13/09/2026: I work in Sète and I was very happy, as was my stomach, to have lunch here. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was so tempting, it made you want to devour it. The sea bream carpaccio was excellent, with a surprising and delightful side dish. Thank you to the whole team at Flore!

13/09/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience. Excellent, refined cuisine with homemade dishes. An exceptional homemade crème brûlée! Quick and friendly service. I highly recommend it.

28/09/2026: A truly magnificent setting 🤩🤩 The new owners. Thomas and Enzo are two very professional people. A warm welcome, which is becoming rare. The dishes are delicately presented and absolutely delicious 😋 😋 😋 I recommend it 1000%! Don't change a thing, you're the best!

26/09/2026: We just celebrated my wife's birthday on September 26, 2026, and it was fantastic! The food was perfect, the service was quick, and we were even treated to complimentary shots of Bumbu rum! Afterwards, we were able to enjoy the pool at the end of September, which is quite rare in a restaurant! Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful time. We'll be back soon!

26/09/2026: Excellent service, excellent meal, unbeatable value for money, and a complimentary digestif! Honest review, I would recommend it because the other restaurants in Sète are tourist traps and, above all, rip-offs!! Thank you, we will be back.

21/09/2026: Our worst meal so far on this holiday: The fish was so heavily fried/baked in oil that it was dripping with it. The fries, on the other hand, had clearly been fried early that morning, only to be reheated and served at lunchtime. The snotty waitress seated us at a table right by the street, remarking that we had a dog with us. Because of the narrowness of the space next to the table, she kept startling the dog, who had just dozed off, while serving us (we couldn't exactly put him down in the middle of the street). The best part: Our originally requested table and the one next to it were occupied by other dog owners a short time later... luckily, there are always plenty of alternatives...

27/08/2026: The restaurant and staff were pleasant. The meat wasn't cooked as requested (it was undercooked). The price paid was not the one displayed on the tables or at the entrance (an extra €1 per course for the meat).

26/08/2026: A very family-friendly place, with what seems to be a lot of regulars. The service is excellent, very friendly and welcoming. And we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you for the warm welcome.

11/09/2026: A place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a beautiful, warm, and cozy setting: ideal for lunch with friends. 🥰 A perfect and very professional welcome, with a particularly attentive and helpful head waiter. The menu is quite limited. As the two starters offered didn't appeal to me, he spontaneously suggested another without hesitation: a thoughtful touch I greatly appreciated. A minor reservation, however, regarding the tiramisu, which could still be improved, particularly in terms of the flavors, which lacked depth. I really enjoyed the little touches that accompanied the meal: an amuse-bouche upon arrival, followed by delicious petits fours with coffee. I love these kinds of thoughtful touches! 🥰 A charming place with quality service and a genuine desire to please. A very pleasant experience that makes me want to return.

06/09/2026: A wonderful surprise for my birthday. It was a complete change of scenery... I felt like I was in Tahiti for a few hours. A warm welcome and a superb atmosphere with very pretty, smiling dancers, not forgetting the male dancer. I'd love to experience it again.

02/09/2026: Unthinkable, unacceptable aggression during a phone call. I couldn't even get a word in edgewise... I was told to stop calling (you're annoying me). All I wanted to do, out of politeness and to help them with the organization, was simply say that we would be 8 instead of 6...☹️ I've never been spoken to like that before 😡😲 In short, instead of going from 6 to 8 clients, it will go from 8 to 0... Politeness pays off... Never again...

06/07/2026: We always have a wonderful time here, in the heart of the Sète market. The welcome is warm and friendly, and Chef Joël always manages to find you a table for lunch. Everything is homemade right in front of you using local produce. Before you choose your wine, the chef will let you taste several. 👍 Don't miss it! Henri

24/08/2026: What a pleasant surprise!!! A real treat! The cuisine was sophisticated, original, and delicious. We had a very enjoyable time on the terrace under the trees, despite the proximity of the road being the only slight drawback to this fantastic discovery. I absolutely recommend it.

The galettes are delicious, both the savory and sweet ones; they're very large, and there's a wide variety to choose from. The price is good, not excessive. The service is excellent. Highly recommended.
