15/05/2026: This was my first time at this restaurant, and I enjoyed it for the entirely homemade meal, from appetizer to dessert. It was delicious. Beautifully presented dishes. I recommend it. Reasonable prices and a friendly welcome.

10/05/2026: Bold, refined, and expertly executed cuisine. One drawback: the waitress could be more discreet, especially when dining as a couple. The poor sound quality, excessively loud, and the musical choices are inappropriate for the setting, making the whole experience completely incongruous. It's like eating caviar at a carnival. We would suggest installing a small hi-fi system, two speakers in the dining room, and playing soft, discreet background music so that the establishment lives up to its cuisine: refined!

30/06/2026: We were delighted to be the last customers at Madison. We were welcomed late, but with a smile. The dinner was delicious, and the owners were very pleasant! 15/05/2026: We booked this guesthouse during our Canal du Midi cycling trip. We received a very warm welcome and a friendly, family atmosphere. Our e-bikes were safely stored and recharged. A luxurious room with a sitting area and a spa bath! It's a shame we only stayed one night.

22/05/2026: I last came 13 years ago. Here's my comment: "I like this restaurant, the price-quality ratio suits me. The welcome and service were great." Unfortunately, everything has changed since then. Very disappointed with the quality and service. The food is completely uninteresting. No flavor, no taste. The chef is very friendly, but not his cooking. More than basic. The setting is very nice. The seasoning needs to be improved.

21/04/2026: A very pleasant short stay thanks to the warm welcome, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and sea view (when you arrive early enough to enjoy it ;-D). I will gladly return to this small hotel just steps from the sea and the beach. Affordable prices and a very friendly staff.

Next time better read! • Tiny bathroom without a clean mirror • Located on Mèze’s busiest street (noise and fumes if window is open) • Not suitable for guests with mobility issues • No outdoor lighting at night when returning

The dishes are absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented with great care. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, perfect for having a wonderful time. Every detail is designed to satisfy the customers. It is without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of discovering. I recommend it 100% and I can't wait to go back!

12/06/2026: No way to get an aperitif on Saturday at 11:45! Despite the sunshine, they offered us the bar inside instead of a seat on the terrace! The tables are only for hypothetical restaurant customers! How sad in Frontignan!
