14/09/2024: Nicht nur wer Käse liebt, sollte hier auf jeden Fall vorbeischauen. Wir hatten an einem "reinen Raclette-Abend" gebucht und haben uns für die vegetarische Version entschieden. Vorweg gab es dazu einen sehr gut angemachten Salat sowie Süßkartoffel-Pommes. Das Raclette bot 5 verschiedene Käse, Datteln, getrocknete Pfirsiche, Nüsse, Gurken, Kartoffeln etc. Uns hat es hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Portion ist ausreichend groß - in der Regel schafft man es nicht, alles zu essen und kann die Reste dann mitnehmen. Z.B. wenn man noch Platz für den Nachtisch braucht. Das Restaurant selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Inhaber bedient selbst mit außergewöhnlicher Schnelligkeit (hervorragend organisiert) und ist trotzdem zu 100% freundlich, geduldig und zuvorkommend. Der Besuch hat uns auch deswegen großen Spaß bereitet. Hier ist jemand mit Perfektion und Leidenschaft unterwegs - einfach nur toll und eine 100%-Empfehlung. (Reservierung notwendig)

26/11/2024: A warm and impeccable welcome and service! A setting as pretty, flowery and peaceful! A menu that will make you salivate and delicious, gourmet cuisine! Being able to enjoy homemade, succulent dishes presented with great care is not a common thing these days. What a wonderful discovery during our vacation! We went there for lunch and returned for dinner to end our stay nicely. We thank LE BOUIC and all the kind people who received and served us very much. A beautiful souvenir that we bring home from the Pyrenees. 🌷

16/09/2024: Sans doute un restaurant qui fonctionne par bouche à oreille, car bien complet à mi-septembre pour un lieu bien isolé mais accessible. Accueil et service de grande qualité, tant par l’amabilité que le professionnalisme. Mets délicieux, vins à l’avenant, pour un rapport qualité-prix remarquable. Hautement recommandable.

05/09/2024: Restaurant au décor sobre et chaleureux, à l’image de l’accueil et du service. Magnifique expérience. Les produits du terroirs sont mis en valeur grâce à une cuisine moderne et pleine de fraîcheur. Nul doute que cet établissement doit faire partie des Bonnes Tables de Tarbes. Des Lotois de passage.

03/11/2024: Nous avons réussi à avoir une réservation et nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Très bon accueil de la patronne! De l’entrée au dessert, très belles assiettes pleines de couleurs et de saveurs. Produits de saison et locaux très bien mis en valeur. Seul bémol, le prix des vins! Pensez à réserver car peu de couvert.

30/10/2024: Déjà venu l an dernier Toujours aussi bon une cuisine à la fois raffinée et copieuse d excellente facture bonne association des goûts et tout ca avec d excellents conseils en vin et un accueil parfait et en plus ils aiment les chiens Quel bonheur à recommander sans modération

09/12/2024: Everything was very good, starter, main course and dessert. The price is a little more than expected, but it's worth it! Second visit. It was worth it once again!!!

14/10/2024: Thinking of stopping at a truck stop and eating egg mayo? Well no, despite appearances, you will be surprised by the quality of the card. It's very good and generous. While I congratulated myself on enjoying this bread burger made from croissant dough 🥐 and said it was a brilliant idea, no, the boss told me it's a brioche bun... I was wrong but whatever 😊 it was very good! Good address.

28/09/2024: This isn't the first restaurant we've done with my husband. But it is by far the best of cauterets! Certainly not very big but really not disappointed. The boss can be proud. We ordered homemade sangria, then a nice little raclette. What to say? Just exquisite!!! All products are quality. The cheese (I'm a fan) .....killer! We enjoyed ourselves. Regarding the staff, they are welcoming and attentive. They came to see us several times to see if everything was okay. This is the first time I see such friendly staff with these customers. I recommend +++++! Thank you.

04/09/2024: We arrived late and the restaurant was full but they offered us to eat in the lounge on the sofas. It was actually super comfortable! We were very well received, the lady who served us was extremely kind and we ate very well. Original and very good dishes. We recommend without hesitation!

28/09/2024: Hello, we had lunch 2 years ago and we had a very nice taste memory today we chose the Chef's Menu at 75€ per person Lobster with white butter and its small vegetables: a little stringy frozen lobster served with 2 slices of breaded eggplant and a small puree of cold zucchini Followed by a tasteless and very dry grandmother-style pigeon with a small piece of broccoli, onion compote and a little bit of porcini mushrooms In addition we asked for a fricassee of porcini mushrooms served with breading (why?) and a slice of tasteless aubergine and radish!! We left the Norwegian omelette which only had the name A real disappointment at €251!! Fortunately the wine was good We had the feeling of being cheated, no generosity in this kitchen We expressed our disappointment without any reaction. Damage !!!!
