26/08/2024: We had an excellent, unexpected time at the counter of the Les Chasseurs restaurant in Gilette. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the welcome particularly friendly. The whole team took great care, making this experience even more pleasant. Special mention to the Peleton, a house specialty, absolutely delicious! We will come back without hesitation to enjoy this unique atmosphere and the quality of the dishes again.

22/08/2024: For a little coffee stop the view is surprising, the bar restaurant is worth a look, we didn't taste the cuisine but the Gault et Millau 2024 poster makes you want to.

13/08/2024: Fleur des Alpes is a very good address, both for the hotel and its simple, renovated rooms and for the restaurant which only cooks fresh and local products brilliantly! Extra welcome and top notch staff!

11/08/2024: Very good restaurant, very friendly service. But a question arises. How come there is no card and therefore no price? Doubt haunts me. Surprise at the bill.

16/11/2025: Hotel stopover during my motorcycle road trip. I spent one night at this establishment. Everything was perfect: the hotel was extremely welcoming, the decor superb, the rooms comfortable (especially the bedding), the staff, and a special mention for the small lounge by the cozy fireplace. Highly recommended!

27/03/2025: We were going to spend a weekend with them and then go dog sledding. We had to postpone our activity to the following weekend because due to bad weather it was canceled. 48 hours before we call the hotel who answers us we cannot postpone because we are closing soon. Lost reservation I called them back this week because I saw the boss's response from the place we are not an association and if everyone canceled for a little cloud outside it was not calm. So ok you are not an association but I am in the business of respect and a gesture can be made. The hotel would have gained one more meal at the restaurant and a customer for the next year if the experience was good. So to flee just for the welcome

17/03/2025: We came for a drink this weekend, there were a lot of people and unfortunately the wait was a little long due to lack of staff. But the server was able to make itself available as quickly as possible 🙏🏼 I am attaching some photos of what we took, it was very good!

10/10/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un incontournable ! Je suis toujours ravi de revenir à ce glacier. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui rend chaque visite encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale pour les crêpes Suzette, un pur délice à chaque fois, et les glaces, qui sont tout simplement exceptionnelles avec des saveurs authentiques et variées. Je recommande vivement à tous les gourmands !

23/09/2024: Les glaces sont excellentes et bien présentées mais le personnel se dispute, les noms d’oiseaux et les menaces fusent, c’est affligeant…. Nous voulions passer un bon moment en famille : c’est raté.

05/09/2024: Un restaurant sympa comme on les aime, Très agréable terrasse, serveurs efficaces et sympas. La carte tourne autour de viandes et pizzas. La hampe, aujourd’hui plat du jour, était excellente. Un public local, qui a l’air de venir fréquemment génère un trafic intense qui ne nuit pas au service

03/08/2024: Accueil, très aimable, le service est à la hauteur, la salle plaisante et bien climatisée .. Nous avions pris une assiette de charcuterie à partager, bien Servie et de bonne qualité . Ensuite, mon mari a pris un magret de canard, lui aussi très bien servi, et j’avais pris le poulpe grillé, très tendre et goûteux .. Bon choix de vin à des prix raisonnables. Bref, une expérience à refaire !

27/05/2024: Quite a posh little bakery place with delightful cakes and nice coffee. Recommended if you want to grab something on the way to a station like Place Garibaldi or Nice Riquier.

19/04/2024: the best Pavlova I've ever had. I went in February for the first time and ate. and I came back here specifically just for Pavlova. ❤️

16/08/2024: Après réservation de 3 adultes et 1 enfant nous avons apprécié notre soirée repas malgré une petite pluie protégés par de grands parasols Accueil sympa et soirée surprise barbecue que nous n'avons pas regretté Une bonne entrecôte frites des travers de porc avec sauce et un menu enfant sympa le tout avec un bon rosé Tout était parfait Bonne soirée Merci

12/05/2024: Le cadre extérieur et la terrasse ombragée sont très agréables. Petite carte mais néanmoins avec du choix. J’ai pris un tartare de saumon qui était insipide et sans saveur. Cela manquait clairement d’assaisonnement. Mon conjoint a pris un saumon sauce vierge qui était parfait. Le fondant au chocolat est très bon.
