05/09/2024: Yesterday we booked a night in Beaune as a stopover on our trip to Italy. We reserved a table here to celebrate our last evening and wedding anniversary. Very stylish restaurant with beautiful soft colors. Very tasty dishes, a feast for the eyes and taste buds. The only downside, everything came way too quickly. I still had my last appetizer in my mouth when the plate disappeared under me. I was careful not to eat too quickly and we also asked to wait with the main course, but without much success. Perhaps something typically French, but we are used to taking the time to enjoy the menu in such a gastronomic restaurant. It was also noticeable that the other tables, who had chosen a bottle of wine, still drank it after dessert. Not because they drank so slowly, but just because everything was like that passed quickly. Too bad, because the kitchen is highly recommended.

11/09/2024: Simply fantastic from start to finish. Server made great wine pairing suggestions. Salad with cheese honey crostini, chorizo risotto, and beef bourg, vanilla crème brûlée were all wowwww. Hats off to the chef ! Pro-tip, stay until the end(close) to meet the puppy of the house. Cutest vibe !

The atmosphere is both intimate and very warm, an open kitchen which leaves no doubt about the quality of the service. 14/09/2024: My partner and I had already been there for lunch and found the dishes delicious, so we decided to come back one evening to get the full experience. It was done, and we were not disappointed. We respectively took a discovery menu and a sensation menu with wine pairing. From appetizers to dessert, no false notes! We found a real search for a combination of tastes and textures. The service is impeccable and very friendly so as not to spoil the experience. The chef accommodates dietary restrictions by replacing dishes that are equally excellent, especially when you notify them in advance. In short, a lot of work and talent, we had a great time, we will come back.
