03/05/2024: My husband and I had the most delicious dinner at this lovely little restaurant in Pommard. Every single course was like a work of art to look at and tasted fabulous. We especially noted that every accompanying sauce was exquisite and complemented each dish perfectly.
Front of house was run by the chef’s charming wife, who worked tirelessly and explained each course thoroughly to us. The wine we had was also delicious.
Really enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend.

15/05/2024: Our second visit. The single, lovely ground floor room serves about 20 covers and is generally full. The owner, Agnès, works hard out front and is delightful. My wife and I had the tasting menu (€66) which was four courses: asparagus with black garlic sauce, hake with peas and other sauce, pork belly, meringue, strawberry and sorbet. All excellent and costing the same as three courses off the à la carte. Glasses of (good) wine are around €12 - €13 each. A very pleasant experience. A bit more £££ than some places but a special treat and still good value.
05/05/2024: Great experience but for "good" eaters the quantities remain light and eat asparagus, breast and finish with a strawberry sorbet for 66€, even if it is still well worked it remains "cheap" products.
For the price the cheese could be served, to think about.....

Patron en salle très agréable, à l écoute et content de faire découvrir sa très bonne cuisine de terroir. Très bons conseils pour les vins. Prix correct pour des produits frais et de qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

26/05/2024: We did a tasting yesterday afternoon with Sullivan, the largest group they have hosted since beginning, and we loved the experience!
Great atmosphere, Sullivan shares very concrete information, I retained a lot of information that will allow me to shine in society. (I love to shine in society.)
We ended the evening at the Fine Heure restaurant for the full experience: delicious food.
I recommend!

26/05/2024: Bon restaurant avec cependant quelques petites remarques à faire concernant l'entrée et le plat principal. En effet bien que très bonne l'entrée, une tartelette au asperges vertes , petite salade et foie gras aurait pu être un peu plus fournie en matière de foie gras et peut-être donc paraître un peu moins "verte". Pour le plat, le problème est assez semblable, pourquoi mettre toutes ces chips, certes faites maison sur du pigeonneau rotie alors que l'accompagnement constitué d'une purée de pois cassé à la saucisse de Morteau aurait largement suffi. Rien à redire en revanche pour les desserts, de délicieux vacherin au fraises et à l'hibiscus.

Personnel de service agréable, mais malheureusement pas assez nombreux
Seul bémol sur le repas, foie gras servi pas assez froid à mon goût.. Sinon reste du repos sans critique négative
