28/09/2026: Waitress not smiling, not unpleasant but not smiling

21/09/2026: We had a terrible experience. Altough the waiter was friendly and the venue was not to bad, the food was terrible. We couldn't believe all the good reviews. We had the chorizo croquettes but they were very dry, the filet mignon was overcooked and also very dry, the risotto wasn't a risotto but a pasta and the desert had no taste at all. I'm sorry to tell this but the food was worthless. Than we had a group menu and the wines were included (one bottle per 3 pers.). We had to pay the bill and all of a sudden, the wines were no longer included. I won't recommand it to anyone.

16/09/2026: I usually enjoy this restaurant for its ambiance and cuisine. However, today the service was disastrous. Our order was taken after an hour and twenty minutes, and we had to ask again. Our meat was cooked rare instead of medium-rare. I wouldn't have left a review if the staff had been attentive, but instead, they simply avoided us and didn't look at us at all, instead of apologizing or even saying a few words. No gesture of goodwill whatsoever. So, obviously, a huge disappointment.

22/09/2026: Avoid at all costs; nothing lived up to expectations. There were only three people in the restaurant, the food was bland, the meat was tough (chicken, duck breast), and the service was barely acceptable.

19/09/2026: Excellent home cooking with fresh ingredients. The desserts are superb (the banoffee pie and the raspberry-pistachio tart). A wonderful discovery during our visit to Montpellier.

29/08/2026: Great restaurant & excellent food. The value for money is frankly unbeatable, especially during this time of year and the holiday season. We ate there with friends for the Saint Louis celebration. The servers quickly set up three tables for us, the service was fast, and the food was excellent! The macaronade was perfect 🥰 A complimentary digestif was offered at the end of the meal. Great atmosphere, friendly servers. Thank you for the warm welcome. I highly recommend it 🥳

01/10/2026: This is such a lovely restaurant that is run by a lovely couple. The food was delicious (really, do not skip the desserts!), but what really made the meal for me what the hospitality and caring of the woman running the front of the house. She brought my two year old coloring pages and a very cute bib, so he didn’t get pasta sauce all over himself. It’s these little touches that make such amazing memories. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

23/09/2026: The staff is truly delightful. The head waiter is attentive, the junior waiter listens, and while there might be minor hiccups, they are immediately rectified. But we mustn't forget the part we don't get to see, which is nonetheless the heart of the operation... the kitchens. And there, bravo! Both the savory and pastry dishes are outstanding. Refined cuisine, impeccable presentation. These young people are very talented and completely dedicated to their project. I can only offer my congratulations.

25/09/2026: Friendly welcome. However, the foie gras was only three small slices with an extra charge! And the cheese was also an extra charge! Meh. All these extras weren't justified in my opinion. Sorry.

22/09/2026: Good value for money, the meal was very good and the service was excellent.

18/09/2026: Disastrous service. It took 40 minutes to get my order, and since I'm lactose intolerant, I told the waitress, but despite that, the side dish was served with butter. A sole for €19! I only ate the sea bream. My mother's paella was simply not good; the rice was soggy. Finally, the waitress was friendly, but we paid, and I left to eat elsewhere. Avoid this tourist trap!

19/09/2026: The restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from the campsite. There's outdoor seating under a canopy. All six of us thoroughly enjoyed the set menus. A very pleasant dinner all around.

08/09/2026: Excellent experience, top-notch and friendly staff. As for the food, the concept of two set menus with several choices is much preferable to extensive à la carte options. Furthermore, the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend it.

25/08/2026: We went there after my grandfather's funeral a year ago. The cook and the waitress were there for him, trying to keep him eating for as long as they could. We went back and it's still just as good!! Thank you for the meals!!! Thank you so much! I'll definitely go back next time I'm in the area!!

17/08/2026: I apologize, but I'm absolutely disappointed. It had no flavor, and certainly not 50 Shades of Grey... The plates were barely filled... And the prices were high for what was offered. I do not recommend this restaurant. This review is indeed a genuine one. It's important to be able to reflect on one's practices when there are dissatisfactions. On the other hand, the waitress was very friendly.
