01/01/2026: This is our third time at this brasserie, and we were very disappointed. The ribeye steak was inedible; the meat was gamey—the smell and taste were off. The waitress should have taken it back to the chef so he could at least taste or smell it. Her response was quite arrogant. As former restaurant owners, we didn't want to push the issue. We understand that mistakes happen, but we should at least verify the customer's claims.

19/09/2025: Lunch menu of the day for only 16 euros!! Salad with volants, choice of 5 main courses, and 5 desserts. Lots of drivers inside, so fast service.

06/02/2026: We visited on Friday, January 30, 2026, at noon (3 people). We received a very warm and friendly welcome from all the staff. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The menu was lovely with plenty of choice. We will definitely return.

08/12/2025: A classic, unpretentious restaurant with fairly average prices. Good for a quick and easy meal.

17/02/2026: Fancy a snack during the day? A sandwich? A waffle? A crepe? With a hot or cold drink? Then don't hesitate, this place is fantastic! The prices are clearly displayed, so there are no surprises, and you can choose what you want because everything is on display... and what can I say about the crepes made fresh to order... excellent :-) Takeaway service: everything is well packaged :-) All you have to do is go and go again! As a nice decorative touch, they have a rather interesting collection of mugs from all sorts of different cities and countries.

03/03/2026: Average food. Unfriendly service. The creme brûlée was an abomination. The pork main was tough and flavourless. Eggs pontot to start the best bit. Expensive wine list. Felt very rushed, barely put our cutlery down and plates were gone.

21/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. We'll stop here before returning to Belgium. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The room was clean and lovely. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant... Excellent wines, top-notch service, and the food was absolutely delicious from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend this establishment. Don't hesitate to try the Burgundy wines, especially the Pommard, or the more affordable Mercurey. A truly wonderful discovery. Aurélie B.

22/02/2026: For a hotel thats next to a highway, its a good low budget choice. Overall it is very basic. Rooms are very normal. The hotel has a good breakfast. I must say the pillows where good in the hotel. The hotel has no restaurant, just a small vending machine. Next to the Hotel is an other Hotel that has a great restaurant. Good hotel that is cheap.

15/02/2026: We were just passing through for one night and had booked a family room with two double beds. Fine for one night, just a little cold in the room despite turning the heating up.

28/09/2025: Finally, a restaurant where the experience was excellent. The dishes were very good, plentiful, and flavorful. The atmosphere was also very pleasant, both friendly and relaxed, which made the meal even more enjoyable. A great place that I recommend without hesitation.

28/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! The mattress had springs sticking out, there were cobwebs everywhere, the sink was cracked all over, and the shelves under the bathroom mirror were dirty with glass shards. At breakfast, you had to wear a coat; it wasn't heated.

25/12/2025: During the Christmas holidays, we were passing through Dijon and went to the Campanile Sud for a meal. We were welcomed by Annissa, and we commend her for her gracious and efficient service. The pleasant atmosphere of the place made us return the following evening. If you're ever in Dijon Sud, don't hesitate to go.

12/03/2026: The all-you-can-eat appetizers and desserts are a nice touch 👍. The atmosphere is relatively calm 👍. The food is catastrophic 👎👎👎; if they're just opening cans, there's no point in hiring a chef 👎👎. The dishes are cold and the vegetables unappealing 👎👎. I won't be back.

21/02/2026: A quick stop on the way back from vacation. Hot meals from €15 to €20 with unlimited starters and desserts. For 4 people, we paid €82 upon arrival, choosing our hot meals at the counter. I now understand the pay-at-the-gate policy; it forces you to stay! Dirty dishes and tasteless food from starter to dessert. Verdict: Avoid at all costs!

22/05/2025: A surprising bar where a friendly waiter prepares you a fragrant and pleasant planter's punch and where 3 days later another waiter claims not to know how to make it... while admitting that he has rum and fruit juices... "but it's not on the menu"!!! Astounding and borderline polite. Ciao!

26/04/2025: Very professional and friendly waitress but terrible waiter and should work at the prison gate I understand the lack of people since Kilkenny which was armored every week you have to get your act together!

03/10/2025: What a disappointment... The condition of the rooms is simply catastrophic, because the asking price is a joke. In the past, the small flaws of this hotel made its charm (the price was reasonable). Today, and apparently since its takeover, the price of the rooms has soared while maintenance has been abandoned 🤷 The result is a disaster! Bankruptcy is imminent...

02/10/2025: We had lunch on Thursday, October 2nd for 2 people. Everything was perfect, top service with 2 super friendly waiters and the quality of the meal was impeccable. So the bunch of idiots who criticize should stay at home and watch what they have on their plates. And those who say that it stinks in the dining room must have forgotten to wash themselves. Thank you for your welcome, gentlemen waiters.
