29/06/2026: This is my second time spending time there, and it's always a pleasure. The cocktails are delicious, the food is very good and generous, even the snacks are tasty. The service is very pleasant, not at all incompetent, and super friendly! I highly recommend it.

09/04/2026: A pitiful and deplorable welcome from a jaded and condescending woman. No greeting, no smile, and absolutely no manners. She refused to accept coins without any justification. It's because of people like her that businesses are dying in Nice, and one wonders why tourists aren't spending. What a waste!

29/06/2026: It's very hot, the waiters have a lot to do. The toilet is 50 cents, even if you are a guest. The door opens with a coin, and the toilet smells terrible.

26/06/2026: Highly recommended! Super friendly service, delicious food, and fair prices. You immediately feel at ease and receive a warm welcome. The value for money is excellent, and the quality is consistently impressive. If we're ever in Nice again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

24/03/2026: Hello I'm writing a review, which isn't my usual practice, to share my experience. The food was very good and plentiful, BUT the service needs improvement. I called on Wednesday for a 7:30 pm reservation. Once I said 7:30 pm, I was told I had to leave at 9:10 pm for the second seating. I asked if I could call back within 5-10 minutes to confirm the time, as we were a group of 8. They said yes. I called back to say 9:15 pm, and they said okay. On Saturday, we arrived at 9:15 pm. The manager had the nerve to tell me the reservation was for 7:30 pm. I told him I had called back, and he said no. I never spoke to him directly; it was a woman. He even had the nerve to tell me, "Luckily, we're no longer in peak season, there's space available." Making remarks when they're the ones at fault due to a lack of communication between them is pointless. Being nonchalant when you're a restaurant owner is unacceptable. Furthermore, when it came time to pay the bill (since we were four couples, we split it four ways), they forced us to round up even though we didn't want to. It's a small detail, but when we're treated as if we were in the wrong when it's you who are, forcing us to round up for a tip is unacceptable. (I have a photo as proof, which I sent back since, according to them, I didn't.) Avoid this place; there are other restaurants in Isola 2000 with equally good food and a much better welcome.

02/04/2026: The food was really bad; it all tasted like reheated food and was tasteless. The fries were soggy, and the burger was practically cold when it arrived. The service wasn't any better. We waited ages before a server came to take our order, and when one finally arrived, he wasn't very friendly. We felt like we were bothering them. The place itself wasn't very clean either; the tables were sticky, and the atmosphere wasn't pleasant. For the price, I expected much better.

19/03/2026: Typical bistro. Salad was good, but the meat dish was not good.

08/06/2026: We came because of the good reviews for cheese and cold cuts platter. It was 16.45 when we came in, google says it closes at 17.30. The lady refused to prepare us formage board saying she is closing. We went by near the shop at 17.25 and she was still there, just sitting on the table with another woman outside. As it seems, she just was lazy and wanted to kick us out from the shop in order to sit outside and sweet talk with her friend, the other lady

28/05/2026: I just remembered this experience while talking with someone who spent a large part of their childhood in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, who had actually recommended I go there. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I waited several minutes before a waitress greeted me, while the two waitresses walked past me several times without a word or a glance. Fortunately, the manager, a very friendly woman, finally came out to find me a table. However, the table was still cluttered with plates from previous customers, so I waited standing up. One of the waitresses walked past without clearing the table, and once again, it was the manager who had to notice that the job hadn't been done. This waitress's service was so unpleasant that even the tables around me seemed surprised by her attitude. And finally: since my battery was almost completely dead, I asked this young woman if I could charge my phone for a few minutes. Imagine my surprise when she handed it back to me with even less battery than before… I ended up having to go to a bar a little further down the street, order a drink, and charge my phone there where, as luck would have it, my charger worked perfectly. It's a real shame, because the place had been enthusiastically recommended to me.

23/06/2026: I have visited this place after I've been a week in Paris, every night I have my dinner in a fine dining restaurant. This has been the best of them all. An all rounder that will never fail you. I really need to emphasize on the service provided by the beautiful Amalia who i think took this experience to another level. Her suggestions where on point. Flawless i have to say. Bravo. Will visit this place every time I'm in Paris and would absolutely recommend it.

14/06/2026: One of those restaurants, you are supposed to go to in Paris. Even the Concierge said the place was fun, but mediocre food, and he was right. The Oysters were ok. Steak and Frites were nicely cooked, but tepid. The service can be described as pretty girls with attitude. Bottom Line All that glitters is not gold Maybe just stop for Breakfast.

30/05/2026: The food was very good and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and the location is excellent. However, the experience at the beach reception was not so positive. The lady responsible for renting the beds seemed a little rude and the information provided was confusing. We were told that it was not possible to rent beds or towels, despite there being many empty beds at that moment. I understand that there may be internal policies or reservations, but a clearer and more cordial explanation would have made the experience much better. Overall, I recommend the restaurant for the quality of the food and the professionalism of the service team, but I think the service at the beach reception could be friendlier and more transparent.

29/05/2026: Honestly, if you're really hungry and want a good meal, this is definitely not the place. The portions aren't very generous and the food isn't great at all. Thanks to the dark-haired waiter with tattoos who helped us with the sun loungers in the afternoon. Go there just to get a tan.

15/03/2026: Good food, good service. However, €9 for a bottle of sparkling water made with a SodaStream/Purezza machine…??? That's a shame; we won't be back for that reason alone.

07/03/2026: In my opinion, the bartender could easily do without smoking his IQOS or equivalent cigarette behind the bar... I'm sure a customer wouldn't be able to... A very atypical Chardonnay... lots of wind and drafts for very little emotion... the quality isn't there... The price is there... Pied Pipers

22/07/2026: Pizza is very mediocre, calamar is not good either. Toilet is a disgrace. Restaurant does not give a good impression about cleanness. It is a pity that our last dinner in Menton was in here. I should have checked the reviews in advance. It has a very good potential though, if it would be run good it would be very good place.

21/07/2026: Despite Christian's good service, the food and ingredients are completely subpar; it's a disgrace. The Greek quinoa salad, served for €19, is simply arugula salad with bits of fake feta; the quinoa is practically nonexistent, just a topping, and the olives are awful. Everything is low-quality: the fries are the cheapest, the fish tartare wasn't fresh and had clearly been left out in the open. Even the bread is an insult to France. It's a shame, because the location is beautiful.

25/07/2026: We managed to get a table on the terrace despite our late arrival. From the very first conversation, I sensed a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere; we quickly felt at ease. The brasserie is located on a pedestrian street opposite the covered market. I soon realized that most of the customers were regulars. We ordered aperitifs and main courses; we weren't in a hurry, and the terrace was truly lovely. The dishes were delicious, generous, and homemade. My husband had lasagna, and I had seafood risotto with prawns. For dessert, we indulged in profiteroles and rum baba. I was definitely not disappointed—finally, a real rum baba with rum! We will be back very soon, and I highly recommend it.
