28/09/2024: An experience already experienced several times, but Loic, chef from sooner or later to today, set the bar very high. This requirement in his dishes is felt in the impeccable service provided by Heroan and Damien in the dining room. The accompaniment of this tasting is in its best form. The deliciousness and aesthetics of the dishes offer a remarkable culinary orgasm for a simple non-starred restaurant. It is, in my opinion, a must-visit in Montpellier, the kitchen team with Loïc, Thomas, Mathias and Davis will not make you regret your visit to Montpellier. You will remember it for the rest of your life! Be the first to discover these emerging stars!
21/09/2024: We went to the Tot Ou Tard as we wanted ice cream and the restaurant where we had dinner didn't have any. We are so glad to find it. We had ice-cream, and cocktails and it was wonderful. The ice-cream was amazing, just the right amount, restaurants usually give you too much, and the flavours were amazing! it was so lovely to sit outside in a wonderful atmosphere, lovely trees and lovely lights in the trees, it was magical! A memory that we stay with us for a long time, Thank you

23/09/2024: Nous revenons toujours à ce petit restaurant après une promenade sur la plage pour déguster un plateau de fruits de mer face à la mer avec un verre de blanc ! Toujours aussi excellent !
Toutefois, cette fois-ci, nous avons énormément attendu, malgré le peu de monde qu'il y avait !
14/09/2024: Restaurant face à la mer, excentré du centre-ville avec stationnement à proximité immédiate. Bon accueil. En arrivant nous voyons suggestion du jour à l'entrée du restaurant. Au moment de prendre la commande je décide de la choisir, dommage uniquement le midi !. Autrement bonne qualité des plats et quantité. Desserts à faire sans hésiter. Prix raisonnable.

29/10/2024: Bonne cuisine, mais menu réduit ce qui peut parfois être délicat pour les clients "difficiles" ou sujets à des "allergies alimentaires".
Par précaution, je vous conseille de téléphoner avant pour connaître les plats qui seront servis le jour où vous irez.
A part cela, tout y est OK une belle expérience

La Sèche n est pas assez cuite

Je demande un rince doigt et je le fais méchamment envoyé paître !

22/08/2024: Malgré une réservation pour 5 faites bien en avance, à notre arrivée on nous place sur une table pour 4 sachant que pour manger des moules il faut un peu plus de place, alors que des tables s'étaient libérées. Si on me dit t'attendre quelques minutes cela ne me dérange pas du tout. Bref, prise de commande correcte par contre 1h pour recevoir les plats (heureusement on avait une assiette de tapas) et quand les moules arrivent, miracle elles sont froides et pas de frites (dommage pour un plat moules/frites) qui n'arriveront que 20 minutes après et parce qu'on les a réclamées (idem pour le pain). Bref une mauvaise expérience (dommage car on aimait bien ce resto avant) mais on n'y retournera plus, on n'a même pas osé prendre un café et c'est plus qu'exceptionnel pour ma part. A déconseiller ou mal tombé mais j'ai un doute.

06/12/2024: We are very saddened and disappointed by our lunch at this restaurant.
The owners obviously work hard and try their best. The Service is good.
For us….the ambience and style of the restaurant was missing.
The Xmas decorations did not add or enhance the dining room. They clearly have no idea of interior design which creates a lovely space to eat.
We were two of a total of four who came to lunch, the restaurant was soulless and empty.
I think this restaurant has huge potential as the food is good, not amazing etc.
So hope this feedback will make them consider the importance of creating a beautiful dining space with art, flowers etc.
We wish them every possible success ‼️

13/09/2024: Je quitte cette table et c'est à chaud que je délivre mon avis. La maison est belle, l'accueil sympathique. Souvent j'ai une préférence pour l'entrée, le plat ou le dessert. Mais à la table d'Emilie, non. Aucun plat ne surpasse l'autre. Pas besoin de 3 étoiles Michelin pour apprécier ce jeune chef passionné. Beaucoup d'arômes , de talent et de travail, comme dans ce jus accompagnant le ris de veau croustillant un poil caramélisé. Que c'est bon !! Et la légèreté de son dessert à la tomate, qui nous emmène directement à la campagne. Merci à ces jeunes de nous faire découvrir leur univers, en mettant leur art à la portée de tous (ou presque).

05/09/2024: An exceptional culinary experience at La Table de Castigno! This gourmet restaurant nestled in the heart of the village of Assignan was a real discovery.
The proposed menu was a journey for the senses: each dish, prepared with local ingredients, surprised us with its inventiveness and exquisite flavors. The combinations of tastes were sublime and the presentation of the dishes was very careful. Special mention for the dish in 3 preparations of Mediterranean Amberjack which combined bold flavors with incredible finesse.
The atmosphere of the dining room, with its refined decor and garden view, perfectly complemented the dining experience. The food and wine pairing proposed by the sommelier was also perfect, allowing us to discover local wines that went perfectly with the dishes.
Small negative point, the butler's service unfortunately did not match the quality of the cuisine. It lacked friendliness and attention, which somewhat contrasted with the professionalism of the rest of the team and the refinement of the establishment. A small downside which, I hope, will be improved in the future so that the experience is truly perfect.
I highly recommend La Table de Castigno to all food lovers looking for a unique experience. We will undoubtedly come back to relive this magical moment.

02/09/2024: Excellent experiences with the Table, this is my 2nd visit and I have never been disappointed!
Thank you to Chefs Stephan Paroche and Justine Viano for their professionalism and perfection in this area. The sommelier is very professional and very involved in the choice of alcohol and drinks. A small negative point is the butler where he was non-existent in the middle and end of the meal.
