02/08/2026: Beautiful, an oasis of peace with a stunning view of the village of Eze. The owners are very kind. A quaint and authentic place. Don't expect luxury, but if you want to enjoy the view and be in peace, this is it.

12/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We arrived with a confirmed reservation but could not access the accommodation. Reception was unattended, and the emergency contact number was unreachable despite several attempts. As a result, we were left standing in front of the hotel without accommodation and without any assistance. The lack of communication and support was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property and would advise others to avoid it.

09/06/2026: A very friendly man at reception upon arrival. And a young woman at check-out who didn't even say hello and didn't even look at you. The location is quiet and the apartment is spacious and clean. €59 for the room was inexpensive. However, a little friendliness would have made it even better.

20/06/2026: A pleasant experience; the service was warm and the meal delicious (the Margherita pizza was incredible). Martin was satisfied and his taste buds were delighted.

29/08/2026: Even though we didn't have a reservation, they seated us right away. The service was excellent. Both the spaghetti with clams and the sea bream fillet were delicious.

26/08/2026: The food was so good. From yummy steak with french fries to big and delicious shrimps. This restaurant had a good service and atmosphere, so I recommend this for all.

07/03/2026: A pleasant surprise... Victor at the bar was very kind, helpful, and attentive. Generous portions with fresh ingredients. In short, a great place for lunch in the center of Antibes.

05/08/2026: Disappointed. I told the waiter I was in a hurry because I had a time constraint… Order taken at 7:48 PM, served at 8:32 PM. They prioritized takeout orders. Even the waiters asked us not to order pizzas…

02/08/2026: The service was a disaster. The dishes were served raw. The manager also said that's how they eat here. The cutlery was dirty. You had to ask for clean cutlery, with great kindness. It was a disaster.

06/07/2026: Having been there with the children this Sunday, I can tell you that you should absolutely avoid this restaurant. The prices are far too high for what you get. The portions are tiny... the wait was enormous... I'll bring my own sandwiches next time.

20/06/2026: For the fourth consecutive year, we had the pleasure of hosting the F.A.M. School's end-of-year ceremony at this venue. A huge thank you to Alain and his entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The food was excellent, the dishes beautifully presented, and the service consistently attentive. 17/08/2026: Honestly, I live far from them. I ordered two "maxi" pizzas. They arrived piping hot, in record time, with impeccable service. And to top it all off: they were delicious. Without hesitation, it was a very pleasant surprise!

17/07/2026: Being vegan, I ordered a vegetarian pizza without cheese. The pizza was awful. I don't know if their pizzas are supposed to be Neapolitan, but they certainly had dry, flat edges... Normally, a good pizza is like good bread. Even with nothing on it, it's already good. This was absolutely not the case here. The vegetables, in my opinion, were frozen and therefore tasteless. Message to management: I don't know if your goal is to make as much money as possible regardless of the quality of your pizzas. But if you really want to make good pizzas, review your recipes and dough preparation methods. It's sad to see that the pizzeria's average rating is 4.3/5. This shows that people are getting used to bad pizzas and, in my opinion, don't know what a truly good pizza is...

05/09/2026: I have been coming to L’Avenue for more than 16 years, and whenever I am in Paris, I usually come back here. For me, the most important thing is consistency. After all these years, the restaurant still keeps the same high level, and that is not something you can say about every well-known place in Paris. If you have never been, it is definitely worth trying. Just make a reservation, especially for lunch, because getting a good table without one can be difficult. I could write a long review, but there is really no need. The atmosphere, the food, the service and the overall feeling of the place are simply at a very high level. L’Avenue is one of those restaurants that has become part of my Paris routine. For me, it simply never disappoints.

16/09/2026: Well, it's on the beach in Nice, so it's absolutely amazing. And beautiful, the food was fantastic. Coming out of a kitchen on the beach and Nikola was professional friendly and took great care of us.

13/09/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't give less. If you want to be laughed at, go ahead and take the plunge, you won't be disappointed. You'll be served something other than what you ordered from the menu because the items on offer are missing. For example, for breakfast, there's no raisin bread, and if you order freshly squeezed orange juice, it's just regular orange juice... And all this for €18. The manager is very unpleasant and has the nerve to talk about his servers in front of the customers, treating them with disdain. A disaster. The only positive point is the view. Between us, it doesn't deserve to be in the hands of a manager who isn't capable of making the most of it. Avoid at all costs...
