16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop. We had a flawless meal from start to finish. Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet. Each dish more tempting than the last. The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.

15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

29/09/2024: L’accueil est tout simplement parfait et cela perdure tout au long du repas avec des petites attentions. La cuisine (globalement orienté Inde/Asie) est une vraie réussite ; visiblement, tout est fait par le chef, et les saveurs sont nombreuses et bien présentes. Un vrai et bon voyage culinaire. Seul bémol, la décoration de la première salle est peu avenante, et mériterait un coup de peinture. Cela ne gâche néanmoins par notre plaisir et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

19/09/2024: Having previously seen the Michelin listing we'd long intended to dine here and today (19th) we were well rewarded. It's true you can't please everyone all the time and some reviews seem to reflect this, though from our experience today it's hard to fathom why! Warmly welcomed, our waiter was attentive, informed well and explained all the dishes, helpful with wine and drink selection and very personable. Service was discreet, but friendly and very efficient. Choosing the 4 course menu with choices from the a la carte selections delivered excellent value with interesting dishes, innovative cuisine and delightfully presented. All of us were delighted with our choices. We definitely look forward to returning in the spring when passing this way again. Merci a tous!

14/09/2024: Je trouve les avis bien complesants car les coquilles saint jacques sans saveur ressemblent a une tranche de colin, alors desolé pour le patron mais peux mieux faire ...le turbo trés bien mais le rosé ordinaire ...encore une fois désolé mais avis objectif.

El menú de la pizarra cambia regularmente dependiendo de lo que es estacional. El menú de tres platos a 31 € es una buena relación calidad-precio para la comida de alta calidad. Buena selección de vinos a precios razonables. Las mesas exteriores en la zona de cubierta con luces centelleantes son agradables en una noche cálida. 03/12/2024: Beautiful discovery of a warm place where you can enjoy generous, quality family cuisine. We had two daily menus at €16 with a piece of beef and a menu at €20 for salmon. The cheese puff pastry and salad were generous, the grilled meat, salmon and vegetables were cooked very well, the fries were excellent and well served, and the cream puff was very good and of gargantuan size. We accompanied this meal with a small bottle of tannic Corbières, just the right amount. All in a small room, where we were warmly welcomed by a charming lady, who provided fast and efficient service, while the cook regularly stopped by to make sure everything was going well. A good time.
