits service ( garde de mes bagages le temps d aller me balader avant le retour à Paris ) vraiment apprécié. Bref comme à chaque passage je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

15/10/2024: Una experiencia que no debe repetirse. Pasé unos 15 minutos esperando a ser visto, donde literalmente fuimos ignorados por el personal. Fui al baño y no era comestible con falta de higiene. El empleado que nos sirvió parecía ser grosero y desagradable. No volveré y no recomiendo este espacio en absoluto.

02/09/2024: Bar overlooking the Nice Promenade. Breakfast started badly due to the rudeness of the (I deduce) owner who took the order with disdain and disinterest. Two coffees, two croissants and two pain au chocolat. Horrible coffee, average brioches and pain au chocolat that are definitely a few days old. Far from the French standards which fortunately were lived up to in other bars and boulangeries during the holiday. Total €13.60, avoid.

31/08/2024: I do not recommend this place!! The waiters are really not friendly, the pancakes come from a supermarket with two grams of sugar and are priced at 6/7 euros.
