The pizzas weren't great either; you could almost make better at home with store-bought dough. The mussels with Roquefort sauce were really good, but most of the mussels were empty...

07/06/2026: We stayed here the night before setting off on the Canal du Midi. It was one of our favorite nights in France. The staff and owner were so kind and accommodating. The rooms and the setting were perfect. The breakfast and dinner were magnificent. This is a sleepy French village. I would highly recommend if looking for respite, good food, kind people, and beautiful scenery.

25/05/2026: We stayed at the Hotel Saint-Alban for a wedding. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and fresh, with a special mention for the bitter orange marmalade, which was delicious. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Thank you to Philippe for his restaurant recommendation in Sète; we thoroughly enjoyed it! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

27/03/2026: What can I say? The rooms are clean and quite spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's well located, and the breakfast is excellent. For cyclists, bikes are securely stored at the hotel overnight. The price is very reasonable considering the area and location.

11/07/2026: We were served an aperitif 30 seconds after the first course and 15 minutes after the last course, seated at a table for two, in the heat. The ventilation was excessive inside, but outside it was sweltering. There was no tent in front, no parasol. Lots of advertising, but we don't recommend it. We left our wine because it was so unpleasant.

The welcome and service were impeccable, the food incredibly delicious with excellent, high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. 25/12/2025: An exceptional themed evening. A fantastic time with the other guests and the owner. Great atmosphere with the singer and delicious food. Just as good as 10 years ago when we were in Sète.

06/08/2026: It was good, but nothing extraordinary that would warrant a Michelin star. The service was average; two glasses of champagne were served at the bar, and the full glasses were simply placed on the table without explanation. The chairs looked like they were bought at a discount store. The sommelier, however, was excellent, and the wine prices were very reasonable. It's nowhere near the level of the Pourcel brothers! We won't be going back.

06/08/2026: Disappointing for a Michelin-starred restaurant. What a shame... We had dinner one evening, a six-course menu. The bill came to over 400 euros for two people. The service was subpar, The food wasn't up to par. However, the price was... Complete disappointment... Only the riverside setting is worth the trip.

24/06/2026: An excellent place! The pizzas are absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. The 100% homemade dough is simply exceptional—light, crispy, and full of flavor. Each pizza is prepared with care and passion, which makes all the difference. The service is warm and the atmosphere very pleasant. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzerias I've ever tried. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! 🍕👏

17/01/2026: The €32.90 set menu featured a minimalist sea bass ceviche and very bland, minimalist spinach ravioli: a shame, a chef should know how to showcase the ingredients, and a little more generosity would have been appreciated! The temperature was a bit low for a winter evening!

28/07/2026: The view is magnificent, the atmosphere is chill and pleasant, the servers are quick, quite friendly, and attentive, and the service is fast. The food was okay, nothing amazing, but it was good. We were 7 adults and 3 children, and we all chose salads. They were generous portions, but nothing special to our taste. We'll still come back to try something else. I imagine there are better options with more flavor. The experience was nice nonetheless. Slightly disappointed, but we'll see next time. Thank you.

09/08/2026: One star because zero is not an option. At 12:56 PM, we arrived as a family—two adults and one child—at this "restaurant," which states on its Google page that it's open from 12 PM to 3 PM. The manager opened the door only to tell us, "I'm full, I'm not taking anyone else," and then slammed the door in our faces without hesitation, even though several tables appeared to be free both inside and outside the restaurant. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. Beyond the refusal, we didn't hear a "hello," "sorry," or "goodbye." Being able to serve meals doesn't make you a restaurateur. You clearly lack some fundamental skills, or perhaps they're only known to a select few regulars. I don't usually leave negative reviews on Google, but this refusal, both in substance and in form, deserves to be highlighted.

02/08/2026: Without any prior arrangement, we discovered this little restaurant thanks to our son. A wonderful find! A small, unassuming restaurant, but as soon as you step inside, you receive a very warm welcome from a friendly owner and generous, delicious dishes. Everyone who enters greets you with "hello" and wishes you a pleasant meal; the atmosphere is family-run, which is so refreshing these days. Please don't change a thing. We had a wonderful time. We had dinner there in the evening and then breakfast the next morning, and everything was truly excellent quality, with very reasonable prices! But what impressed us most was undoubtedly the exceptional welcome from the entire team. Every member of staff was attentive, smiling, kind, and always ready to make our stay enjoyable. It's genuinely heartwarming to see, especially in a time when such kindness is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare. We have an 11-month-old baby, and there's even a high chair available. He was very comfortable in it, and the staff were so kind to our little one, which really touched us. Thank you! ✨ A special mention goes to Manon, who showed remarkable gentleness, patience, and kindness towards us. Their professionalism and kindness truly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, we didn't encounter a single unpleasant person during our stay; quite the opposite, in fact. The entire team deserves to be commended for their warm welcome and excellent service.
