28/03/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice during our stay. The food was very good, the service impeccable, and the prices reasonable.
10/03/2026: The owner wasn't very pleasant! We arrived for lunch for a group of six, but two of us were still on the slopes and arrived 10 minutes later! The owner told us that if all six of us weren't there, we couldn't be seated—unacceptable! Especially since we wanted to have an aperitif while we waited! Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

24/05/2026: This is an establishment I frequented some twenty years ago, when it still operated under the "Relais du Silence" label, a chain that has since dissolved.
And during a seasonal stay in the region, I rediscovered it with all its former charm and picturesque character, which I particularly appreciate.
What I love and seek out are inns because they provide lodging and meals for travelers, and this hotel-restaurant has retained this valued principle along with its quality of service.

14/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! We had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The owner and the waiter were very attentive and caring throughout the meal.
Special mention goes to the burger, which was generous and incredibly tasty, with cheese oozing out just the way we like it! The homemade fries were also excellent and perfectly complemented the burger.
A truly great place that we highly recommend. Thank you for your warm welcome and this delicious meal!

20/04/2026: Not the best food for me but everyone else enjoyed so maybe im fussy. The best atmosphere in village although not hard as very small area with little choice but staff are really fun. Getting an outside seat not easy inside not so bad
03/04/2026: Fun, cool bar, cafe, lunchtime restaurant, apres-ski burgers etc. Also crepes. Great vibe, nice “conservatory” in the sun. Service was mixed - sometimes very good, sometimes slow and inattentive.
However, we were there most days!

26/05/2026: The hotel is well located in the historic center of Briançon, making it easy to explore the old town and enjoy the superb view from the square. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
However, several aspects were disappointing: We were not informed of the step at the entrance to our room, which is genuinely dangerous. The breakfast is also far too expensive for the quality offered; there are no local products, and overall it's quite mediocre!
