20/05/2024: Delicious and copious dishes, a perfect welcome, the very small downside, small room and no atmosphere (background music), all conversations are therefore shared with neighboring tables.
This won't stop us from coming back.
18/05/2024: A great restaurant! A very pleasant setting and top-notch service. A varied menu, absolutely everything, made us want it. We highly recommend, looking forward to returning.

30/04/2024: Accord parfait des saveurs dans les plats, présentation soignée, excellent rapport qualité prix . Un pur délice et un très bon choix de vins de la région. Un accueil chaleureux vous accompagne du début jusqu’à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet endroit superbe de la montagne Noire.

26/04/2024: Total change of scenery. We went as a couple with our eight year old son to visit the Cathar castles and sleeping in a monument only added charm to our stay.
The staff is very welcoming, professional and smiling. The furniture is in keeping with the setting. Refined dinners and quite a few choices at the breakfast buffet.
Thanks again to all the staff for their kindness.

13/05/2024: My husband and I had the set lunch menu in May.
The staff were impeccable, the venue was utterly stunning and the food quality unrivalled. The desert was by far the best we've ever had.
Taking in to consideration the high quality of food and service, the lunch menu seems incredibly good value. I've often spent a lot more on food that was nowhere near as good.
I'd absolutely recommend taking a glass of blanchette out on the terrace in the sun. The wine was delicious and the views made holiday memories that will last a lifetime!

The only regret would be that the room is on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
We retain the address to return to it or to communicate it to friends.

28/03/2024: Excellent time spent at Lionel Giraud's table, an elegant and refined atmosphere in a medieval oratory having seen many pilgrims before us. Like us, you will be able to witness an impeccable mastery of the tempo and find the reason for the trip to taste dishes created by the chef providing high-level emotions in a wonderful walk where the taste buds and the mind absolutely merge. Umami is there at the bend of the road, have a good trip. See you soon

13/06/2024: A perfect restaurant. The waiter explains how the cassoulet is made, which is a pure marvel. Very close to the camper van area, don't hesitate for a second.
06/06/2024: Superb cassoulet cooked entirely at home with all the explanations from a friendly young waiter! And takeaway boxes because they’re too plentiful! Very good value for money ! We (table of 8) recommend!
Ps: the mussels with lemongrass and the tuna a la plancha are excellent too

Le chef Julien a su nous suggérer des plats de très bonne qualité et aux saveurs exceptionnelles. Un moment appréciable comme " à la maison".

12/12/2023: While on a road trip around France visiting different vineyards we decided to book an overnight stay that also included wine tasting immediately upon arrival, tour of the vineyard, a full evening meal and overnight stay. Such a comprehensive package n experience meant that we were able to really appreciate the fine wines (and rare grape variety) that were offered. From the moment of our arrival to the point of our departure it was a first class experience. Our hosts were so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It was such an indulgent experience. I can’t recommend highly enough. Would love to go back one day😊

The setting is magnificent.
Each dish brings its share of surprises and flavor.
The menu changes every 6 weeks so we are always surprised.
Still plan a good budget but it's worth it.
