16/12/2024: A disgusting fruit salad for 4€90.. a small plate of salad not good with 3 times nothing in it 4€90 also with a plate of pasta and a coffee total 18€70 without drink.. the staff is nice but the restaurant is old and not super clean.. plus there are always idiots in front smoking their cigarettes on the terrace.. to avoid

17/09/2024: I arrived late and left early. So I was not able to test the service and the breakfast. The room was rustic but comfortable and clean. The downside is that the road is busy and you can't sleep with the window open because of the traffic, especially since the room is not air-conditioned. Nearby parking

12/08/2024: À part la déco intérieure et la terrasse agréable rien ne va, les bieres sont chaudes, erreur dans la prise de commande, qualité médiocre des plats surtout les pizzas même Sodebo fait mieux. C'est bien dommage que la cuisine et le service ne soit pas du tout à la hauteur de ce lieu qui serait plutôt sympa.

29/08/2024: The place was so so, but what was really unacceptable is the attitude of the head waitress. The wine served in that place was full of deposit and no solution was offered, no apologies, nor compensation. According to the waitress the wine was totally fine and I was wrong to complain about it! I don't recommend eating there unless you want to end your evening literally with a headache. Waitress is rude and acts like she is knowledgeable and we are not. I recommend the restaurant next door "George Blanc Bistrot" on the other hand is really good and service is excellent

The waitresses are patient and offer help if you are a little undecided 😅 You will have the possibility to compose your plates from a wide choice of ingredients. The quality is okay but I would say that the price is too high for the quantity offered. This is the only criticism I could have. Otherwise, given that we eat healthy there and can vary our dishes "infinitely", I recommend the experience ;)

06/09/2024: July 2024 while passing through Saulieu we have 2 espressos. Superb environment but €18 for 2 coffees and 2 small sachets of Bernard Loiseau sugar. No sweets, no glass of water. It's a bit expensive!!!

24/08/2024: Very good restaurant experience. Varied menus cooked on site. The chef was able to adapt to our particular request. Do not hesitate to leave the city center of Saulieu, because the value for money is favorable.

25/08/2024: A very pleasant discovery just a stone's throw from Dijon. A very friendly setting and atmosphere with the choice of interior or terrace. The dishes are excellent and the wine list is very tempting. I advise you to taste the kir, it’s killer! The secret is that blackcurrant is homemade. Well done, I recommend.

24/11/2024: “Disappointing experience, far from the standards of a 4 star” We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Several negative points: • The network is very poor, even with the hotel Wi-Fi. Unable to connect properly. •We had a PMR room (accessible to people with reduced mobility) even though we didn't need one. No consideration of our needs. •When we arrived, the room was freezing, the air conditioning was on while it was snowing outside. A totally incomprehensible situation. •No bottle of water in the room, an essential detail for a hotel of this standard. •The bathroom was flooded after each shower, because there is no shower tray. In addition, the doors of the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were rusty, a real lack of maintenance. •The towels provided were stained and some even had holes. •We had booked a room with a queen bed, but discovered that it was actually two mattresses pushed together, creating a very uncomfortable hollow in the middle of the bed. •The room overlooked the street, and it was noisy most of the night. •The reception was far from professional: at 9:30 p.m., we found two young people in full discussion, seated very casually in sweaters and down jackets. An image not at all worthy of a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. •The price of parking was announced at €8 on the site, but charged €10 at reception. We clarified this when we left, to which we were told: oh yes, it's a small error. No commercial gesture made. The only positive point: the location, very convenient. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the asking price. A big disappointment.
