Cet établissement se répartit en plusieurs bâtiments.
L’accueil est très sympathique, les chambres sont parfaitement équipées et le service très professionnel.
Laborderie mérite le voyage et un séjour.
03/09/2024: We had a very good stay at this hotel as a family. Very friendly staff. Spacious room, very clean and well equipped.
The catering was also up to standard: the delicious, varied dishes and the buffet breakfast offered very good products. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to spend some quiet time.

02/08/2024: Firstly, I would like to say that the restaurant owner is brilliant. We came with two young children (1 and 5) and he was so helpful and accommodating.
Secondly, the food is fantastic and the wine great value. Kids meals were great too.
The setting - fantastic. So pretty and peaceful and even on a scorching day felt cool in the shade.
I think booking might be essential in the summer - we went on a Tuesday lunchtime and it was full.
Overall a brilliant experience for all of our family - aged 1 to 67.

22/09/2024: Real delight, sitting outside and enjoying some scrumptious food - each course a marvellous parcel of delicate, flavoursome food, freshly and carefully prepared and presented. Best not to read the menu (but need to list all your allergies first). Waiters friendly, with sense of humour, very good and very knowledgeable about the wines and food presented. Best to come as a group to enjoy the full ambiance of the place.

19/08/2024: Perfect ! Fireworks in your mouth with the Terre et Mer salad! The wine was excellent whether it was the red or the bench. My husband was delighted with his Périgord club sandwich and my son loved his salmon steak. The chocolate fondant was perfect and the ice creams delicious whether it was apple, strawberry, pistachio or mint/chocolate! Thanks to the cook and the dining room staff 😊 Victim of its success, it is better to book! Holiday vouchers accepted

09/09/2024: Nous avons été déçus par ce restaurant.Je dirais que c’est un restaurant chaleureux mais Le gérant étant seul à servir, nous avons beaucoup trop attendu…
Concernant les assiettes des plats principaux nous avons trouvé qu’elles étaient peu garnies et mon mari a été très très déçu par son confit de canard qui était sec comme c’est pas possible. Quel dommage… Surtout à ce prix ! Nous trouvons que les menus sont chers pour ce que nous avons mangé.

21/08/2024: I went to this restaurant last week with my mother to mark the end of our holidays. We were very much looking forward to our meal after a day of visiting; the restaurant was recommended in the BIB Gourmand guide, which highlighted the ris de veau, a dish my mother particularly favours. We had a slight hesitation when we saw the prices (EUR65 for the evening menu, pricey for a BIB restaurant) but decided to treat ourselves. The mise en bouche and starters were excellent - I had the Pain Perdu, my mother chose the vichyssoise - and the service was cordial, as advertised. We found the servings rather stingy, notably the glass of wine I had which was small by French standards, and we were offered a caviar supplement which we declined. Things started to go wrong with the main courses: I had the foie gras and my mother chose the ris de veau. While my dish was good, it was nothing exceptional; my mother's main course was inedible, the sauce was too salty and powerful, it completely overpowered the vegetables, which were slightly undercooked. My mother could not eat it and - after giving me a bite which confirmed the dish was inedible - she returned it to the chef, largely uneaten. I often eat out with my mother and this was the first time to my knowledge that she had returned a dish to the chef. Fifteen minutes later, the chef comes to see us and explains at length why his dish was perfect and my mother was wrong to return to say it was too salty. He said three other people in the kitchen had tasted the dish and found it perfect - presumably these three people are his employees. I was particularly shocked by the chef's arrogant tone, and the fact that he did not offer to serve my mother another dish to replace the one she had returned. We didn't want to argue so we just nodded and continued with our meal. We had our desserts and coffee - which were excellent - and then came the bill. The restaurant made us pay the full whack, including the EUR15 supplement for the ris de veau which my mother had returned uneaten. We would have expected better from a restaurant with this reputation (and price point).
20/08/2024: Nous étions deux et nous espérions beaucoup de ce restaurant. Je l’avais choisi car il y avait du ris-de-veau au menu à 65€ (avec un supplément de 15€) et que j’en suis particulièrement friande. J’en prends souvent au restaurant.
Tout commence très bien par un amuse-bouche, crème de curcuma et quenelle de glace aux olives remarquable qui augurait bien de la suite et restera mon bon souvenir de ce repas avec le dessert qui contenait des éclats sucrés d’olive délicieux (le chef brille donc dans son traitement de ce fruit). Les entrées signalent une cuisine raffinée. Parts petites, nous notons un léger sur-salage, mais c’est très bon. Arrive le ris-de-veau laqué à la truffe noire. Première bouchée. Je suis saisie par un fort goût salé. Deuxième bouchée : je n’arrive à distinguer aucun autre goût que celui du sel. Immangeable. Je fais goûter le plat à ma fille qui m’accompagne. Même verdict. Et pour la première fois de ma déjà longue vie (78 ans) et de ma fréquentation de bons restaurants, souvent étoilés, je renvoie (très poliment) le plat en cuisine. Après une attente assez longue survient le chef, Cyril Haberland, qui m’explique longuement qu’il n’y a pas de sel dans le plat, qu’il a fait goûter le plat en cuisine par trois personnes (des employés ?) qui n’ont rien trouvé d’anormal. Il me propose de me faire un plat de légumes car refaire le plat prendrait 40 minutes. Pas la moindre excuse. Aucune prise en compte de mon ressenti et beaucoup d’arrogance. Le client aurait-il toujours tort? L’incident gâche la suite de la soirée.
Nous prenons les desserts excellents et un très bon café qui nous consolent à peine. Ce devait être la fête de la fin de nos vacances communes. Nous trouvons étonnante la réaction du chef et espérons au moins un geste commercial qui tienne compte de ma perception. Arrive l’addition. Aucun rabais. Le restaurateur n’a même pas fait sauter le supplément sur le ris de veau. Je découvre que la carafe d’eau plate a été facturée 6€, alors que ce n’était pas signalé et que, si cela l’avait été, j’aurais demandé de l’eau du robinet.
Soirée gâchée. Le chef, dont la cuisine est prometteuse aurait-il « pris la grosse tête? ». J’écris aussi au Guide Michelin.
