22/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! Since the change of ownership, we've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attention to detail. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The setting is truly ideal for a wonderful time, whether as a couple, with friends, or with family. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and very pleasant. A welcoming and friendly team, quality cuisine, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back... everything is there for a fantastic experience! We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. A must-try! ❤️

19/09/2026: Boulangerie Maison Kayser in Vieux Nice is a nice place to stop for fresh bread, pastries, and other French bakery specialties. The selection is good and everything looks nicely presented. I enjoyed the traditional French bakery atmosphere, and it is a convenient spot to grab something quick while exploring the charming streets of Vieux Nice.

11/09/2026: We bought a vanilla éclair, not bad, and a chocolate muffin described as having a "molten center." An hour later, we're still looking for that center.

29/08/2026: Please, fire that woman who's constantly yelling! It's not the first time we've seen her; she spends all her time shouting at the employees! Even as customers, we're stressed out! It's a disaster; the employees look terrified!

10/08/2026: A truly "LOCAL" restaurant with regional specialties. A very warm welcome, authentic ravioli, and a delicious daube.

16/07/2026: The best wine bar, the benchmark in Old Nice. Established in 1947, Jean-Philippe Gazan, the owner and manager of La Cave de la Tour, is dedicated to preserving traditions. For connoisseurs and lovers of Niçois wines, they offer wines from Bellet and Saint-Jeannet, at the foot of the Baou. Even if you're welcomed in, you'll feel like you've entered paradise. "There are men and there are Niçois," proclaims the slogan above the entrance; it says it all. The best selection of rosés is available at the bar, particularly from the Estandon cooperative winery. They also offer local wines on tap, available to take away in bottles. Always excellent. Consider ordering small plates for an aperitif (especially the beautiful charcuterie board) and come for the annual World Championship of Stuffed Vegetables – it's a truly prestigious event! World Championship of Stuffed Vegetables from Nice Every year, in a festive atmosphere, around twenty amateur cooks compete before a jury of chefs for the title.

08/09/2026: Very nice restaurant for a not too expensive lunch break

08/09/2026: The galette was completely burnt and black on the bottom. It looked fine from the top. The blackening wasn't immediately visible. The taste was okay, but I couldn't even eat half of it. The price/quality ratio is unacceptable.

23/08/2026: Had a brilliant dinner. Food wsas as expected, house burger hit the spot and the chicken was delicious also. Drinks served, aperol and limoncello spritz were strong in flavour which was a welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend.

20/08/2026: I stopped by with friends for a few beers over three nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. And most importantly, they speak English fluently. The atmosphere and service are top-notch. I can't comment on the food, as we never ordered anything.

27/07/2026: Disgusting cocktail, over a 45-minute wait for two rib-eye steaks even though the restaurant was empty. The waitress was far too familiar and only talked about tips. The meat was full of gristle and rubbery. You ask for the bill, they don't even give you a receipt and then don't bring you your change. My advice: don't go there.

26/07/2026: The manager of the establishment is haughty and unpleasant. You order a milkshake, and they automatically add whipped cream with gelatin, of course, without asking your opinion. I refused the order and instead got a non-alcoholic mojito during happy hour, advertised at €7, but they charged me €10 because it was non-alcoholic. The service was slow and unfriendly, with no clear instructions when ordering. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I certainly won't be going back.

18/07/2026: I think Paul has the best pain au chocolat, he has no competition, far superior to all the boulangeries in the area

29/05/2026: We arrived at 6:18 PM to order a hot chocolate. To our surprise, the young employee responded very rudely, telling us she no longer made hot chocolates. However, the establishment displayed a closing time of 7:00 PM, so there were still more than 40 minutes left before closing time. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

20/08/2026: Always top-notch. Their mushroom-style escalopes with homemade fries are excellent. Never disappointed.

26/06/2026: Friday is aioli day! The cod was perfectly cooked, as were the vegetables. And the aioli sauce was delicious! 😋 The carpaccio and fries were also perfect. Ideal for lunch. Good value for money.

21/08/2026: AVOID!!!!! unclean, and our food arrived in about 5 minutes which says it all. Everything tasted stale, like a takeaway that had been sitting in the fridge for three days. The “carbonara” was barely carbonara, the pasta was practically crunchy, and the whole dish looked like it had come straight from the freezer. One of my family members sent hers back because it was genuinely disgusting, and instead of apologising or offering a replacement, the owner just made excuses.

20/08/2026: Supermarket bread. Industrial fries and parmigiana. We skipped dessert. Everyone says the state of the toilets reflects the state of the food: it's disgusting; public restrooms are cleaner. Absolutely avoid this place.

15/09/2026: I can't speak for everyone obviously but I can say me and my friend had a very positive experience here. The food was good, room was cozy and the staff were nice (including one time I got locked out by accident). We needed some packed lunch for our hike the next day and the owner happily prepared us some large ham/cheese/salad sandwiches.

12/09/2026: I absolutely do not recommend it; go across the street instead, the service is unpleasant.

03/09/2026: Had a delicious Caesar salad, and it was nice that the waiter didn't just act friendly, but actually *was* friendly. That contributes a lot to a lovely lunch. Highly recommended!
