28/08/2024: We spent the day at the Hotel swimming pool, we were in the presence of a summer camp swimming pool, children shouting, diving, toys lying around on the edge.... at no time was the staff there. intervened to calm things down, in short we wanted calm, it was a failure, we won't come back. In addition, a small renovation of the swimming pool would be welcome because its general condition leaves something to be desired.

20/08/2024: Restaurant with the terrace at the top of the hotel -> excellent cuisine and service / but if you come alone you get almost no 'adequate' space we will put you aside. 🥲 too bad...

24/07/2024: We heard about this place and read about the large portions of quality food for a reasonable price. We were left extremely disappointed by this as the portion size for 23.50 euro each was in our opinion not sufficient, apparently it used to be 17 euro each and maybe then this would be acceptable but in our opinion it was a small meal and we got a full rotisserie chicken from the butcher on the way home to fill us up. You choose your meat and are then given a choice of a side dish, either mash potato, baked potato, salad or ratatouille. In our opinion for 23.50 euro per person you should be given a choice of one side of potato as well as one side of salad or ratatouille to provide more of an overall meal. We had the wine which was nice and the lady serving us was very friendly however we walked away feeling very unsatisfied with what we ate and what we paid from a restaurant we were very much looking forward to visiting.

18/07/2024: Nous avons apprécié la rapidité du service et la qualité du rôti de bœuf qui était d’une tendresse à vous caresser le palais. De plus, les accompagnements maisons sont un délice, nous vous recommandons les pommes de terres et la purée. Enfin, le patron et cuisinier de talent de cette adresse unique est très sympathique.

02/10/2024: Amazing view to the beach and on landing traffic approaching and landing on RWY 22R in to LFMN. You need to have west wind for that.

30/09/2024: Be careful, crook and bad faith of the room manager, Magnificent terrace and quality cuisine but unfortunately the chef refused to open the parasol for us due to the wind while 2 other tables kept theirs open, forcing us to move inside. The room manager gave us a first bill with an error, then a second with another error before providing us with a bill just over €80 apart).

17/09/2024: Excellent service, location, and food. The truffle pizza was particularly good. The staff was very personable, highly recommend while on vacation in Nice

15/09/2024: I recently visited Ruhl Plage in the early afternoon and found that all the seaside day beds were already booked. Despite this, we decided to stay and enjoy lunch. My wife ordered the Caesar salad, which came with generous portions and was wonderfully satisfying. I opted for the yellowtail carpaccio, which was impressively fresh and bursting with flavor. While we missed out on the day beds, the quality of the food made our visit worthwhile.

10/09/2024: Riktigt god mat, meny med flera val av förrätt, huvudrätt och dessert, några val med lite tillägg på priset. Okej vinlista även om jag blev förvånad att det bara fanns ett mousserande vilket var champagne.

29/08/2024: Excellent evening spent at Petite Cocotte. Smiling family team, excellent value for money. Our compliments for the lemon ravioli, the Saint-Marcellin and truffle burger, without forgetting the homemade lemon and crumble pannacotta.

31/08/2024: We visited this magnificent establishment for the second time with an idyllic, romantic and very pleasant setting. We were greeted by our waitress Maurane who welcomed us with dignity. The service was impeccable by all the servers. The bartender was on top of the excellent cocktails. When it came to the meal, we broke our stomachs. Well done to the chef. Congratulations. I came for my birthday and was welcomed as if I was part of the house. I highly recommend this address for a birthday, a privatization, a romantic meal or simply a business meal and to conclude this lovely comment I thank you very much. The owner who puts her heart and soul into making this restaurant run as it should, a big thank you to the entire team. You are all very generous, looking forward to coming back to eat at your place.

21/09/2024: Welcome worthy of a funeral director, feeling of being disturbed, fries bathed in oil, tasteless tartare. And more than salty addition. Prefer thebayeta, cheaper and much better cuisine.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and hospitality, which immediately highlighted the friendly and charming atmosphere of the place. The setting is simply magnificent, combining elegance and comfort in a harmonious way. Every detail of the decoration seems to have been chosen with care to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. As for the cuisine, it is absolutely divine. The dishes are not only visually stunning, but also a real delight for the taste buds. Each bite is a clever blend of flavors, testifying to the talent and creativity of the chef. The fresh, quality products used in each dish are fully felt, and the menu offers an impressive variety that will satisfy all tastes. The service is impeccable. The team is both professional and warm, always ready to advise and meet customer expectations with a sincere smile. The speed and efficiency of the service also helped make our experience even more pleasant. In short, Le Sélect à Contes is a true culinary gem. 17/09/2024: Went for lunch and had entrecôte with chips and drinks. The steak was massive and cooked to perfection. The service couldn’t have been more helpful. We asked for help in getting a taxi and they ordered an uber. They then ensured we waited at the restaurant whilst they checked for Uber arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more. Strongly recommend. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and there are less expensive items on the menu.

18/09/2024: I really liked this restaurant, the atmosphere is 10/10 and the staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable with a varied menu but mainly seafood, opposite the Promenade des Anglais in Nice

27/08/2024: Very good hotel. Situated between the mountains, in a quiet and peaceful area. After a long journey on motorcycles we were warmly welcomed and although we arrived a few hours earlier we had no problem getting the keys to the room. The hotel provided us with a safe place for our bikes and we could rest after the journey. The room was large and had a balcony. Very clean inside, there were all the amenities. I recommend and will probably use this hotel again in the future

04/09/2024: Très bonne cuisine inventive, on se régale. Seul bémol, le service n'était pas très sympa, la serveuse tendue et pas très aimable. Bien dommage car en cuisine, c'est vraiment du très bon travail.

23/07/2024: Surtout n'hésitez pas pour y aller, vous ne serez pas déçus. Nous y allons régulièrement et nous régalons à chaque fois. Nous dégustons toujours de nouveaux plats et nous passons un très bon moment. En plus les tarifs sont très attractifs et nous avons toujours un très bon accueil. Alors ne passez pas à côté sans vous y arrêter.

08/09/2024: Anyone who thinks the food here is good is telling themselves a lie. Amazing hotel and views - go there for a drink and skip the food. We ate at many places in france, including local spots and michelin-starred alike and this was the worst food amongst all of it. If it wasnt a special night for me and my wife, I would’ve complained, but I didn’t want to spoil the experience. Here is the review of what we ate: - Buratta salad was good - open crab ravioli was a paper thin piece of edible paper with a cold pile of unseasoned crab mush thrown on top. Fresh but basic and bland. - Veal medallion cold and weird. Potatoes on the side were steamed with no texture and smothered in anchovy butter. It was all disgusting - lobster pasta was mush - not al dente at all, and seemd to have only one flavor - overwhelmed with tarragon. Unedible. - had homeade ice cream. Almost cracked a tooth since it had the surpise of an ice chunk on second bite. Disnt taste that good either - they also served at the end a raw sugar cookie which was unlike anything weve ever had. The worst dessert bite of all time maybe :) Disgusted by the bill, and gave some hints (the uneaten food shoulve been a clue). Never again, this restaurant does not desevre such a beautiful spot!

30/08/2024: Incredible view and wonderful place for photos. We ate on the terrace. The service was friendly but lacked sophistication. To access the bathroom we have to enter the restaurant and I was surprised by the state of the carpet and the crowd of people playing around. Clean bathrooms but not the quality for a restaurant like this. We ate Risotto at the suggestion and it was terrible. Hard rice. Acceptable dessert. The starters were good.
