10/12/2025: A magical and unforgettable interlude! Upon arriving in the village, we were immediately captivated by the charm and authenticity of the place. A simple and warm welcome instantly immersed us in a family atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, understated, and tastefully decorated; we slept very well. But before that, we had dinner… each dish was an immersion into the Chef's world, accompanied by a unique ceremony, and the staff reflected the quality of the establishment. By far, our best Michelin-starred experience! Indulgence, generosity, authenticity, local produce, finesse, precision—everything was there… The icing on the cake was the privilege of a long conversation with the Chef, with whom we shared our common love for Martinique! We completely understood the world of this exceptional chef and embraced it wholeheartedly! The place and the staff reflect the Chef and his wife! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! 30/12/2025: We had a fantastic meal. The food was superb. The service was impeccable. It was also a good price compared to other places to eat. The restrooms could be improved, but to be honest, if they were good, you'd definitely pay a lot more. I highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: We had lunch with the family on a Saturday, and it's worth noting that they had a weekend menu, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is located in the center of Carcassonne and has a very pleasant and welcoming decor that blends rustic and modern elements. The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and prepared. We didn't find anything we didn't like. The service was excellent, although we had a little trouble understanding each other at first, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.

11/12/2025: La Tulipe Noire: Gastronomic Barrel Dining and Allergy Control In Fleury, you don't dine in a dining room… you dine in a barrel. A real barrel, complete with a table, chairs, bottles, and a woodsy ambiance—a dream for the introverted sommelier. The cuisine is honest, flavorful, and unpretentious. Intolerances? Handled like a well-rehearsed performance: no gluten, no lactose, no drama. And the prices? Reasonable, just like the diners in their barrel. La Tulipe Noire: where you dine in the woods without getting ripped off.
