08/08/2026: A small menu is a sign of quality. It changes on the 10th of each month, they say...rare in a gas station... The service was perfect: you feel relaxed...no rush to vacate your table...also quite rare in a gas station. In short, highly recommended!

10/09/2026: Disappointment tonight, the restaurant no longer accepts the Edenred "restaurant voucher" card. I left a first excellent review, then a second negative one because the staff used to be friendly, especially when the owner was present. You've changed the staff, and dining there has become a pleasure again. But now you no longer accept restaurant vouchers, so I won't be eating at your restaurant until you resume accepting them. It's a real shame; you're going to lose a lot of customers who come year-round.

10/09/2026: We often come here as a family. The self-service is great, with good starters and desserts. The dishes are nice and tasty, and all the staff are very pleasant. I recommend it for a small, family-friendly fast-food restaurant.

07/06/2026: We stayed here the night before setting off on the Canal du Midi. It was one of our favorite nights in France. The staff and owner were so kind and accommodating. The rooms and the setting were perfect. The breakfast and dinner were magnificent. This is a sleepy French village. I would highly recommend if looking for respite, good food, kind people, and beautiful scenery.

25/05/2026: We stayed at the Hotel Saint-Alban for a wedding. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and fresh, with a special mention for the bitter orange marmalade, which was delicious. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Thank you to Philippe for his restaurant recommendation in Sète; we thoroughly enjoyed it! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

13/09/2026: An exceptional place! Honestly, a superb discovery! We arrived without a reservation, even though the restaurant was full, and despite that, the team did everything they could to find us a table. And with our Staffordshire Bull Terrier, which wasn't always easy, we were welcomed with incredible kindness. The welcome was truly top-notch, smiling, warm, and very pleasant from beginning to end. The cocktails were excellent, and the meal was simply delicious: very tasty dishes, well-prepared, with genuine attention paid to the customers. But the little detail that completely won us over: the chef prepared a real steak plate especially for our dog! Honestly, it's exceptional and shows how attentive the entire team is. A huge thank you to the chef and the whole team, who were lovely and professional. We had a wonderful time and left with a very positive impression. Restaurant, food, cocktails, service, and welcome: everything was perfect! We highly recommend L’Auberge Saint Hubert and we will gladly return. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful time! 27/03/2026: What can I say? The rooms are clean and quite spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's well located, and the breakfast is excellent. For cyclists, bikes are securely stored at the hotel overnight. The price is very reasonable considering the area and location.

28/08/2026: We made a special trip to eat at this restaurant, only to be refused entry on the pretext that children are not allowed. It's one thing for an establishment to choose this policy, but the least they could do is clearly state it on their website or booking forms to avoid customers making a wasted trip. The result: a pointless round trip, wasted time, and a complete lack of consideration for their customers. Avoid this place if you're looking for a welcoming and transparent experience.

17/01/2026: The €32.90 set menu featured a minimalist sea bass ceviche and very bland, minimalist spinach ravioli: a shame, a chef should know how to showcase the ingredients, and a little more generosity would have been appreciated! The temperature was a bit low for a winter evening!

13/09/2026: Nice restaurant on one of Montpellier's pretty squares. However, the price is a bit high for what you get. The waitress was very welcoming and the menu varied, but the portions weren't very filling. A shame.

18/08/2026: Warm welcome, our son has already eaten the kids' menu twice (burger, fries, and salad arranged to make a face – very cute). Clean and quiet dining area. The paninis and sandwiches are good. They offered our dog a bowl of water without us even having to ask. Perfect for a quick meal before the beach 🍽️

13/09/2026: During the Brescoudos festival, it's a ritual to go and eat a good ribeye steak. Impeccable service, smiling waitress, perfectly cooked, good value for money—I recommend it for meat lovers. P.S.: They only serve ribeye steak, so for vegans... they have salad.
