23/12/2025: A wonderful family lunch break at this typical St. Guillhem establishment. A warm welcome, beautifully presented dishes, and a very friendly atmosphere. Remember to book ahead, as portions are limited.

14/12/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant with its decor so typical of the old buildings in the Cévennes. The menu is straight out of classic French cuisine and it doesn't disappoint! The starters are hearty and delicious, especially the ravioli, which I personally loved. The main courses were good and generous; we always needed more bread to mop up every last bit of sauce! Outside of peak season, REMEMBER TO BOOK – it's absolutely essential. The kitchen prepares a certain number of dishes based on reservations, and you might find yourself missing quite a few items on the menu.

24/02/2026: A beautiful spot, ideally located by the sea. The portions are generous, but some dishes, like the mussels and fries, weren't piping hot enough when they arrived at the table. Nothing serious, just something to improve. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming.

21/02/2026: Always a very warm welcome at La Taverne, the team knows how to adapt to families, especially those with young children. Good food, friendly service, excellent value for money, and a space where toddlers can play while parents relax… What more could you ask for?

02/03/2026: Two addresses, and two must-visit destinations: "La Tablée" and "L'Assiette du Port," both owned by the same person. We discovered "La Tablée"... Looking for fresh food? This is the place to be. They have a gargantuan all-you-can-eat seafood buffet, the star attraction, with a hot buffet featuring paella, brandade, and mussels with parsley sauce... but they also offer a menu with the freshest fish of the day. Everything is delicious and fresh. If the buffet runs out, it's replenished, and the staff is charming, friendly, and always smiling... it's a real treat! See you soon. 05/03/2026: Unfortunately, this was very disappointing after the wonderful experiences we had with the previous owners. There was no menu, no presentation of the dishes, just the note that "everything is shared." The appetizers were good, but the main course was pork belly with 80% fat, which we wouldn't have ordered had we known. The service was impersonal, as was the welcome. A real shame.

28/02/2026: We tried this hostel because we saw a video on TikTok, and frankly, it was a very pleasant surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and discovered incredible flavors. Thank you for this discovery.

12/03/2026: Excellent place. The wood-fired pizzas were superb. Thin and light crust, high-quality ingredients, and generous portions. I highly recommend this place.

10/01/2026: Great atmosphere with karaoke nights, the waiting list was long though, there were a lot of people on Friday night and some were standing in front of the stage, blocking our view... just a shame about that.
