09/09/2026: We don't come to Pezenas every year, but regularly nonetheless, and have been for at least 25 years: a special ambiance, incredibly friendly service, and delicious, honest cuisine!! And yes, we hope to be able to come back for another 25 years!

20/08/2026: A fantastic discovery! Ideally located on Place des Halles, this restaurant offers refined cuisine made with exceptional ingredients. The staff is incredibly attentive. The tapenade served with those little toasted cuttlefish anchor breads was simply incredible. I then ordered the seared tuna steak. It's the first time I've seen this concept. You sear your own tuna steak on a mini griddle placed on a tray, all accompanied by a Greek salad and homemade fries. Pure bliss!

But what I really want to emphasize is the kindness of the young women who work there. They are truly lovely, always smiling, welcoming, and attentive. The warm welcome is so heartwarming. 05/09/2026: The "Trust Menu" would be better called the "Gourmet Menu": two starters and two main courses from the daily menu, nothing particularly surprising, but with reasonable portions that prevent overeating. Special mention goes to the fish of the day, perfectly cooked, with a fresh and light sauce. The veal was also very good. However, the cold fish soup had a slightly bitter taste.

18/08/2026: What a disappointment!! We were expecting a tasting menu worthy of a fine dining establishment with this six-course tasting menu! Disappointed for several reasons: There was no cohesive theme between the courses, some dishes had no particular flavor, notably the watermelon and mackerel combination, and the meat was very tough to chew… The wine offered by the glass was of mediocre quality, and there were no sweet wines available except Muscat! The dishes were described automatically and extremely quickly, making them almost incomprehensible! The chef was having fun in the kitchen with his assistants, drinking a mixture that was half-spit out into the sink (visible from the outside table). The only positive points were the amuse-bouches and the desserts. This restaurant seems overrated and does not deserve the ratings given!!

12/08/2026: It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well! I had a truly wonderful culinary experience! Each course arrived at the table with an explanation, and the same went for the wine, which was perfectly recommended! Thank you to the whole team! I highly recommend it.

18/09/2026: We were there for a birthday dinner. What a lovely surprise! The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The setting was very pleasant.
