16/09/2026: We passed by too often not to try it. Close to our Airbnb. Well, we weren't disappointed. Fast service, very good product, in a small village. And a calm dog who loves fries.

15/09/2026: I went there with friends in September. Great, friendly bar-restaurant! We didn't eat there, but they have a huge selection of drinks, including local ones (I recommend the Souillac plum brandy!). The owners, Axel and Arjen, are lovely; we had a great time! With its late opening hours (around 1 a.m.), you could really party and have fun. Darts and chess are available (free of charge). In short, it's the kind of village bar you wish every village in France had! As my friends and I used to say: the Saint Jus beer is delicious!

31/07/2026: Fantastic... Everything you could want when visiting this region. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the setting is lovely, and the food is delicious. The duck breast was perfect and generous, the fish was delicious, and the sweetbreads in brioche were also excellent. In short, a superb and authentic discovery, far removed from tourist traps. I highly recommend it and extend my sincere thanks to the restaurant team for this wonderful experience.

30/07/2026: We came to celebrate a family reunion, and the Rib of Beef & Concert themed evening was magical! The service was perfect (despite the crowd), the rib was cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was festive and friendly. A place to remember for those who want to enjoy a delicious meal and have a great time ✨👌🏼

29/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, warm and quick service, the salads and crêpes are superb because they're made with local ingredients (so not just the Breton sausage galette ;-) and the prices are reasonable. I recommend the porcini mushroom crêpe with shredded duck confit, dried duck breast, and salad – very generous portion.

19/09/2026: We came last night. We received a very warm welcome. I was disappointed by the flank steak, which was overcooked for my taste and had a bit of gristle on it. The fries and sauce were good.

26/09/2026: This is a truly excellent restaurant. I tried 6 dishes and they were all excellent. One of these dishes consisted of 3 ingredients and I didn't eat any of them, but in this dish they all came together perfectly and tasted great. The atmosphere was also beautiful and the staff was very polite, professionals with a very nice disposition. Personally, in 3 years in France, I ate the best food there.

16/10/2026: Excellent restaurant. The menu is fairly limited but varied enough to find something you'll enjoy. The cuisine is very refined. The owners previously ran a Michelin-starred restaurant in Finistère and continue to source their seafood directly from the local fisherman.

04/10/2026: O Moulin - Carssac Aillac - September 2026 What a pleasure to return to this establishment near the banks of the famous Dordogne River, which we frequented a few years ago... Once again, the tone is set from the very first bites. Cod fritters, local cheese croquettes, and beetroot and horseradish espuma. Taste, flavors, zest, creativity... nothing but good things to start. We eagerly await the rest of the meal. The starters: Borrèze trout and coleslaw, a very pretty and refined dish. We would have liked a slightly larger portion of trout. The other, escalope of foie gras, open ravioli with confit, and creamy coco beans, is a classic these days, but perfectly executed. As for the main courses: Pork loin, stuffed piquillo peppers and Basque garnish, chorizo ​​jus. Olé Olé! Duck breast, seasonal vegetables in a red wine sauce, and creamy porcini mushrooms... To finish: a marriage of dark chocolate and coconut. Original, fresh, and... excellent. Best of luck with your business.

But the real highlight of this restaurant is its staff. The atmosphere in the dining room is absolutely extraordinary! The waitstaff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling—you can easily have a laugh with them. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. 03/06/2026: The rooms are excellent, very comfortable and well maintained, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their guests. My father has stayed here three times, and each visit has been a great experience. This time, the staff went above and beyond. My father doesn’t speak English, and in the past I would communicate with the waiters on his behalf. To our surprise, during this visit they arranged a menu in Albanian. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed a level of care and attention that truly impressed us. I am genuinely amazed by the service and hospitality. Thank you for making my father’s stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!
