The experience was unforgettable; she truly managed to guide the entire tasting and tour with joy and educational flair. She was extremely engaging and thoughtful. If you're hesitating about visiting the estate, don't hesitate any longer, because it's magnificent, steeped in history, meticulously run, and incredibly welcoming. Chloé was truly the highlight of our weekend; I don't think it would have been any different with anyone else. So, once again, thank you to everyone, but especially to her.

My wife and I went there for our wedding anniversary, and not only was the welcome exceptional (very attentive, pleasant conversations, genuine kindness: you can feel the passion, and that customer satisfaction is a priority!), but the food was also a delight: everything was refined and intense at the same time (including the desserts, and I'm very picky about desserts): what a pleasant surprise! The chef is truly talented! The drinks were equally impressive: an excellent glass of champagne and a delicious half-bottle of Pernand. The setting is ideal: not far from the wine route, yet tucked away, making it very peaceful. Free parking is available above, just a few steps away. In short: flawless, from start to finish! We've already made a note to return next year for the same occasion. Highly recommended.

26/05/2026: I made an impromptu stop in Dijon this evening, on my way elsewhere. I'm glad I did because I ended up having a truly lovely meal at Spica. All 3 courses of the fixed menu were delicious; especially the 'strawberry soup' which was a perfect, flavourful & fresh way to end a meal during a heatwave. The service, setting and wine was also perfect. No notes!

17/05/2026: An ideal place to discover Burgundian cuisine skillfully reimagined by the chef. A warm welcome and excellent value for money. It's slightly set back from Place de la Libération, but well worth the trip! Book ahead, you won't be disappointed.

17/05/2026: A very enjoyable time at Le Carpe Diem. The place is quite discreet, a little off the beaten path, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The service is delightful. The menu features Burgundian cuisine, with frog legs 🐸 and snail croquettes being a real surprise. The veal kidney with mustard sauce is very flavorful, and the beef bourguignon is melt-in-your-mouth tender. Paired with a good red Burgundy, it's hard to imagine a better experience!

You can tell they work with passion and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere on the terrace was wonderful – the ideal setting to fully enjoy the evening. But the absolute highlight was the service team: super friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable in their advice – whether it was for wine selection or menu recommendations. We felt completely taken care of and very welcome. If we could, we would eat there every night – that says it all! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

30/06/2026: The restaurant is recommended for a relaxed dining experience. The food was good, but nothing special. I would have liked more seasoning, lemon, and salt on my pike-perch dish. But food is always a matter of taste and can be rated differently. The crème brûlée was perfect for me, and the service was professional. Since we were left sitting with our empty plates for quite some time, I deducted one star. All in all, the price-performance ratio is good.

14/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. The beef bourguignon was excellent and the nougat glacé was incredible, the best I've ever had! And to top it all off, the service was very friendly. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Beaune!
