07/07/2026: Everything was perfect! Right down to how they welcomed my little dog. The setting is magnificent, the staff incredibly attentive, and the quality of the breakfast products was outstanding. Everything makes you want to come back. A peaceful place that leaves room for happiness.

26/06/2026: At Domaine de la Poterie, the staff is incredibly attentive. Thank you again, Jean-Emmanuel, for anticipating our arrival and adapting the bathroom to my needs as a person with reduced mobility. Everyone is charming. We loved the beautifully landscaped and lovely grounds. It's a delight to discover all the lovely messages, some funny, some poetic. We thoroughly enjoyed the Louis XVI restaurant, the bar snacks, and the breakfast. Two regrets, however: the lack of a ramp meant I couldn't use the pool (and this was also the case for some older guests), and the lack of air conditioning made our nights difficult. Aside from these minor issues, this hotel is a gem, and we loved our stay. Bravo!

15/09/2026: The food is refined and beautifully presented; they have an excellent young chef. The weekday lunch menu, priced under €20, offers only one main course (so no choice), with only a selection of starters and desserts (which were delicious), which is a shame. On the other hand, the service is mediocre: regular customers are treated better than tourists. During service, the waitress held the knife points just centimeters from the customer. She also served our dishes to another table without apologizing when she brought them back. As for the young waiter, when we arrived, he saw us but stayed behind the bar; I had to go over to him for him to attend to us, although he was very friendly. Finally, he forgot to set the cutlery with the dessert. Furthermore, there is sometimes a bit of a wait when there is only one person serving. We ate very well, but we found the welcome and service a little disappointing...

20/08/2026: Amazing restaurant! The setting is superb, the food is excellent and of very high quality, made with seasonal ingredients. All at an extremely reasonable price! A fantastic spot in the heart of Caen!

08/08/2026: Excellent place. I had three pastries: an excellent chocolate éclair, an excellent chocolate tartlet, and an excellent strawberry tartlet. The coffee macarons were good, but not as good as the pastries. €20 for three pastries and two macarons is reasonable for the quality. I recommend it.

28/07/2026: A discovery thanks to our daughter. A feast for the eyes and the taste buds. We tried the kugelhopf and the lemon cake. Absolutely wonderful.

27/05/2026: Some rooms are best avoided; the air conditioning barely works, or doesn't work at all. I tried two rooms, and the problem was the same! Perhaps the sea-view rooms don't have this issue, but given the prices in high season, I don't think I'd risk trying them. It's a shame because it's very well located. It has great potential, but in my opinion, it doesn't live up to the 5-star standards of the region, which I won't mention. Please, this hotel deserves better. You don't give a room to a couple if the entire floor is full of children; it's just common sense! We leave our children to rest and sleep, not to be woken up at 3 a.m. by crying...🤦‍♂️

26/05/2026: We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Cures Marines, and we had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly located, very quiet and calm and we were lucky to enjoy sunny and warm weather during our stay. The spa and fitness facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — with a great selection including chia seeds, brown bread, fresh fruits and veggies, and homemade fresh juices, which I particularly loved. A special thank you to Thea, the front desk team, and all the staff for their warm welcome and personalised service. A special mention as well to Micka, the sports manager, for his professionalism and friendliness. Keep on shining guys!!!!! Highly reccommended— we'll be back, best hotel in Trouville!

16/08/2026: A superb experience. Exceptional quality products, just two dishes, one of which is vegetarian, which is great, made with organic, local, seasonal ingredients. And everything is delicious and well-balanced. The flavors are very varied, a new taste discovery with every bite. 24/07/2026: A bike ride to Thury led us to discover this restaurant located just outside the village. A very warm welcome, a lovely terrace, and fresh, well-prepared food. We have absolutely no regrets about stopping at this restaurant, which I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

02/09/2026: Went out looking for seafood and found this place. I saw a picture on the outside and knew what I wanted. I speak no French and the waiter spoke no English. He pointed to something on the menu and indicated it was for two. I order it and what was delivered was what was on the picture I had seen outside! Hugh shrimp, tastey oysters and sea snails. They could have included horseradish and melted butter but didn't. I asked and was only able to get melted butter. It was more food than my wife and I could eat! After dinner, we walked in to pay and the owner gave us some apple liquor which was very good. Nice place!

16/07/2026: A nice brasserie located next to the Carrefour Contact and Optimal Energy supermarkets. The decor is simple and modern. The menu is straightforward and effective, with daily specials. Pizzas are available for takeout. The service is impeccable and friendly. The food is good. One small drawback: the heat in the dining room...
