24/02/2026: A magical experience in an authentic setting. My partner and I came last night. We discovered this place a few years ago, and nothing has changed. The service was seamless and impeccable from the entire team. The cuisine is sumptuous; creativity and flavor are on full display, a surprise with every bite. From beginning to end, it was an exceptional experience. We wish we could have shared it with the chefs in the kitchen. Thank you; these moments make us so happy. And as my partner and I would say: Eating is life! A big thank you!

20/02/2026: A restaurant that is both exquisitely refined and incredibly delicious. Each dish is prepared with fresh, local ingredients, which is immediately apparent in the flavors: authenticity, quality, and creativity are all present. The service is simply exceptional: attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. You truly feel pampered. It was so good that we went back a second time that same week… and enjoyed it just as much! A must-try in Saint-Lary that I wholeheartedly recommend.

13/03/2026: Six years ago: Under new ownership, the inn was excellent, and the challenge has been met. Fresh, local produce is beautifully presented, and the dishes are both visually appealing and delicious. The staff is welcoming. A must-try, especially considering the magnificent setting. Yesterday: Pleasantly surprised. The dishes have evolved, and the young couple running them are full of potential. They are constantly striving for improvement. A restaurant not to be missed in a beautiful and peaceful location.

02/12/2025: A classic brasserie atmosphere, a big thank you to the waiter who didn't leave his customers alone (there were nine of us) and in the best sense of the word, describing the dishes so you could truly savor them. So, a lovely time enjoying good food, even on the last day of service before the holidays, with an extra touch of local porcini mushrooms. Thank you for this experience.

21/11/2025: We had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely delicious, but a huge plus was that Julien, the waiter and bartender, and the lady were truly wonderful! A big thank you to them! We'll be back, but this time we'll be prepared to stuff ourselves 😅🤤

16/02/2026: There were good reviews, but we were a little disappointed. The starter was very good (cheese and charcuterie board). The duck confit was very good, but the fries were very average (either soggy or undercooked) and the salmon was undercooked. Otherwise, the atmosphere and the location are nice, as is the service.

The service is friendly and attentive, and we had a lovely, convivial time enjoying local cuisine. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
